Unseen footage shows Jacko squirming in horror as he's quizzed over sex...but then he defends himself
A SHOCK video of Michael Jackson defending himself as he is quizzed over child abuse allegations has been uncovered by the News of the World.
The bombshell tape - never before made public - shows the King of Pop NERVOUSLY LAUGHING, COVERING HIS FACE with his hands in dismay and GROANING IRRITABLY as a team of lawyers grilled him in 1996 as part of a lawsuit brought against him by Neverland staff.

Thriller star Jackson-who died last week-SQUIRMS at times as he is questioned about allegations surrounding Jordy Chandler, Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin and Brett Barnes.

But at one point in the frank and revealing footage, the star launches into a spirited defence of himself in which he:
INSISTS he is NOT GAY.
DENIES bleaching his skin and says he is PROUD to be black
SLAMS his child abuse accusers as LIARS and cites the teachings of JESUS to defend his sleeping in the same bed as boy visitors to his Neverland ranch in California.

"Jesus said to love the children and be like the children-to be youthful and innocent, and be pure and honourable," says Jackson reading from a statement he has written.
"He always surrounded himself with children. That's how I was raised-to believe, and to be like that, and to imitate that."
The three-hour video was made in March, 1996-three years after Jackson was first accused of molesting 13-year-old Jordy Chandler who was reportedly paid $22 million not to testify against him.

And it was filmed NINE YEARS before he faced trial over alleged abuse of cancer sufferer Gavin Arvizo, 13-in which prosecutors also claimed he had abused Barnes, 11, and Culkin between the ages of 10 and 14. He was cleared despite refusing to take the stand.
Our tape shows a legal hearing as part of the private suit against the star by what became known as The Neverland Five-a group of former workers at the estate who claimed wrongful dismissal.
One of the key arguments put forward by their chief lawyer Michael Ring was that Jackson, then 37, had threatened staff who claimed they witnessed him behaving inappropriately with children.
The camera focuses on the pale-looking star-wearing a black jacket, red shirt, and black hat-sitting at a table in the hearing room at the Four Seasons Hotel in New York.
He is looking steadfastly forward at the legal team in front of him-including Ring and co-counsel Ruth Ann Niosi. Sat off camera are his briefs, Steve Cochrane and legal adviser Zia Modabber.
But his demeanour is shattered when asked by Ring: "Mr Jackson, in the latter portion of 1993 there were some allegations levelled at you concerning improper conduct with some young boys."

Jackson's face breaks into a weary smile before he straightens it and answers: "Yes". When asked "Are you familiar with a person named Jordy Chandler?", the distracted star at first looks stunned and asks: "Who?"
A few seconds later, as Ring and one of Jackson's aides discuss legal issues about whether or not the star will answer questions about Chandler, the singer bites his lip, picks up papers in front of him and hides behind them for a second before putting them down and trying-and failing-to stifle a huge yawn.
But when asked if he was aware that "Jordan Chandler, or his family on his behalf, filed a litigation, a lawsuit, against you" he lowers himself in his chair and quietly says: "Yes." The star is clearly nervous about the questioning, at one point leaning across the table to apparently look at the opposing lawyers' notes. Looking gaunt and scratching his neck, chest and head, Jackson fidgets through a series of questions about the staff at his ranch who have spoken out against him, revealing that although he has heard their names he doesn't know what job they did.
But it is when the boys are mentioned that he becomes the most animated. At one point Ring asks him: "To your knowledge Mr Jackson, were you ever accused of having sexually molested Brett Barnes?"
Case
The Aussie boy, then 11, slept in the same room as Jackson for a year, according to the testimony of his sister Karlee in documents submitted for the Jordy Chandler case.
But Barnes and his mother insisted nothing inappropriate happened. Clearly disturbed by the question, Jackson squirms away from the camera, closes his eyes and covers his face, before breaking into a smile and shaking his head.
After more legal argument, Ring moves onto child screen star Culkin, asking: "To your knowledge, were you ever accused of having sexually assaulted Macaulay Culkin?"
Again Jackson throws his hands up to his face in frustration, groaning: "Oh."
His lawyer Cochrane quickly says: "That's an instruction not to answer that one." Jackson doesn't. Instead he shakes his head and smiles before looking into the camera. But as the lawyers battle on, the Bad star becomes increasingly agitated and produces a series of his own handwritten documents.
Jackson admits it is a list he made, saying: "When I get angry enough I write down what I want to say and what I want to talk about, to set the record straight.
"Cos you get to a point where you get tired of people lying. I get tired of situations like this, where people completely lie on me, and I'm sick of it . . . I want to set the record straight."
Jackson first denies bleaching his skin. "I'm a black American and I'm proud of it. And I'm honoured of it," he says. "The bleached skin rumour, which is a rumour. I don't bleach my skin. He adds: "They say-they once said-I wanted a white kid to play me as a child, which was a rumour."
Then he blurts out: "I'm not gay." And he adds in faltering, disjointed speech: "Don't judge a person unless you have spoken to them one-on-one, which, which is true. 'Cos what you hear is a lie."
The star, who was raised a Jehovah's Witness by his parents in Gary, Indiana, tries to defend his behaviour with children by referring to teachings in the Bible.
He says: "He (Jesus) was talking to his apostles, and they were fighting over who's the greatest among themselves. And he said, 'Whoever humble yourself like this child is the greatest among me'."
Jackson seems distracted by the nitty-gritty details about his sacked staff. He denies bugging workers, and using radio transmitters disguised as pens. To other questions about them he answered either "I don't remember" or "I'm not sure".
As the hearing drew to a close Jackson seems totally uninterested in the proceedings, grinning at his lawyers' doodles on notepads and saying: "That's good."
What was also good for Jackson was that the sex abuse discussions on the tape were discounted in the civil case which he later won.

