THE parents of a toddler killed by a drunk driver find joy at last with the arrival of a baby boy.

Brave Tina and Roger Woods, both 32, welcomed Rafferty into the world at the same hospital where brother Finlay died last September.

Tina said: "We are delighted. He's beautiful. He will never replace Finlay but he won't live in his brother's shadow. He's a new life and it's lovely to have good news after such sad times."Finlay, right, died aged 15 months last September when driver Katie Gutierrez-Perez mounted a pavement in Chingford, Essex.

The couple's other kids Livvy, eight, Dillon, six, and Harvey, four, are delighted. Roger said: "I'm sure Fin's looking down smiling."
