Gary Goldsmith told how he delivered his shock outburst as he welcomed the young lovers to his luxury £5 million home on the Spanish isle of Ibiza - where he revels in a hedonistic lifestyle.
But the News of the World discovered loose-tongued Goldsmith, brother of Kate's mum Carole, has far worse vices that will horrify the royal family - supplying illegal drugs and fixing hookers.
And this week the bald-headed 49-year-old braggart couldn't keep his mouth shut as he stunned our team by:
SCROLL DOWN TO SEE DAMNING VIDEO EVIDENCE
Last weekend, two reporters posing as business people were invited into Goldsmith's villa in Cala Jondal on the south of the island after meeting him at a nightspot.
Surrounded by woodland, an outside wall is daubed with a large gold GG logo of Goldsmith's initials, which he also has tastefully tattooed on his bicep.
Inside we met Goldsmith, his girlfriend Antonia Bourke, one of her female friends and two staff members. It took bigmouth Goldsmith just minutes to start name-dropping.
He boasted that he knew Jordan's former manager Claire Powell and supermodels Naomi Campbell and Elle Macpherson, then let slip how Elen Rives, ex-partner of Chelsea star Frank Lampard, was staying at the nearby villa of a chum.
Asked about the cheeky 'Bang Bang' house name, Goldsmith admitted his preferred alternatives were even cruder, referring to drug use and sex. He said: "It was supposed to be called 'Can Aveline' or 'C*malot'!"
Revealing a naive lack of concern over security, Goldsmith made no effort to check out our credentials or true identity and over several meetings indiscreetly supplied us with illegal drugs TWICE.
The first occasion came after former estate agent and lapdancer Antonia, 26, gave us a guided tour of the four-bedroomed property.
As our reporters returned to the dining room they were astonished when Goldsmith offered them a drink and casually added: "Anyone want a joint before we go out?"
He then reached for an ornate wooden box on a coffee table and rolled a cannabis joint which he passed to his two housekeepers.
Our reporters declined to join in. After dinner at a local Italian restaurant we returned to the villa where Goldsmith walked over to one reporter and firmly pressed a clear plastic bag containing white powder into her palm.
In a later conversation he admitted it was cocaine.
Several days later, Goldsmith agreed to meet another member of our team.
The tubby wideboy chain-smoked as he and Antonia, originally from Manchester, met our reporters for drinks at Bar Marysol at Ibiza port, near to the mooring of the yacht Wills and Kate were famously pictured on in 2006.
In a bid to tease information from Goldsmith, our man claimed he was the worse for wear after trying drugs for the first time.
Goldsmith offered an immediate diagnosis, revealing detailed knowledge of illegal drugs. "Was it grey crystals?" he asked. "That's MDMA. You never snort that. It's the pure stuff that comes into an E. You take one tab at a time. Did it really hurt up your nose? I'm surprised you're alive today. It's one of those where you have a great 20 minutes and then you lose the plot."
Goldsmith then detailed how he could fix up cocaine deliveries in both Ibiza - at about £43 a gram - and London, AND arrange prostitutes on the party island.
When our reporter mentioned living in London, Goldsmith brazenly offered to put him on to cocaine suppliers there too. "You need me as a friend," he bragged. "I have a company that delivers to your door. . . and I can get cocaine to your door here too."
Then Goldsmith grabbed his Blackberry phone and called his dealer - a Scottish girl called Sharon who lives on the Spanish island.
He described our man - who he had known little more than an hour - as a "cool dude" adding that she could deal with him.
As he handed us Sharon's mobile number he promised: "She'll deliver it to wherever you are."
A later call confirmed she would do exactly as he said. On another visit to Goldmsith's villa he was shirtless and in combat shorts that struggled to contain his belly. Amazingly he openly asked our reporter: "Do you want to chase the dragon?" - slang for taking killer heroin.
Later he bellowed from the kitchen: "I'm racking up in here if anyone wants one!" - drug slang for laying out lines of cocaine.
We found Goldsmith cutting up the white powder on a worktop with a rolled-up 100 Euro note on the side - which you can see on our astonishing video here.
When our reporter declined his offer he suggested she take some drugs back for her colleague.
