THE playboy uncle of Prince William's girlfriend Kate Middleton came out of hiding this week - five days after we exposed his drugs and vice shame.

Gary Goldsmith emerged unshaven, dishevelled and sullen from his £1 million London home, clutching some newspapers and a can of energy drink.

Wearing scruffy jeans and a Chelsea FC baseball cap, it seemed a far cry from the hedonistic life of champagne, cocaine and hookers we discovered he led at his £5m Ibiza home.

We told last week how 44-year-old Goldsmith, brother of Kate's mum Carole, supplied illegal drugs and helped to fix hookers.

News of the World reporters caught the pot-bellied bigmouth cutting up cocaine on a kitchen worktop at the villa and bragging of his royal connections. He then handed over some of the drug and ecstasy.

Kate and Prince William stayed at Goldsmith's home called La Maison de Bang Bang - crude French slang for house of sex - on the Spanish island in 2006.

One thing's for sure..... Once Kate is married to William, the tabloids will have a never ending field day with her family. Well, at least it will be entertaining to us Americans. Go Middletons!!!!!