I agree with someone else who posted on this, the eyes are the windows to the soul...and through his eyes you can clearly see embarrassment, HURT and anger. Come on! I'm sick and tired of talking about this subject when everybody (and I mean EVERYBODY), even people who say that they think he's quilty KNOW that he is innocent. They know it, it's just fun for them to talk ****. There is no doubt in anybody's mind he's innocent, and I laugh at people when they try to say differently. I am impressed with his self-control. Any second, I was expecting him to get up and punch the guy questioning him. In his place, I would be dangerously angry. Yet, he managed to collect himself so fast, in a way that shows his discipline, clarity of mind, intelligence, and most of all, integrity. Anyone else having less than that would have faltered. He was the walking truth!

I just can only laugh about this article.
It' s so clear that his body language means something like: "I don't know what more I can do or say about my innocence..."
He looks fed up, angry and offended as every innocent human being could feel.
He looks annoyed from such unbelievable ridiculous crazyness.
I can see a really strong, smart and polite personality in this video.
I do see more sanity in him than in many others around us... :-P ...

OMG I can't believe people actually read things in to what he was doing, like covering his face with his hands. I guess I can relate, as I am a shy person myself, and even under serious conditions, you just feel like "I can't believe this is happening". Example - I know my husband gets more upset with me when we are having a serious talk or argument and I start giggling, he thinks I;m not taking him seriously. It's because I'm nervous, not that I don't stand my ground, but I guess it's hard to explain. It just goes to show that you can't believe everything the press puts out in front of you. RIP MJ, I know you are in a better place.

I can barely watch this without crying. I believe what we are seeing here is the beginning of the end of this young mans life. He looks shocked..disgusted.. stunned.. He looks like he can't believe what he is hearing. Now the first young man has come forward and said that Michael never Ever touched him as have Mr. Kulkin and Emanual Lewis. I cant imagine going through this..
I can't imagine how he suffered... I am ashamed at time to be a part of the human race, especially when I witness how there are people who get off on the sensless suffering of others.

mark lester has come out with this big statement that he is the father of princess. maybe? but what abouthe the colour of her skin. and how can he say there is such a likeness to his daughter and that of michael jacksons. it was a secret for this long why did he have to wait until michael had died before he said anything. michael can't argue the point or he wants a claim. i don't know. why an't michael be the father? he brought them up and as far as i am concerned he was their father. it's not who is the biological father but the one who brings that person up.

Why do these idiots keep asking the question as to why Michael would pay 15 Million (some say 20-22 million) to someone if he was not guilty? Once and for all people, Michael did not pay anything!!! His insurance company insisted on settling the claim in opposition to Michael and his attorney. The insurance company was in control and decided to pay the settlement. What is so hard about this to comprehend?