"I'll look after our boy," promised Goldsmith. After scooping white powder into a wrap of paper and handing it over he suggested a way of making the drug go even further.
"If you put it on a warm stone it will blow up to three times the size," he said. "And I'll give you a couple of pills as well."
From a cupboard under the stairs he took some tablets.
Asked if they were ecstasy, he confirmed: "Two of them. Do half at a time, every hour." At the bar rendezvous twice-divorced Goldsmith, who has a young daughter in Manchester, also boasted how he could arrange vice girls though two separate contacts.
Passing us the number of a pimp he knows, he said: "Mention you know Gary from Cala Jondal. There's loads of Brazilian girls here."
Later Goldsmith's contact DID arrive at our hotel and said he would try to arrange a hooker for our man, adding: "She's Brazilian. I'll see if she's still available, young and fresh."
He rattled off a scale of prices rising to £600 for an all-night session. "I call it the whole buffet," he said. When our man refused his offer the pimp rang back with a cut-price £170 an hour. Again we declined.
Back at the bar, Goldsmith was out to impress and eagerly played on his royal connections - detailing how Kate was his niece and bragging of a return trip by her and Prince William to his villa next month. Telling how the couple stayed with him in 2006 - a visit reported in the British press at the time - he described the prince as "lovely" before adding: "Yeah, so they all turn up with their M16 to guard them.
"My first words to Prince William were, 'Oi, you f***er! Did you break my glass pyramids?' He and a pal had been throwing balls around and broke all these ornamenal pyramids I had - loads of them."
But Goldsmith admitted he relished the publicity surrounding the visit. "We had a great write-up," he said. "We got people stopping, camping outside our house.
"My friends were here teaching William how to mix (music on DJ decks). Yeah, it was brilliant. And they told him he needs a shout, 'The King's in da house!' He's a very friendly guy."
Antonia claimed that she and Goldsmith were due to meet the couple for lunch this week in London. She mused: "Yeah. We're going . . . to see their little romance blossoming."
As champagne flowed, so did Goldsmith's extraordinary stories and he then described a Middleton family dinner where Wills allegedly made crude remarks about his girfriend's figure.
The pot-bellied uncle said: "They were talking about boobs at the time, around the table at my sister's house. William said that more than a handful is a waste!"
And THAT boob, in front of Kate's mum, cost Wills a forfeit. "He had to wear the hanky of shame," revealed Goldsmith. "I made him put on a napkin!" Asked about the possibility of the young couple getting engaged, Goldsmith claimed: "They're talking about an announcement later this year." Then he joked: "I'll be giving her away. I'll be the Duke of Slough."
Later he added: "I'm going to be up front. I want a speaking part."
Goldsmith then made crude jibes at Prince Charles for choosing Camilla Parker Bowles over first wife Princess Diana. He asked: "Why would you swap? What were you thinking?"
Goldsmith - whose internet blog claims: "I'm not royal but I should be!" - revealed how his niece had told him all about a shooting trip she went on with the royals.
He said: "Kate told us that Prince Philip taught her to shoot when William was away one Christmas, she was invited over."
In fact, Kate was again at the heart of the royal family yesterday, watching Wills play polo in Gloucestershire, with Prince Charles and Prince Harry nearby.
But Goldsmith soon returned to his sex theme, recommending a local club with an explicit live show and confessing he enjoys watching hardcore porn - purchased in Britain - on a massive 52-inch screen at the villa.
That matches the rest of the house which is littered with kitsch pieces of art, a white grand piano, a mosaic reproduction of the Mona Lisa, jukebox, games machine and a pink 80s Raleigh Chopper bike, emblazoned with his GG motif. But, in a big security worry, NO CCTV cameras.
As Goldsmith waved our reporter goodbye he cheekily vowed to drag the royal family into the modern age of the clubber.
Pumping his arms in the air, he laughed: "I'm going to change the royal wave to that - having it large!"
Ironically Goldsmith warned US to beware of the media.
"When the press get you, they kill you," he declared. "They don't know who I am. I'm under the radar."
Not any longer, Mr G. Our dossier, including video, is available to the authorities in Spain and Britain.

