The bombshell tape - never before made public - shows the King of Pop NERVOUSLY LAUGHING, COVERING HIS FACE with his hands in dismay and GROANING IRRITABLY as a team of lawyers grilled him in 1996 as part of a lawsuit brought against him by Neverland staff.
You can watch the footage by clicking below.
Thriller star Jackson-who died last week-SQUIRMS at times as he is questioned about allegations surrounding Jordy Chandler, Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin and Brett Barnes.
SEE: ASTONISHING JACKO 'HAPPY FAMILY' PICS
But at one point in the frank and revealing footage, the star launches into a spirited defence of himself in which he:
INSISTS he is NOT GAY.
DENIES bleaching his skin and says he is PROUD to be black
SLAMS his child abuse accusers as LIARS and cites the teachings of JESUS to defend his sleeping in the same bed as boy visitors to his Neverland ranch in California.
SEE: JACKSON PLAYS DEAD IN COFFIN
"Jesus said to love the children and be like the children-to be youthful and innocent, and be pure and honourable," says Jackson reading from a statement he has written.
"He always surrounded himself with children. That's how I was raised-to believe, and to be like that, and to imitate that."
The three-hour video was made in March, 1996-three years after Jackson was first accused of molesting 13-year-old Jordy Chandler who was reportedly paid $22 million not to testify against him.
And it was filmed NINE YEARS before he faced trial over alleged abuse of cancer sufferer Gavin Arvizo, 13-in which prosecutors also claimed he had abused Barnes, 11, and Culkin between the ages of 10 and 14. He was cleared despite refusing to take the stand.
Our tape shows a legal hearing as part of the private suit against the star by what became known as The Neverland Five-a group of former workers at the estate who claimed wrongful dismissal.
One of the key arguments put forward by their chief lawyer Michael Ring was that Jackson, then 37, had threatened staff who claimed they witnessed him behaving inappropriately with children.
The camera focuses on the pale-looking star-wearing a black jacket, red shirt, and black hat-sitting at a table in the hearing room at the Four Seasons Hotel in New York.
He is looking steadfastly forward at the legal team in front of him-including Ring and co-counsel Ruth Ann Niosi. Sat off camera are his briefs, Steve Cochrane and legal adviser Zia Modabber.

But his demeanour is shattered when asked by Ring: "Mr Jackson, in the latter portion of 1993 there were some allegations levelled at you concerning improper conduct with some young boys."
Jackson's face breaks into a weary smile before he straightens it and answers: "Yes". When asked "Are you familiar with a person named Jordy Chandler?", the distracted star at first looks stunned and asks: "Who?"
A few seconds later, as Ring and one of Jackson's aides discuss legal issues about whether or not the star will answer questions about Chandler, the singer bites his lip, picks up papers in front of him and hides behind them for a second before putting them down and trying-and failing-to stifle a huge yawn.
But when asked if he was aware that "Jordan Chandler, or his family on his behalf, filed a litigation, a lawsuit, against you" he lowers himself in his chair and quietly says: "Yes." The star is clearly nervous about the questioning, at one point leaning across the table to apparently look at the opposing lawyers' notes. Looking gaunt and scratching his neck, chest and head, Jackson fidgets through a series of questions about the staff at his ranch who have spoken out against him, revealing that although he has heard their names he doesn't know what job they did.

But it is when the boys are mentioned that he becomes the most animated. At one point Ring asks him: "To your knowledge Mr Jackson, were you ever accused of having sexually molested Brett Barnes?"
The Aussie boy, then 11, slept in the same room as Jackson for a year, according to the testimony of his sister Karlee in documents submitted for the Jordy Chandler case.
But Barnes and his mother insisted nothing inappropriate happened. Clearly disturbed by the question, Jackson squirms away from the camera, closes his eyes and covers his face, before breaking into a smile and shaking his head.
After more legal argument, Ring moves onto child screen star Culkin, asking: "To your knowledge, were you ever accused of having sexually assaulted Macaulay Culkin?"
Again Jackson throws his hands up to his face in frustration, groaning: "Oh."

