Prince William: No wedding

She's could probably dish some dirt on the royals after eight years of hanging around them and this is why lumpen Wills is trying how to work out how to offload her without triggering the kiss-and-tell which the press would be trampling each other to death to pay her for. Difficult one this,especially when the royal lot are so craven that they're indulging the fantasy she has that she'll be Queen (the commoner incarnate) by inviting her to royal things. Maybe they'll have to do a Diana on her and get rid.

I hate to inform everyone but the Royal family in reality cares not a jot what the ordinary person thinks. Imho they do as they please, when they please and at taxpayers expense and only if there is enough public outrage will they then alter what they are doing but that is only for show usually.

Imho his father's marriage is a prime example of that attitude, not only did he marry the woman who caused his wife immense pain and in her opinion one of the main causes of the breakdown of her marriage, he also said a couple of years prior to the second marriage said that he would never marry again. Do you honestly think that woman is NOT going to become Queen when the time comes, Princess Consort my foot, that title was floated to appease the public and ensure the marriage would happen without too much interference.

So if you think the Royal family cares what you think you are sadly mistaken. William will marry Kate eventually. Is she a worthwhile prospect as future Queen, well you only have to look no further than to the current Queen in waiting to know that it does not matter whether you hold the public's affection or are worthy of the role. So long as you have a hold over the role of the wife of the future King, your place is assured regardless.

Kate is no Princess Diana. Diana had too much self respect and wouldn't have hung around waiting for an engagement ring. Prince William is a fool for stringing Kate along and Kate is an even bigger fool for allowing it to happen. As long as Mama Middleton remains in the picture, Kate isn't going anywhere. Same for Pippa & brother James, they'll use all the royal connections their big Sister can provide while she's with William. Diana must be turning over in her grave.

He needs to move on and deal with his military duties. If he wants respect from the nation his military training is first. Kate will wait and wait because her only goal is the ring and tiara. She must be thinking "why do i need to work"? "I'll be Queen Catherine of England and let them (the nation) eat cake!!" I'm sticking to Harry more.

I think if Will really wanted to marry her, he would have already. I don't buy all of this waiting to be 30 to marry - the only one that is doing any waiting is her, he's just trying to fill his life up with things so he doesn't have to marry her.

I'm hoping Will wises up like Tony Romo did - ditch the girl who is just waiting around for a ring and find someone better.

I don't see them marrying at all. She just seems like the girl he drags out whenever he needs a date or a girl for an official photo op. If he wanted to marry her he would have by now. She well enough for now, but when he's ready to marry he'll drop her and find someone better.

Maybe everyone need to respect his privacy and his decisions. He's been with Catherine for many years now and she is pretty much use to royal life and what will be expected of her should they marry. She must be strong to still be able to take the blows she receives from the media and horrible comments. She is proving that she can handle it all.

I wish PW could be pushed into the path of a European princess. These days they are really bright, sophisticated and (usually) gorgeous. He needs a strong character behind him but also one who really gets the Royalty part of his life and ongoing responsibilities. Years ago he said he wouldn't marry until he was 28 so this latest comment "too busy" is ominous for Kate M. She is vacuous and has an allergy to horses! Not really much use then is she? Can't she find one of those Park Lane estate-agent boys; a Tim-nice-but-dim-like-her?

Wills has a great military career and he is serving his country well. In 2006, he invited his girlfriend to attened his passing out parade at Sandhurst and in 2008, Catherine attended his wings ceremony at RAF Cranwell. It seems like Catherine fully supports Wills military career.

Wills must be happy that he has someone that is willing to share him with the military and royal life. She works and have her own life but she is a great support to him and this future sovereign needs that kind of support.

PW seems to have found his purpose and is dedicating his life to his country and his military service. It shows a lot of maturity and growth on his part. Since he's dated Kate he seemed to have become stagnate and has mainly led a life of leisure - endless vacations with a few royal duties and military photo ops thrown in.

He seems to have found something that he honestly likes and is coming into his own. He needs to dump Kate because she's done nothing but held him back with her endless waiting and, I'm sure, guilt trips over her need to get married. She's built her life around William for the sole purpose of getting an HRH attached to her name. She has no existance besides William and that is her own doing. She could hardly handle a three day a week job with endless vacations and she is expected to handle the demands of a future Queen?

I don't think so. William, keep looking. Kate Middleton is not the girl for you.

I think Catherine is great for Wills too. Some people enjoy putting her down and making fun of her job but Wills continue to stick with her. The press can get very ugly and the comments can get even uglier but no matter what, Wills stays by her side. This tells me that he don't pay any attention to what people say.