I'm not fooled by Gary's mates who've posted all the "I worked with him & he's great" comments...
I worked with him years ago & he's a misogynistic idiot, whose penchant for Rupert-Bear-chequered suits was only outdone by his volatile & violent short-man's complex.
I was standing in a bar once after work with my colleagues when he came in, walked up to me, and - for no reason at all - hit me so hard in the face I was left with a black eye - and I'm an 8 stone woman.
Well done Gary, now I finally know why you did that - you must have been a cokehead even back then. And even with all the money that followed you can't polish a turd.

In light of these revelations, there always remains the possibility more shall follow. Consequently, these future revelations will always attach themselves to other members of the royal family, and to everything they do. Sadly for her, Kate Middleton has become a liability. If William wants to be King, he should follow the Queen's example and put duty first. If not, and insists in marrying KM, then William should step down.
By Pro Monarchist. Posted July 28 2009 at 10:16 AM.
Some of those anti-royal comments make me think the Queen should start using the Tower for imprisonment and executions again. I used to be an anti-royalist but sympathise with them very much now. Let's see what the future brings for the 'happy couple'. Overall for me, the known disadvantages outweiigh the advantages of being royal, and now they're tretaed like any old celebrity it's even worse. As they say if William marries Kate, he won't be marrying her uncle, but I doubt the nation will see it like that.

I knew Gary 10 years ago (for a few years) and have to say he was a fantastic boss. Fun to work with and good at his job - not drug dealing, etc in those days. This is a side of Gary I am shocked to see, but the fact that he let people he believed to be 'friends' into his home, shows what a generous guy he can be - shame it was to be too generous in this way though! I hope this has opened his eyes and made him realise that what he is/has done is wrong. Please do not judge him as you see him soley by this report! What he has said on the video is very 'tongue in cheek' and to me he sounds embaressed to be saying it at all! I am not defending him, (I am a mother of 2 young children), but Gary has a big heart - he is a little boy who has never grown up!!! I hope you have now though Gary. p.s. what an awful name to call your place in Ibiza!!!! shame on you!!!!

I met Gary 20+ years ago before the £££ he was a fun loving, bright guy with a big heart pity all of this crap has happened. I am sure he will bounce back from it and sort himself out. Who are any of us to judge?

I don't think Kate will be the Royal Consort after all if the story about her uncle is true.

Just stumbled on this article and had a nose. Who are any of us to judge Kate and how Wills feels about her? Just because he is a royal - why should we dictate his life. Learn from your own mistakes - yes his are a little more public but the royal family is history anyway - no one has any respect left for them anyway in younger generations - they are merely a tourist attraction that brings money to our meager economy. Bring them into this century - make them into a normal family and people might take to them a bit more.
By rachell. Posted July 23 2009 at 3:45 PM.
Prince William obviously does not want to be King Of England, it has been mooted that Prince Harry should be ready to step-in to the role. I wouldn't waste your breath wondering what hold 'The Middleton' family have over the Future King.
He is sleep-walking into a life that will destroy the Monarchy. Everything his Grandmother, The Queen has built-up over the years of her reign, will be for nothing.and his Mother Diana had hoped for him. I am sure their Wedding will be interesting, I wonder who will attend or decline the invitation in protest?
We all have 'black-sheeps' in our family, but we don't advocate them nor do we introduce other people to them just because they are advantageous to the image of the family, as long as they are not found out. By partaking in their company it makes them an accomplice. Has the British Legal System by-passed the Middleton/Goldsmith Family? I always thought drug-dealing was illegal as well as being a supplier of prostitutes?
By May. Posted July 22 2009 at 12:42 PM.
Agree with "Fern" (see below).... It's only a matter of time before those women who were "pimped" come forward to tell their story.....look forward to reading about it in the coming issues of NOTW :D
By James. Posted July 22 2009 at 11:24 AM.
It's amazing that NotW readers still fall for the royal bs. They're just people : nothing special, in fact, a bit dimmer than average. Kate would probably enrich the gene pool. Not that I'm suggesting that this ludicrous institution should continue after Brenda snuffs it.
By cas. Posted July 22 2009 at 10:06 AM.
I know some are trying very hard to dismiss this, but this is a problem that will not go away. It's only a matter of time before those who were dealed drugs and the women who were pimped come forward to tell their story. This would be highly damaging for the royal family. So one hopes that someone is talking to William and making him listen. He must remove himself from this family, because this won't just go away. I feel very sorry for the Queen, she has done a great job and should not have to contend with this at her age.