His lawyer Cochrane quickly says: "That's an instruction not to answer that one." Jackson doesn't. Instead he shakes his head and smiles before looking into the camera. But as the lawyers battle on, the Bad star becomes increasingly agitated and produces a series of his own handwritten documents.
Jackson admits it is a list he made, saying: "When I get angry enough I write down what I want to say and what I want to talk about, to set the record straight.
"Cos you get to a point where you get tired of people lying. I get tired of situations like this, where people completely lie on me, and I'm sick of it . . . I want to set the record straight."
Jackson first denies bleaching his skin. "I'm a black American and I'm proud of it. And I'm honoured of it," he says. "The bleached skin rumour, which is a rumour. I don't bleach my skin. He adds: "They say-they once said-I wanted a white kid to play me as a child, which was a rumour."
Then he blurts out: "I'm not gay." And he adds in faltering, disjointed speech: "Don't judge a person unless you have spoken to them one-on-one, which, which is true. 'Cos what you hear is a lie."
The star, who was raised a Jehovah's Witness by his parents in Gary, Indiana, tries to defend his behaviour with children by referring to teachings in the Bible.
He says: "He (Jesus) was talking to his apostles, and they were fighting over who's the greatest among themselves. And he said, 'Whoever humble yourself like this child is the greatest among me'."
Jackson seems distracted by the nitty-gritty details about his sacked staff. He denies bugging workers, and using radio transmitters disguised as pens. To other questions about them he answered either "I don't remember" or "I'm not sure".
As the hearing drew to a close Jackson seems totally uninterested in the proceedings, grinning at his lawyers' doodles on notepads and saying: "That's good."
What was also good for Jackson was that the sex abuse discussions on the tape were discounted in the civil case which he later won.

Why did the parents accept the money, if it was my son i would have taken him to court for the so called abuse. It was all lies and all they wanted was money.

@Deborah: i think it's possible, that hes bleached his skin, but i dont understand why people like you say the kids had no genetic connection to him, just because hes african-american and the kids apparently white. First of all i see in those kids a genetic mixture, they dont seem to me totally white. Second of all i come from a country, where you see such things happen every day, i know a lot of black people, that have white children. Why dont people doubt for example, that Boris Beckers kids are his? Have you ever seen his kids?! 2 of them are white, they are blond and they have blue eyes! AND the mothers are black!
I'm not saying, they are for sure jacksons kids, they might not be, but for another reason, but its ignorant to say, that black people (specially african-american, that ARE ALREADY MIXED) cant have white children.

I've worked with a lot of pedophiles, and always thought he might be the type that really loves children and just sees himself as one, and the abuse is usually in the context of playing doctor and you show me yours....
but when I watch this video, I don't see it. The court could have ordered testing with someone like Dr. Ables in Atlanta who specializes in diagnosing pedophilia and consults with the mental and penal system?
He looks to me to be very annoyed and fed up with the charges, I don't see anything here that looks like guilt, and I was expecting to.
COULD MJ, in all his craziness, really have tried to rise spiritually in such a way (focusing on children and their happiness) that we all suspected him of baser intent?
I don't know. WOuld have loved to have seen the results of some testing though, and not just hearsay from people with a financial vested interest in accusing him.
Also, the book of child porn that was found in his vault? That's generally not called child porn but fine art that is highly collectible. They are innocent portraits of children, but often nudes.
I dunno, I thought I had him pegged, but now I'm not so sure.

It's more then obvious that he is being tortured by every single word. Every accusation stabes him like a knife. He loved those children so very very much in his inocent way, just as Jesus said. He smiles with grief because of the absurdity of the accusation. He hardly can answer because he almost breaks into tears. Why did he live only 50 years? The answer is right here. Torture. I wish we could see the rest of the tape. PLEASE "News of the world" show us some more. RIP Michael

This is in response to Terry's comment posted 5 July 2009 . Michael gave them 22 million because that's what they want from him, his money.. people become griddy.. Grid is an evil act ,, material satisfaction will never be satisfied in their life. The people who took advantage of his generosity will live in guilt and never have peace of mind... May the good Lord bless Michael Jacson and rest in peace... You're a legend ... you touched people's heart all over the world. your contribution will remail forever...

