PRINCE Harry has turned to celebrity hypnotist Paul McKenna in a desperate bid to quit smoking, we can reveal.
Harry, who was once on 20 ciggies a day, managed to kick the habit for a year. But he was spotted having a puff at a pal's wedding.
Now the prince, who will be 25 this month, is hoping he can beat the addiction once and for all by reading McKenna's bestseller Quit Smoking Now.
Harry started lighting up again because of the stress of tests and training with the RAF over the summer for his new role in the military.
An insider said: "He has been feeling the pressure, and as a result he has turned back to cigs.

"Harry knows that it doesn't look good to younger people who look up to him. He is really trying to quit."
Harry was given a copy of McKenna's book by a pal and thinks it will finally help him give up.
Quit Smoking Now has received many endorsements from celeb fans.
The program appeals to Harry because it is supposed to help "retrain your mind".
The prince knows, however, that in the end it will all be down to his own willpower.
He has been following the book and CD that comes with it.
Harry was spotted puffing away last month at the reception of his friend Nicholas van Cutsem. Prince William and Kate Middleton were also wedding guests.

But he is said to be angry with himself for returning to the evil weed.
Cigarettes have been part of Harry's life since he was 14 at Eton.
Prince Charles, who has never smoked, is shocked that his son got hooked in the first place.
As a soldier Harry was known to get through 20 Marlboro Lights a night.
Last night a source close to Paul McKenna said the hypnotist would be happy to meet Harry if it would help.
Celebs helped by him include Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood and film director Guy Ritchie.
Chelsy's secret trips to Prince
PRINCE Harry and his ex Chelsy have had a string of secret dates, we can reveal.
The couple, who split in January, have met several times since she got back from holiday in July.
Chelsy has seen Harry at his London home, Clarence House, and his Shropshire cottage.
A close source revealed: "It is very early days. They are friends and are keen to keep in touch.
"They have gone to great lengths to keep people from knowing that they have met."
We revealed that Chelsy ditched Harry after five years as she was tired of his playboy antics. Since then both have seen other people.
The source added: "Talk of reconciliation is premature but they have remained good friends."

I smoked for 17 years - cutting down and giving up for weeks and months over the years. In September 2008 I bought Alan Carrs 'The Easy Way to Stop Smoking' and after one reading I never picked up a cigarette again!!! So one year and not even the slightest inclination to smoke again - I live with a smoker and when I go out all my friends smoke and I've no interest or desire to ever light up again.

Was quite ill with smoking but been stopped two weeks now after 30 years. Starting to feel a lot better now but still cant stand non smoker types, they are the reason I started in the first place

It's easy to quit smoking. It only requires you to say to yourself, "I just put one out." Every time you reach for the pack. Throw them out and believe in yourself. Tell yourself that you don't smoke.
I quit in 1976 after a dreadful cold and flu that I picked up on a trip to the UK. Haven't had a cold since.

He would be better off with Alan Carrs (no not the comedian bloke) book called, "the easy way to give up smoking" they do clinics too, I have tried Paul McKenna self help and think he is very good but for quitting fags Alan Carrs book is genius and works without effort or the cravings and feelings of loss that people get when quitting this evil weed.
