BEAUTIFUL bride Faye Watling's wedding wish was granted this week - and she immediately thanked big-hearted News of the World readers for waving the magic wand.
For Faye, 22, was known to millions as 'the baby with the spot that grew and grew' - leaving her with an horrific giant facial tumour.
But we helped raise a staggering £250,000 for pioneering US laser surgery. And Faye's miracle journey to a new life - 19 ops over 15 years - climaxed this week as she wed sweetheart Craig Smith.
After exchanging vows at Wigan Town Hall in a stunning white dress she beamed and told us: "This is a dream come true!
"I'd like to thank your readers and everyone who made it possible. I can't believe I'm so lucky. Now we hope to have children of our own very soon!"

Thankfully the treatment was available in the US! Notice how people go the US for treatment rather than anywhere else (unless it's 'unconventional' treatment!).
If Obama's health care plan goes through, this sort of 'pioneering' treatment will be a thing of the past because doctors and medical professionals will have no incentive to pioneer anything.

Faye, i always knew from when you was growing up that you would look beautiful on your big day, and you did do! Congratulations to yourself and Craig. Craig you have a one in a million wife, you both deserve happiness and a great future together. Enjoy your honeymoon, hope to see more pics on your mums wall Faye.