Wills have known this girl for many years and he has grown close to her and her family. I think we should be happy that this future king has found love in his hectic life. If he didn't feel like she was the one, he would have let her go long ago. She is still in his life because he wants her there and he is still in her life because she wants him there. It's obvious they are in love with each other and that's good.

Can't wait for the wedding. Catherine will make a very beautiful bride and a lovely future Queen.

Of course its code for: I don't want to marry her. But neither she, her family or the press will take the hint. She wants all the goodies and the Press wants a big story that will run and run, i.e. all her misdemeanours and inappropriate behaviour.
She has shown in many many ways that she is not suitable as future queen.
If that poster thinks she leaves clubs sober, just take a look at Youtube. Disgusting.

William should marry a girl with her own career that she has been actively engaged in for several years to include a good record for charity work. KM saving herself for HRH alone is no longer a prerequirement for a royal marriage. The poor girl has been relegated to waiting around endlessly for William to fit a marriage into his now busy royal schedule. KM is seen smartly dressed, stays sober leaving nightclubs, attends univ classes. The best choice for today's newly aclaimed royal needs a big and better background than KM.

It's clear that Wills and Catherine are in love and she is well liked by the royal family. She has attened many of their family events and the Prince of Wales has given her shooting lessons on the royal Balmoral Estate. Last year the girl was invited by Her Majesty to attend the Garter ceremony. Lets face it, this girl is in.

Catherine handles the press and snobbery with a great deal of dignity and class. Over the years that she has been in a relationship with Wills, she has not spoken to the press and have not spilled the beans about her royal relationship. From what I have seen, she has remained loyal, loving and supportive of Wills and his military career and she knows that his training for his future role is important.

Every year there is a great amount of speculation on when they will get married, I think we just have to wait until they let us know when it will happen. This couple goes through so much together and they face a great deal of pressure from people who think they know what's best for them but from what I see, Wills and Catherine is caring on with their relationship no matter what people say about them. I think love is what holds them together.

Who really cares. These two are a a useless, out of touch couple. A credit crunch & Wills thinks its fine to use a £milllion helicopter to show off to his girlfriend (& her parents), or Granny or as a taxi service to stag parties. Ms Middleton took a place at University that someone else could have used more productively...hanging around awaiting a proposal that would have made her a future Queen of England. It all beggars believe. Vive La Republic!

This an absurd pantomime, "too busy to get married" ? I´ve never heard such nonsense, the firm don´t want her, William doesn´t want her, how can she not get the message. She should just walk away with at least some sort of dignity. The chances of them getting married is a million to one, there is more chance of me marrying K.M. than William.

Jacob, sorry but I think you are dreaming and she is deluded. But William is beginning to wake up and move on with his life, as he should. This is not the one for him as a wife, and certainly not the right future queen.
Totally agree with Alex, once she gets her hands on the Tiara and ring and the HRH she will make everyone pay for all the years she has been forced to wait.
I also agree the press has to stop pushing this marriage. They know many things they could publish but they don't. Why not. They have their own agenda, I presume.
This is not just a wedding delayed, this is giving her a chance to walk away with some dignity. But I don't think she will, she wants the ultimate prize, no not William, the ring, the tiara, the crown. There are many around him who realise this. Hope they prevail, and she doesn't.

It's ain't going to happen, William will be forced to marry Royalty and produce and heir. It would be nice if William could marry who he wanted, but it could mean that he has to give up the right to the throne, as was in the case of Edward Windsor and Wallis Simpson.

As a male I get the sense that If he had wanted to marry KM he would, at the very least, had got engaged by now. He knows he can keep her dangling because of the prize she wants at the end. A Royal-Title. If he wasn't who he was she would have taken off long ago to pastures new. KM just smacks of desperation and if she does marry him will she still be as accommodating as she is right now? I doubt it. This is all a means to an end for her. KM will make PW pay once they are married for all the time she was left hanging around awaiting his proposal. I think he should nip it in the bud right now or he will be doomed.

If William were not a Prince she would have been gone a long long time ago.
He is 27 and may just not feel she is the right one. She is 27 but probably thinking about getting closer to 30 and wanting children.
Kate is Prince William's first serious girlfriend,he does not need to marry now and perhaps he doesn't even want to.
The press needs to stop trying to force William to marry his first girlfriend.

Since we have a hereditary constitutional monarchy, I would have thought William's FIRST duty and responsibility would have been to produce a healthy heir. AFTER doing that, he is free to risk his life doing all these flying lessons.

It's a bit ridiculous that he is delaying a wedding until his intended bride is almost past her most fertile years, and performing a risky job in the meantime.

Too busy to marry, if he wanted to marry kate he would find the time. It's not as if he will have to plan the wedding, it's all done for him. All he has to do is turn up.