If Kate Middleton marries Prince William it will be the end of the Royal Family as we know it. How can it possibly carry on if he marries someone with no aristocratic background. Her brother and sister seem to name drop in every magazine article you see their names mentioned. Kate, herself, is manipulative and has always known what or who she wanted. She did a History of Art Degree and has done nothing with this degree since she graduated. I hope to god they dont get married. Totally unsuitable to be a member of the Royal Family

his life style may now be questionable but he's hardly wearing dodgy clothes and shooting beautiful foxes is he? he's getting a bit high, porking a few birds, dating a couple of lapdancers and talking out of his ass - its what most top sales guys do and aim for!
+ i went ibiza for 3 days a few weeks ago and that stuff is going down everywhere. its on a plate by the pools in the hotels everywhere, and everyone knows it.
By Chris Kenyoo. Posted July 20 2009 at 8:58 PM.
Who cares if Kate is middle class if she is a good person and loves Prince William? The problem is she is not a good person. She freeloads off her parents and Prince William instead of using her education and getting a job, she gets drunk in public with Prince William instead of encouraging him to act like a positive role model, and now she is introducing Prince William to a drug dealer and pimp exposing him to potential problems that could ruin his life. This isn't a class issue, it's a common sense issue. Everyone falls for the wrong person in their life and Prince William is just as human. Kate may not be malicious but she is a destructive influence and has to go.
By kitty . Posted July 20 2009 at 4:45 PM.
Shut-up all of you people who think William should now dump Kate. He loves her and she loves him, if this relationship now fails due to her uncle's behaviour, William may never recover from not marrying the love of his life. Remember Diana and Charles, he did not marry the woman he supposedly loved because of his dithering and all went wrong then. She may not be royal but Kate is loyal. She is intelligent and knows what she is letting herself in for, leave them alone!!!!!!!!!
By B Unwin. Posted July 20 2009 at 2:40 PM.
I'm in agreement that Princess Madeleine is more suitable for Prince William. She is stunningly gorgeous, fluent in many languages, educated in art, competes in horses, etc., etc. Kate Middleton comes with too much baggage and is clearly not of the breeding or education of the Princess. William, wake up!
By Holly. Posted July 20 2009 at 1:37 PM.
The guy made his money in recruitment - he set up and built a division in a company that is now floated and is a FTSE 250 Global leader - he did this legitimately. He made millions out of his equity when the company floated - Fair play to him!.
He is now enjoying the rewards of his hard work and success getting on it in IBIZA and its all probably gone to his head and has allowed himself to be stictched up.!!
No reflection on Kate cant believe some of the idiotic comments on here from muppets who know nothing...

Princess Madeleine and Prince William are both 27, both good looking, both royal and appear to be nice characters.
Why in God's name wasn't this set up? Perfect pair, perfect for Britain.
By Ben. Posted July 20 2009 at 5:02 AM.
This is going to sound snobby, but I think that any potential Queen Consort or Prince Consort of the United Kingdom should come from a long line of royal/aristocratic lineage.
It prevents a lot of problems, and has worked successfully in the past.
By Jay. Posted July 20 2009 at 5:18 AM.
Carole and Kate happily brought William to stay with this uncle on more than one occassion to show that the family came from money. Carole freely knew of her brother's "lifestyle" and could care less how it would make William look if it was exposed. All that she cared about was the "money" image her brother protrayed. That's all that matters to that family - keeping up the illusion that they're wealthy and impressing other people.
The apple doesn't fall that far from the tree. Kate has spent time there on vacations without William. She was well aware of her uncle's unacceptable lifestyle and could care less.
By Elurin. Posted July 20 2009 at 3:06 AM.
Princess Madeline is indeed stunning, but I don't think she would be looking in the direction of Prince William. PW is not mature enough for such a lady. He's better off with Kate, Kate will hang off his every word. He would not find it so easy to handle a real princess. But if Princess Madeline would have him, it would be real coo, for Britain.
By Fern. Posted July 20 2009 at 3:44 AM.

