I am not going to deny the fact micheal was not a genius he is exceptional. The settlement with Jordan Chandler was paid by an insurance company that pressured MJ to settle. Along with his advisers that were afraid the accusations would lead to a decline in income for SONY and the popstar.

"Innocent until proven guilty" still applies to MJ, he was acquitted of all child molestation charges because it was found to be that the woman who brought charges was not reliable and the separate statements made by the mother & son did not add up. Now Jordy Chandler says that he was forced to make these charges against MJ, won't be surprised sometime in the future if all these children come forward and say how their elders forced them to make these charges against MJ for personal gain.

The first case although MJ wanted to settle in court his lawyers forced MJ to settle out of court because of a all white jury as well as he was pressurized by his insures to do the same, according to the article MJ was very unhappy about it.
If this woman claims now that MJ locks boys in his room for several days and molest them, why did she not call the police then & there and caught MJ red handed with boys in his room. she is being very malicious now that he is dead, those of you who are saying that MJ supporters are misguided
should get a life. We are being very realistic here, we need proof not heresay. RIP, MJ.

My only question is: what people did to help Michael when he started behavioring in a strange way? Where was his family? Now it is too late. Maybe he has made a lot of mistakes, but it was clear that something was wrong with him.
This is incredible! Nobody cared about MJ as a human being. His mind was disturbed, his body was weak, everybody saw it and nobody did anything.

Ahh... here we go. Finally, "the truth must come out" and people are clamoring to be the first to tell it. The first to clear their conscious will probably get paid the most. Evil people!
I have never been convinced that MJ was a pedophile, but he was very guilty of being naive and repeatedly putting himself in a very bad position. It was too easy to accuse him and appear as a victim, hoping that he would pay to make it go away.
If MJ was an actual child molester, we would have known about and seen at least censored proof. He would have been charged with producing child porn, and we would have had concrete proof instead of allegations of a crime that is impossible to ever be cleared of. Besides that, if MJ was a pedophile, he could easily have found himself a willing boy friend even he had to pay him.
So here we are. We will have to endure many more spectacular stories about what was witnessed repeatedly (but never reported) and how much of a monster MJ was. All for a few minutes of fame and a sum of cash. And still, they will never be able to take away MJ's greatness and the adoration of his fans. RIP MJJ!

I have always been a great MJ fan but not a FANatic! His artistic achievements cannot be denied, in fact unsurpassable as far as the combination of song,dance and show are concerned. A jaw-droping showman! His private life has however always given me a feeling of sadness and uneasiness. When people like this woman make such claims, they were in fact party to sustaining the "darker" side of MJ and also reveal that the welll-being of any of those children was not of any importance to them then. Funny how 70 police officers in over 100 searches of Jackson's home couldn't find one single piece of evidence to support what she is saying. He wasn't even there when the first searches took place. Funny how she watched all this and never reported it at the time.

The story of how MJ acquired the Beatles/Elvis back catalogue is well documented (check out Aussie TV just for starters) and happened long before he married Lisa Marie.

I share other peoples sentiments that if she saw his abuse with her own two eyes why did she not go to the police? They could have put her in a witness protection programme if she truly feared for her life, why is she revealing all of this now? If jackson as she claims abused at least 10 boys why have they all not come forward now like she conveniently has for the money.

Jordy Chandler once he'd got his $20 million from Jackson in a Civil Lawsuit stopped co-operating with the police and so there was enough evidence for his claims to even reach court, if this woman as she claims saw Michael with him why did she not step forward them and help Jackson get criminally charged?

In my opinion it's all very well and good having such great intentions 16 years down the line when theres money available for selling stories on a dead man, but her so called new foudn 'courage' is all a little too late.

giving $20 million dollars to settle out of court only compounds the issue..some people on these boards have said they would have done the same..I for one wouldn't have because it only allows other people to snipe and wonder what really happened in his bedroom..if Michael Jackson was as innocent as some misguided people on these forums say he was.. he should have stood up and been proud to go to court to prove that the kids of the general public cannot blackmail famous stars...

Well why did this woman not speak up sooner and save a few of these young boys?? Frightened of death threats???? I don t think so. Simple as this....she has seen $ and decided that she has an old ID badge for neverland and that would buy the more $$$ for her story.
I m not a big fan of MJ by any means but all these people coming out of the woodwork selling their stories should be ashamed. If what they say is true in their stories they should have been adult enough to stand up b4 when it really mattered!

Did this woman crawl up from the sewer? There is always going to be rats around after a superstar has died. If these allegations she is making are true why didn't she come forward sooner? Micheal Jackson was a brilliant singer/dancer, but his private life was a complete mess. I think there is some truth in these allegations, as Micheal Jackson did pay a large sum of money to one of the boys that stayed at the Neverland Ranch, but this woman is just a sicophant out to get money.

Anyone who sees wrong things going on with children should report it and not be so selfish. Bringing out these stories when Micheal cannot speak up for himself is absolutely disgusting!

I can't understand how blind Jacko fans are. He was a grown man who by his own admission slept alone with young boys . If any normal man did this noone would think it was innocent. He kept doing it after all the claims of abuse so it was clearly something he could stop him self from doing, he was compelled to do it. This mans lifestyle screams pedophile, just because he was an amazing artist doesn't mean he cant abuse kids. If this was innocent sleeping with boys he would have just stopped after the first abuse claims to prevent any misunderstanding. He was a sick man who mcouldn't help himself.

This woman was discredited a long time ago... no surprise she is turning up when he is gone. There is alaw which states you cannot libel the dead... if she had done this while he was alive she would be financially destroyed.

Mud sticks sometimes but even the mother of Chandler, the boy who received a $20 million settlement out of court, said that the issue was motivated by money and to destroy Jackson after he grew sick and tired of the Dads demands for cash. When he was rejected the last time he made claims that Jackson molested his son... his son went along with it either through fear, stupidity, greed or manipulation - but the mother stated no abuse had taken place.

If that isn't enough to satisfy people then I do not know what is.

how come she worked for michael for 4 years if she claimed she was threatened in the first few days of her employment? where are the photos and films of children she claims michael made? strangely enough, never been seen or heard off.