He's smiling in disbelief that these people would say something like this about him. The kid he was accused of molesting in '93 came out yrs later & said it wasn't true; that his father told him to say these awful untrue things about Michael. And he was found not guilty in the trial cause they didn't have the evidence against him. In this country, we are innocent until proven guilty & they didn't have the proof that he did anything wrong to anyone.
By Tonee. Posted July 6 2009 at 6:04 AM.
This proves Michael Jackson was INNOCENT. This is not the reaction of a guilty man. He was not squirming in horror as the titles states. MJ has suffered enough. All he ever wanted to do is sing and entertain the world with his beautiful songs. My heart is broken that he was he was accused and labled as a child molester when he was clearly not. His life was cut short because of the evilness in people. What a shame..
By RIP Mike. Posted July 6 2009 at 5:48 AM.
I just struggled through getting this video on dialup in way slow speed. I kept watching Michael's eyes. Then when I could watch the video all the way through, it became apparent to me that this man was misaccused.
It's just too bad that there were so many people who wanted to take a bite out of him for some money, and to do it such a horrendous, scurrilous, scummy way.
Rest in peace, Michael, if you can. If you can. God rest your soul, finally.
Someday the children you were accused of abusing will come forward with the truth. If they are not corrupted by the money their parents extorted from you.
By DWilliams Ohio USA. Posted July 6 2009 at 5:06 AM.
MJ seems really normal in this video and all the points he made were good ones. I do believe that he attempted to live his life purely and innocently. I think the media gave him a really tough time about the exotic animals and friendship with kids that he didn't deserve. Anyone who thinks MJ wanted to be white watch the Unauthorized Michael Jackson interview on Youtube from when MJ was 22. MJ makes mention of Indian people being his favorite race and that the darker their skin the more beautiful they are.
By John. Posted July 6 2009 at 4:00 AM.
I have to agree with itpdude. I believe we would all react the same way MJ did when he was asked about the molestation. This is a man who lost his childhood because of his fame and by surrounding himself with children, he can act as such and not be judged. I myself didn't have much of a childhood and therefore I love being around kids because they are pure and funny and not yet tainted. Deep in my gut I do not now nor did I then feel MJ molested any child. Not only was he a great artist but also a wonderful, wonderful humanitarian!
By Purita. Posted July 6 2009 at 4:09 AM.
those who harp on the "skin bleaching" rumor are the real sheeple! if he wanted to disassociate from being black, why involve and identify himself at the center of predominantly black productions like Remember the Time? and that was at his palest! he had that skin disorder where you lose pigment in blotches of your skin - it looks terrible if your're naturally dark-skinned. you end up looking like a chocolate with random drizzles of white/beige! de-pigmentation was the way to go, esp for a public figure! he went out of control with plastic surgery, but who in hollyweird isn't? without the media smear campaign brainwashing ALL of us back then (and still ongoing), we WOULD think he's rather strange, but we would NOT harp on it like our favorite kid to bully and bash sitting in corner of the class! this is entire societies up in arms, bashing the freak! admit it, and there's superiority complex and confidence in numbers - everyone's bashing him, so it must be true!??
By meh. Posted July 6 2009 at 2:09 AM.
I don't know what MJ did and I'm not a fan of the guy at all. But his reactions to these questions are reasonable. Any one of us who has never molested a child would react in a shocked way if asked those kinds of questions.
His reaction does not make him innocent. It doesn't make him guilty, either.
By itpdude. Posted July 6 2009 at 1:43 AM.
i love micheal jackson he was so talented and kind man who has sadly died and i find it so horrible how he has died but everyone still wants to bring up the past. i would loved to have meet mj.
he doesn't desevre that. He was a normal person that had feelings, nieve maybe, but he never had a childhood really.
to be labeled a child molester is wrong
but no1 will ever no the truth
so let him R.I.P x

Oh my....
I'm feeling very bad for him.
That was totally so insane to blame him of something so sick, I can absolutely see it by his face how shocked he was after that question.
His reactions were just honest and very basic, I've been in an interrogation about something I've seriously never done, and my reactions were the same. But I can tell you, it feels so bad, when you really have no idea about that thing you are with charge. Really bad. I can never forget it.
In Michael's case, the little boy and especially his family wanted just Mr. Jackson's money. For sure.
Rest In Peace, Michael

It's called being UNCOMFORTABLE and ANNOYED. I would have reacted that exact same way. Same gestures, same expressions, ALL OF IT!....and I am a 38 year old white woman and I certainly NEVER molested anyone. So, does the fact that I would have reacted the exact same way make me a child molester?
Lay off this man...let him R.I.P.....because Lord knows you never gave him peace in life.
By Abbey. Posted July 5 2009 at 11:47 PM.
You can tell from the video that he is telling the truth. It must have been horrifying to be accused of something like that, being innocent. Once the accusation is made, it's impossible to erase it from people's minds. It's a statement about how sick our culture is that people project the most disgusting and sinister motives on to someone, and that others will exploit that vulnerability for profit. RIP Michael--hopefully, you are in a better place.