Utterly stunning, already royal (so no major social climbing) and from a popular and classy family.
She would make the perfect British Queen.

in the interests of balanced reporting it should have been mentioned that Gary earnt all his money legitimately, and paid large sums of tax whilst doing so.
those that have said the middletons should have known where he got his money from, they do, and it certainly wasnt drugs or pro's.
he isnt a dealer, he thought he was doing someone a favour, he wouldnt have made any money out of it, he doesnt need it.

None of this is kate's fault and people should stop blamming her for what her uncle did. What this guy did is very horrible and he needs to be put in jail. But this has nothing to do with Kate and it's time for everyone to stop being so jealous of this young woman. You guys show nothing but a lack of respect for William and his private life. The guy is smart and he would not associate himself with bad people. He is is very close to the Middleton's and he is in love with Kate so start respecting his privacy and stop acting like you know what's best for him. Kate has been very loyal and loving to the prince and she never talks about her relationship with him to the media. Leave this couple alone.

What a disgrace and a disappointment he is to his family. If he chooses to live his life that way then fine, but don't be name dropping. I don't think the Royals will find this at all acceptable. It isn't Kate but it is her immediate family, an Uncle, the brother of her mother, who could potentially be the Great Uncle of the futire King or Queen...not a good idea. I can see this being the end of Kate & William.
By TOgal. Posted July 19 2009 at 6:07 PM.
I can't believe the snooty royalists here. How on earth can anyone bring shame on the royal family, they are so good at doing it themselves! Leave Kate and William alone, they are obviously very much in love.

By susan. Posted July 19 2009 at 5:13 PM.
Why didn't William raise a flag when he was there and spent time around him? Obviously, he (or his minders) should have seen what an idiot the man was. Unfortunately, the uncle is a liability that the Royals cannot afford to have near their family. This doesn't look good for the royal family.

By JC. Posted July 19 2009 at 4:54 PM.
Well it's not like this is a new thing look through history you will see that it isn't the first time drugs and the Royal family have been involved. If memory serves George 4th was addicted to laudnum and cocaine. and Queen Victoria was allegely meant to use a drug of some sort when she was in labour..
However we do not need this parasite anywhere near our boys.. They are the future of the Royal family and the last thing we need is drugs in it.

You can take a scumbag out of the gutter, but you can't take the gutter out of a scumbag.
Can't help suspecting certain parties are hoping the ground will open up and swallow them if they cannot succeed in doing exactly that to a brother who advertises, without even realising it, at what level they really started out from.

Yes, a lot of families might have 'blacksheeps' within their clans, but the family normally know all about their antics and steer clear.
This man is a drug-dealer and a 'pimp' not a 'folk-hero'.
He does not know when to shut-up and keep his own council. His Family are being used to open doors. Quoting the 'Middleton link' is no bad thing for him in a social situation. Perhaps it is a Family-trait for that leg-up the social ladder to better yourself at any cost?.

Again I also used to work for Gary and without doubt he is a brash arrogant indidual who wouldn't be everyones cup of tea.
Having said that he was also very charming likeable fella who also went out of his way to speak to all his staff and make them feel welcome. He worked very very hard to get to where he has and no doubt deserves the trappings of his success. Amazingly he also used to have a pretty strong anti hard drug stance.
It seems unfortunate that this has happened but in a perverse way he will love the coverage it brings him. He has and always will love a good time and shouldn't be knocked for it. Fair play to him he also paid me a 100 quid he lost to me in a bet man years ago!

