........and Michael doesn`t. Gee if it were me and I was innocent, I couldn`t answer fast enough from saying NO! But Jackson doesn`t. Gee, I wonder why that is?

And by the way, never in my life have I EVER heard of someone addicted to surgical anesthetic. Why would somebody need something that knocks out someone temporarily unless that person WANTED somebody out? It would be a pretty convenient drug for someone who wanted to rape wouldn`t it? The victim wakes up and remembers nothing.

I find it funny how people are all of a sudden interested in micheal jackson again and trying to deffend his honour after he is dead,.
i am not a fan of him and i never have been,.
How can people comment saying that this video is 100% proof that he is inocent,
if he was inocent why was his lawyer telling him not to answer sertain questions, what did he have to hide if he was inocent,

He appears to be a very intelligent and sound guy to me. The wacko image was created by the media and initiated by himself. Must have been very hard to him to deal with all the false allegations. I don't think he ever harmed a child, he is not a pedofile. Now he is dead and this shadow of negativeness falls off him, it really reveals the greatness he was. Hmmm....Definitely thought was bizarre person...but talented...tended to believe that he was guilty...but after viewing this one little snippet he sounds like he is telling the truth.

Unfortunate that there are people out there to take advantage of people: con artists, the media (hungry for a story), lawyers (hungry to win a case and make a name for themselves)....all at the expense of another person.

Guilty or not, he admitted to sleep with children. That's wrong period. He set himself up for all the accusations and that's no ones fault but his own. I don't understand why so many people defend someone that pays his accusers to silence them. Do you really believe his accusers could have stood up against his barrage of lawyers in court and been humiliated and had it drag on for years? People have went to jail for a lot less. I think the reason he is laughing is that he had heard the allegations so many times and knew that they were so preposterous. I agree with the above comments that the Chandler family would not have settled out of court if there had been any truth in the allegations, yes perhaps they were advised to take this course of action due to there being little chance of conviction but, if I were them, I'd rather have seen the case through to the bitter end and walked away with nothing knowing that I had done everything in my power to bring someone responsible for harming my child to justice.

I do not believe there is any truth to the allegations made against him - I believe his only crime was not following the "normal" path in society. I think he was a troubled individual whose actions were misread and misunderstood.

Lets way up the facts:

He'd clearly been abused himself and had a shocking child hood. Pushed into the world of music and fame, he enjoyed it, but at the same time he never grew up

If he was guilty no American court would have allowed him to get away with such horroible crimes. He clearly didn't have the stability to face questioning on a clealry embrassing subject. It's obvious he had issues with sex, partly again down to his up bringing.

This poor man was hounded to his death, if he had been like Gary Glitter fair enough, but he wasn't. I wish people would just leave him alone. In the first trial they didn't have enough evidence and I believe the second was only rbought about because of thick thugs and the fact he stupidly gave that boys family some money. He was cleared in the second case and that's because he is innocent!!!!!!!!!

I am a parent and no matter how much money anyone offered me i would not accept it to keep quiet and let it happen to someone else's child. I would want the abuser hung drawn and quartered trust me. So for the parents of the children that accused him of doing it, obviously he didnt, thats why they could be paid off so easily. They themselves need jailing for putting him through such a terrible ordeal publicly and trying to taint such an innocent person. RIP An Innocent Man.

I have just watched video and agree with the majority Michael is innocent he was squirming at the questions being asked and I hope that the accusers rot in hell also. I dont believe he was guilty of those crimes, he was accused of. I find it unbelievable, that people are still digging up dirt about him, when he is no longer here to defend himself, it seems all they are interested in is the money they can make by selling their stories, when there isnt any real evidence to back them up and that is why he wasnt charged for them. The boys parents should be ashamed that they accepted money from Michael, as didnt make him guilty of anything, just made them look like money was more important to them than their son, they shouldnt have accepted it. Proves what alot of money grabbers are still out there. Lets hope any money that he has left goes to the main three people in his life, his children.

Michael is not squirming at all,he just looks exasperated and fed up with it all. Wouldn't you get fed up?! How many times can you say, I didn't do anything wrong? Sadly it all boiled down to $$$ It did not hurt just Mike & his family, it hurt all his fans too, it is a shame that this was not aired before, for Michaels sake, maybe he wouldn't have had insomnia, anxiety problems & maybe depression, or some of his music would not have sounded so angry, perhaps he would not have become addicted to medication, and would most likely still be here entertaining and inspiring us & folks would be looking forward to seeing him at he O2! How would anyone feel if they are constantly being accused of doing something so harmful and so serious, and you know you didn't do it what would it do to you? how would you feel about it? I think his spending spree's were another distraction/addiction to compensate for the turmoil & pain he felt - that got the poor guy into further trouble, law suites etc. Most of these things that happened to him since the first allegations - is a result of the repercussions of that time. You have to remember that at the end of the day, through all the lavish lifestyle, the money, fame, noteriety etc - MJ was still a man - of flesh & blood. Not enough people remember that about him! You should read between the lines & not just what you are being fed by the media. He made some mistakes just like every one he was just a man - I am REALLY going to miss him badly.

surely if ur children had been molested by someone and you knew this to be fact then you would want it taken to court to get the guilty party jailed (and you would probably receive a large amount in compensation anyway). NO amount of money would prevent a parent from ensuring the person/people who sexually abused their children got away with their crime...unless that was the initial motive and the allegations were completely fabricated. The fact the family accepted the payout proves that the allegations were false. Then when other people saw the payout they received they thought they would join the bandwagon and see how much they could get out of the guy.

Poor guy. You see this video & you realise HE IS TELLING THE TRUTH. His eyes display such sadness. It's as though they are saying, "Why won't you believe me!?".
All he did was bring us joy with his incredible talent, fed our soul with music, and helped endless charities all over the world.
We destroyed him for that. We exploited this amazing human being & took his kindness for weakness.