Jordy came forward after MJ died saying...that his father made him say that...for money!!!! I don't blame MJ at all for finding the questioning ridiculous...I would too!!...He was found innocent in both cases...not please...let the man rest in peace...he certainly deserves it!!

Micheal you are loved. And immensly so. Love and sharing is the only thing that can save and help heal the world. You have been an extraordinary example of humanity. Even if you could not live a normal life, you have always been connected to "the real world" and were always aware of what was going on around you. All people, not just long-time fans, should know that you have helped those less fortunate and should read the poetic and heartfelt lyrics of your songs to understand what immense sensitivity and caring you had..it's all there...
When the entire world will look back at your life and "in the mirror", it will only be too clear that there has been a conspiracy against you, that was generated by greed and enviousness.

He was innocent. Always innocent, they just wanted money out of him and he gave them what he wanted. He was a great man, he gave so much to so many people, and loved all children NOT in a sexual way. I think it's a sick reflection of people who assume that just because he allowed children in his bedroom, people automatically made it sexual. The man's bedroom was two floors, it was bigger than my house!!! The media and money grabbing people destroyed this good decent man, and they should be ashamed of themselves. Michael was not a paedophile, he wasn't perfect he made mistakes, but he is human, not a monster.

This IS stupid! this recording shows only that he was fed up with all the allegations aginst him in order to extort him of more money! his reactions are genuine, of annoyance and is obvious that he would like to defend himself more and tell them all to go to hell, but his lawyer doesn;t allow him to speak.
If you people want to believe he was a pedophile, you will believe it anyway. Every reaction can be interpreted in any sense, according to what you think it;s true. But just because the guy was eccentric and had a problem with his nose, didn't mean he was a criminal!

C'mon! Leave him ALONE! I believe he is totally innocent. Media made up bad headlines to get more people to read it, either the story is true or not. His life was made miserable by YOU media. I think Michael is embarrassed at being asked such intimate questions in front of people about kids who were good friends of his. Why did these kids stay friends with him when they became adults? As soon as they were old enuf to realise what he was doing was wrong they would have been out of his life pretty quick so the fact they stayed friends and loyal speaks for itself. I am reading "The Michael jackson Conspiracy" book at the moment and it is disgusting and sad at how the media twisted everything about the trial. When you see what actually went on in court there was no other verdict other than innocent - it was just a couple of money-hungry families that got greedy and wanted their luxury lifestyloes to continue. And for anyone to be dumb anough to think that a man in MJ's position would make money descisions by himself, well, it was th einsurance companie sthat wanted him to pay up because if the Chandler case had gone to court then Pepsi, for one, were going to pull out of their deal which would have lost millions!! It all comes down to MONEY MONEY MONEY!!!

did not abuse anyone. The video shows that he
is stunned and fed up by the questions! He
actually finds the questions ridiculous! Michael
was precious and innocent of all the allegations
that were slanderously brought against him!

He's laughing because the situation is laughable to him. He's going crazy with the fact that it's been three years (at the time of this video) and no one has believed a damn thing he had to say. So ya..he's a little upset, and his reaction in one of disbelief which is nothing out of the ordinary. As a matter of fact..I think it helps his case in proving that he was in fact innocent, because he looks sincerely disgusted and offended....as anyone would.

He didn't look uncomfortable and he didn't come across spirited.
The questions were laughable because of course he knew the kids they were talking about, he was pictured enough times with them.
There was no evidence of molestation, ok he should never have paid them off but isn't that what the allegations were made for anyway?
I feell sorry for the bloke, I don't think he was a perv but I do think he was unwell in the head!

laugh it's a way to evacuate the tension and emotional's upset. A lot of poeple use laugh to evacuate all the tension ! all the michael jackson's comportement can be explained and shows that he is not guilty of this accusations ! All of his reactions are QUITE NORMAL and prove that is not guilty !` you can trust me because I'm a student in psychology in paris...sorry for my english's mistakes ( because I'm french) but I just want to say that I'm sure that michael was inocent and hate the medias who manipulate the mind and difuse false rumors about the stars and destroy their lifes