By Charlie. Posted July 19 2009 at 1:46 PM.
like a few people here, I used to also work for Gary, he is and always was a playful character and just so you know the GG initials everywhere is Gary poking fun at himself, big ego but takes the micky out of himself with it. This is all a bit of a shame really and I can imagine that Gary was just being his usual friendly self.
He didn't make his money illegally by the way, he was very successful in his field and was a bit of a legend, a great guy to be around, unbeliveably generous and a big heart. He's been a bit foolish at times and he'd be the first to admit it, but he has probably gone off the rails sine he sold his shares in his business and went out to Ibiza, a real shame but when a person with so much cash is in that environment and hasn't settled down then this kind of thing is bound to happen.
I couldn't care less whether the Prince marries Kate Middleton or not and Gary, being Gary has nothing to do with that either, apart from him being a bit of a barnpot the royals have nothing to worry about.
Gary if you are reading this and you probably are, having a little chuckle to yourself, you still owe me a tenner from a bet a few years back, Chelsea didn't win the title that year, and mate lose that Gene and get yourself straight, you are fondly remembered by a lot of people who had the pleasure of working with you and spending some quality time with.

What's so special about the royal family? They had to change their name from Saxe-Coburg to Windsor to make themselves acceptable to the Brits. None of them has ever done anything to earn their wealth but most of them certainly know how to spend our money. It's very unlikely that William is not already aware of this guy and how he's got his money. If not, then why haven't the protection squad or one of the security agencies checked him out? Apart from the Queen, the only royal who wouldn't want anything to do with this guy is Princess Anne. She's one of the few of them to have some grey matter between her ears. The others are just a bunch of free-loaders and the young ones would be lucky to get jobs in MacDonalds or as labourers on a building site. They're not specially chosen people. They only exist because like all of us their parents had sex .

No matter how long they wait to get married, and how much understanding Kate thinks she has of being a member of the Royal family, I think living in the gilded cage will be very difficult for her, to be looking into the cage is one thing, locked into it, another.
I believe that William should marry other Royalty/ nobility who know how Royal life is.
And of course he can always keep Kate as 'Confidant'
By jane. Posted July 19 2009 at 12:21 PM.
Most decent families have one scumbag lowlife which they should never have to associate with, yet will end up being tarred by the same brush.
The Royal family may have more than one black sheep of their own anyway....

Gary Has NOT Ruined Kate's Chance's, William Is Smart Enough To Know That Whatever Gary Gets Up To Has Nothing At All To Do With Kate!
And As For All Of You People Calling Gary A Pig, Fat, Ugly. Who The Hell Are You, You Don't Know Him At All!
I Know Gary & I Love Him Despite This Stupid Things He's Done.
The People That Think This Will Have Anything To Do With Williams Decision... Well Your Wrong It Wont!

C'mon what is this got to do with wills and kate's relationship?! She has not done anything wrong! And all these years god knows what has been happening in buckhangam palace!!!
By Lucy lee. Posted July 19 2009 at 12:05 PM.
This shouldnt affect Wills & Kate. Every family has a scum bag element. Even Wills own family.
By Kelly. Posted July 19 2009 at 11:32 AM.

What a total dipstick Kate would do well to distant herself from him.
By Lynne Brosnan. Posted July 19 2009 at 11:25 AM.
there is internal combustion going on here. Gary was not concerned about ruining his niece's chances. He certainly has done. It would have been an incentive for him to clean up his act, but it's too late now.