He was a very honest, amazing man, who mearly wanted to have a propper childhood. He was proud to be a black american, some people may think that that is not true, but it is. Yeah he changed his face and the colour of his skin, but that does not mean that he didn't like being an american.
You believe everything that is in the paper, but I don't! They just want to sell a paper and no-one knows what really happened. Only Michael did and now we will never find out, we would have never of found out if he was alive. He was shocked in that video and found it hard and embarrising to answer those questions, anybody would.

The video is open to interpretation - it doesn't prove anything one way or another; however, if you look at the evidence and read all of the accounts, it is clear that something deeply inappropriate went on between Jackson and Chandler; it is also clear that Chandler's family were as crazy as Jackson.

What this video does tell us very clearly, though, is that Jackson was little more than a moron. Jesus didn't "always" surround himself with children - on one occasion he asked that children be suffered to come to him, that's all. Jackson clearly had developed his own personal Bible story in order to paint himself and his behaviour in a certain light, primarily to himself but also to others. This is somewhat twisted and sick, and also bears no intellectual scrutiny. A whackball of enormous proportions, and a sad comment on our culture that this idiot was elevated to being a hero by so many people.

MJ settled out of court for the same reasons some of us pay tickets that are not deserved--simply for the sake of putting it behind us and not having to deal with it. For MJ 22 million payout was peanuts, I would have done the same thing. Besides, you can't be sure that justice will prevail. Man is awful and always likes to see the worst in others and to put them down. This is especially true for high profile people, and those whom we do not consider "normal", we love to tear them down. I am the same age as MJ and I was never a fan, but I like his music. I do not believe for a second that he was guilty of anything but love. As a father I know what he speaks of, there is a sweetness to be felt when laying next to a sleeping child. It does not imply any sexual behavior to me.

I honestly dont think MJ would do anything to harm a child, the complete opposite. I bet all he done was help sick and poor childern, and to be accussed of something like that and your innocent is a terrible shame. I watched every day of his trial, and to me it was a farce, and rightly so he was found not guilty on all charges.
Im hoping one day, one of the children will be man enough to come forward and say, they were put up for it for the money.

I don't know if the allegations against MJ are true. If they are not true I can understand why he would feel frustrated at having them repeatedly ask of him. On the other hand, I also do not know if the allegations against him are all lies either. All the excuses for his weird behavior do not make him innocent of the allegations either. The lesson learned from MJ's life is don't behave in a weird manner for whatever reason, money being one, and give unknowing people a reason that might justify the same type of allegations and make them seem likely. I wouldn't wish his lifes experiances on anybody for any reason. He may have been very talented, but where did it get him to? RIP MJ

Michael Jackson was a guilty man. This video proves that he was. Michael looks frustrated in answering the questions because he knew full well that this is THE TRUTH. Allen Backe - imagine if your child had been sexually abused - would you settle out of court? I know I certainly wouldn't, no amount of money would be enough until I saw that person be put in prison. To me this shows he is innocent and that the parents were just after the money.

Michael Jackson was an innocent man. This video proves that he was. Michael looks frustrated in answering the questions because he knew full well that the opposing attoney who is doing the questioning knows that Jackson was innocent. It was like trying to squeeze water out of a lemon. THERE WAS NOTHING THERE. It is a shame that the truth of his innocents will come to light after his death. His eyes look at the reporter. he is cognisant, he is complient and answers questions, seems he could demand an attorney. I find him quit convincing that he is innocent. SAdly I believe it was this constant battle against child molestation charges that killed him. The final battle was so unbelivable to me, here he has prior allegations and this mother chooses to send her boys to spend weeks with Michael. I knew at once as a mother, she was searching for a fortune. What I don't understand is how the public is so innocent to the daily harassment the rich and famous are by people trying to make a fortune off them, either by entrapment or sueing. It is part of the package/ I really believe Micheal was too innocent for this world . RIP

Why didnt they give him a lie detector test? and why has this video come out now? This man was more a danger to himself in the latter years with mentle issues he certainly wasnt the full ticket. The truth will now come out and i do think over the years he had become detached from reality, and truly believed he was doing nothing wrong when sleeping with these kids. He should have been sectioned off.

i dont see squirming, i see disappointment his reaction is typical of someone who thinks this must be a joke, i dont know if he did it, but from what i can tell he answered honestly, its such a shame now after hes gone all this has come out, he deserves peace, isnt it just possible that he wanted to do the right the thing by these kids, yea he was a little unusual but isnt that what made him famous, he had something you cant buy or learn, he was talented beyond belief and lived a life he always wanted as a child. i say leave him alone and his family especially his children. dont we all grow up and do things we didnt do as kids, he just wanted to share that with other kids. RIP Micheal jackson.

That is the most lucid I have ever seen Michael Jackson and I understand him completely. Others were attempting to manipulate his behavior into something sick which it was not. MJ is both frustrated and incredulous at the dishonorable attempt. I suspect that Michael Jackson was a highly intelligent man - much more so than most other human beings around him. He loved children. Case closed.

I don't believe in the afterlife... but for his sake, I hope there is one and I hope it is amazing. I hope he can be surrounded and embraced by the warmth and hope that he gave to so many people. This video is only shocking because it is yet another example of how relentless the jealous are in seeking to destroy someone amazing.

This video compeetely exonerates him, if anything. He doesn't loook in the least bit guilty. Just hurt when the subject of Jordan Chandler is raised. Jackson was a very sensitive amd caring man. And such an accusation would have deeply wounded him. That is what I see in his eyes.

You can see he was very angry and frustrated, and I think that's normal reaction for an innocent person. The video makes it more convincing that MJ is innocent.