Let's not forget the awful and dysfunctional family William comes from. Having said that, the last thing this royal family need is another halfwit. Move on William, your country does not deserve this scandal.
By Carol. Posted July 19 2009 at 10:58 AM.
Look at you all, getting worked up. The above is just the usual story. A fat arsed waster of an englishman trying to live like a young man in ibiza. The only dragon he is chasing is lost youth. As for Wills and Kate, it is how he gives the 2 fingers to the royal house. He is saying i can shag a minger if i want, so there! Her uncle is not the only dodgy family member.
By Tony Brent. Posted July 19 2009 at 10:55 AM.
What's with all the anti-Kate remarks? Surely you all have one member of your family who you don't necessarily bond well with.
At least this guy seems genuine in his own illicit way and hasn't directly killed anyone. More than I can say for other members of the Royal Family anyway.
By Snarf. Posted July 19 2009 at 10:53 AM.
So what?!
At least Gary hasn't pretended to be anything he isn't. Can everyone honestly say that they know everything there is to know about their own families, and that they are all completely legal in everyway?! If you think they are, I reckon you either don't have a clue what is going on, or are in the minority!
By Penny. Posted July 19 2009 at 10:49 AM.
I wonder what The Queen thinks of all this as she reads about it? No doubt 'damage-control' will be swinging into action from Kate Middleton's quarter. She didn't have much of a holiday. I thought she was away for weeks whilst Prince William was on a four-week course? I think she came back to pre-empt with a charm offensive to make sure she was still in with 'The Royals' after years of ensuring her place in the Royal Family Tree. If Prince William had not met Gary Goldsmith, then perhaps it wouldn't look so bad, but the fact he has been in his company here and in Ibiza does not look good. I wonder if 'Uncle Gary' will still be on the 'guest-list'? The Middletons will deny all knowledge of Gary Goldsmith's lifestyle to ensure this Wedding goes ahead. The minute that ring goes on her engagement-finger, Prince William is tied in to the Middleton/Goldsmith clan. Personally I think he has been sucked in by them to gain status in life courtesy of him. He will be a fool if he carrys on, but no doubt he will. His Mother must be horrified. She worked within anti-drug campaigns. This does not look good in her memory.
By Jane. Posted July 19 2009 at 10:49 AM.
Prince William is second in line to the throne.
Kate Middleton has never been the right girl for him and now this dirt has come out about Kate's disgusting husband the Royals need to step in and do something.
Let's hope we never see a weddling between these two!
By Jeanette. Posted July 19 2009 at 10:37 AM.
Prince William will no doubt marry Kate Middleton. It will be claimed by her Family that their knowledge of his drug supplying and prostitue supplying here and in Ibiza was not known to them. How did they think he earned his money? Was he the 'rich Uncle' who was trotted out to impress a member of the Royal-Family? Kate Middleton and Prince William even had the cheek to not attend a close friend's wedding saying they had to be careful who they mixed with, after accepting the invitation! I don't think the fact Prince William's Father and Step-Mother were insulted by this man will effect him, KM has his undivided attention. She has made him look stupid. She will convince him otherwise to ensure her leg-up the ladder of Royalty. Will this man be invited to their wedding? A drug-dealer and a Pimp who has been in the regular company of Royalty and her family? If Prince William wants to live within this cosy family set-up, let him. The fallout from his marriage will rock the Royal-Family and every credit Her Majesty has gained from her stolid hardwork will be for nothing at the end of her reign.
By Jo. Posted July 19 2009 at 10:37 AM.
I find it amusing that if this same story was about someone off a council estate, the same people `bigging` him up would be the same ones writing their usual garbage about benefits and council estates!Hypocrites.
By wh. Posted July 19 2009 at 10:30 AM.
I've know Gary most of my life. Besides from these allegations he is a very fun and loving guy to be with I love Gary and will stand by him no matter what! It's Ibiza it's what they do and as for the fact that William should break up with Kate is ridiculous they have been together for a long time and should not break up because of this, it will all blow over and be forgot about.
By R.. Posted July 19 2009 at 10:16 AM.
It's about time the Royals dumped this awful Middleton lot once and for all. Many people have been saying this for years.
If William wishes to marry (does not seem to at the moment) he needs to find an aristocrat or foreign princess, not this dreadful, waity, social climbing family.
By Carol. Posted July 19 2009 at 10:16 AM.

This guy just appears to have inherited the social-climbing gene that runs through his family. However he has to get there, even being a drug and prostitute supplier. No doubt attempts to quash this feature will start and the Middleton/Goldsmith Family will try and deny all knowledge of their relatives' way of life. It isn't as if Gary Goldsmith is the 'blacksheep of the family', he has been introduced as a 'rich Uncle' to impress a member of the Royal Family. I am quite sure Prince Charles and The Duchess Of Cornwall will be none too impressed by Kate Middleton's drug-dealer Uncle making crude comments about their marriage. Is this the real reason Kate Middleton has flown home so quickly from her holiday? Prince William needs to knuckle down and concentrate on his career before getting married. He is looking for stability with someone who is bad news for the reputation his Grandmother, The Queen, has gleened from her reign. He obviously does not care one jot about this. Where did the Middletons think Uncle Gary had got his money from?
By Jenna. Posted July 19 2009 at 10:24 AM.
Is this why KM has returned from her holiday so quickly? To defuse the situation and placate 'The Royals' into still thinking she is marriage material for the heir to the throne? They must be all mad.
By Fran. Posted July 19 2009 at 10:10 AM.
It's a bit like the Gallagher's in 'shameless' marrying into the Royalty - won't happen!
By Michelle. Posted July 19 2009 at 9:56 AM.
The security-risk this girl has put Prince William up against is tremendous. Is he that stupid? We are forever being told that the Royals need Royal Protection Officers and that is why we pay for them. He has a duty-of-care to himself, or is he that naive? Did he dodge the Police-Officers assigned to him during this time? Obviously Mr Goldsmith was being used to highlight any wealth within the Middleton Family. In the Monaco Royal-Family when Princess Stephanie was embroiled in dubious relationships she was restricted by her Father as to her Royal-duties and inheritance because Prince Ranier was worried about her associations and the possible consequences of such relationships. He protected his status and that of the rest of the Monaco Royal-Family. Prince William will obviously put himself before his Royal Status and that says it all really about him. His Uncle abdicated for a lesser state of affairs. Kate Middleton will no doubt twist him around her engagement-finger.
By John. Posted July 19 2009 at 9:57 AM.
How much tax's i wonder has this guy dodged, how many high profile people has this guy entertained, what sort of photos has he got?this one actually looks like he needs to be dragged back to the U.K and investigated. These trappings of so called wealth are what most normal people find repulsive.

By o smith. Posted July 19 2009 at 9:34 AM.
Oh Listen to you all!! It's not her fault she has an pillock of an uncle, all families have a horror lurking in the shadows. Why after years together does this count as an automatic "Ditch Her"?
By mapse8. Posted July 19 2009 at 9:30 AM.
big deal, it's got nothing to do with Wills or Kate. Seems like a nice fella in the video and he was only doing you what he thought you wanted as a favour........nice enough chap
By Kev. Posted July 19 2009 at 9:27 AM.
So where did this capitain of industry get his money from?
By n hunter. Posted July 19 2009 at 9:27 AM.
With respect this guy has not done anything horrendous, he clearly enjoys life, is a tad balmy but listening to the footage, he has NOT said anything really insulting and seems a modern day eccentric.ALOT of the kids of today would think it was cool and exciting to have an uncle like this as he is partying and having fun.The only real badness is the flaunting of coke and the mention of prostitutes but Ibiza is a place where this is routine and unfortunately for the world we live in,people want it and will seek it out.It is embarrassing for Kate but it will blow over and he will just be kept fully away from the more public, formal occasions as happens with alot of families!!! Good luck to them all, Micky

This whole story is nonsense,i worked for that man for 8 odd years and this is set up of all time, he is a good man.
By lawrence doe. Posted July 19 2009 at 8:47 AM.
I am surprised that the royal family didn't make discreet checks about Kate's family years ago- he is hardly a distant relative and William and Kate have been at his villa. She cannot be allowed to marry William now -its all over for her and her social climbing family.
By Ann. Posted July 19 2009 at 8:43 AM.
I met Gary 3 1/2 years ago - He hasn't changed I see!
All he talked about all night was being Kate Middleton's uncle, as if that meant he had made it.
He's a bore and a liability!!