MJ as i believe in.. was born for a good reason. To send us all a message and to try his best to change the world 'Earth Song' for JESUS sake. Think about it this way, he wanted to bring peace and equality. So many of his lyrics are about Black and white people. He's just following the path that satisfies Jesus. Why on earth would he have wanted to ruin his amazing musician career for the sake of 'Sexually Abusing Children' ? i just don't think he would want to do that. You can BLATANTLY see his frustration in the video, he's sick of all these rumors etc. For PEACE sake and for his CHILDREN's sake, leave him to rest. He did a great job entertaining everybody and bringing messages to us about racism and other damages to the world. There is absolutely NO EVIDENCE of him doing most of the things he was accused of. Now, all you haters, please just drop it and move on? Love you MJ... From KM and SM. x

he was soo innocent.you can tell when people are lying and he wasnt. he really didnt deserve such a horrible life and then to die at such a young age. he was trying to be like jesus. i dont care if people make fun for being a christian but i am and so was he. he really did mean it.
By ida. Posted July 5 2009 at 10:53 PM.
Michael was a child trapped in an adults body. He was a genuinely kind and gentle man prematurely forced to his death by the constant pummle of pressure and rumours from money-greedy people and the media.
His vunerablity made him unable to look within the 'kind' smiles and lies of others and consequently got drawn into a whirl pool, impossible to get out of.--*Martin Bashir. It's just so sad that his kindness of giving people the benefit of the doubt turned out the way it did.
This video does nothing but prove his innocence. He is merely laughing out of shock and disbelief at the stupidity of the questions being asked.
I felt so sorry for him :(
R.I.P Michael, an innocennt man who will be forever remembered- for both his kindness and his musicx
By Tal. Posted July 5 2009 at 10:55 PM.
Where is this video showing that he is nasty? Watch it, in its cut and shredded form. Even in small sections, there is no evidence that Mr. Jackson did what he was accused of then or now. I see his frustration, that is all. Wouldn't you? I'm not saying he did or did not do any of this, but this video shows absolutely ZERO! Spend more time on more productive things.

His action are abit strange but to be honest when my mum dad anyone says thinks to me like did you dangle you son infront of the snarling dog(example lol) I would be the first to giggle and gooo hmmmm
So i can see why he would be acting like this

By amy vyctorya. Posted July 5 2009 at 9:59 PM.
So what exactly is nasty about this video? It certainly doesn't prove guilt. MJ looked embarrassed by the questions. It is time the media leave him alone in peace. There's too much crap stories about MJ in the papers every day. Lets celebrate his music and talent and leave out what was never proven. At the end of the day. He was found not guilty in court and that should really be it.
By Ely. Posted July 5 2009 at 9:58 PM.

Michael Jackson loved kids, in a NON sexual way, he was not like that at all and people who think he is are just stupid, if everyone would have just listened to everything he had to say from HIM not through the news, then the world would be a much better place now, he was doing everything that charity people did and he got accused of all this? how does that work out? helping sick children having their dying wish to meet him and him show them the time of their lives! Parents again and again let their children go to neverland, and there wasn't a problem!
This is appauling, he was a musical genius, an outstanding dancer and he had the kindest heart! All this should have stopped the minute he died, it's disgusting.

Why cant we just leave the subject alone ? Hes dead, if he is not guilty or guilty , there is nothing we can do about it now, hes not alive to hurt him anymore, the only people that know what really happened are the boys that accused him , Mj , & God . Seriously get a grip & grow up, hes had enough torture & hurt & lies made up about him, just leave him be . R.I.P Mj

By lynn. Posted July 5 2009 at 7:28 PM.
The News of the world have yet again twisted another story, he is not squirming hes laughing about it because what the media is suggesting is pure bull. He is just mistaken and those kids parents that tried to lock him up and get his money have to live with his death on their conscience. First of all Gavin Alviso's mom was committed of benefit fraud in the past so that proves what she is. I blame the media for his death, I've heard three contradicting stories in different papers about how he died. I think we should just let him rest in peace and celebrate his music, theres no point of unearthing these videos because he is dead only god can judge him now and it proves nothing!!!!. R.I.P MJ X

Of course he is uncomfortable! He had heard the same old accusations over and over by then if it were me I would want to strangle people. How would you feel being accused of something so heinous and you did not do it, in fact all you ever did was love and try to help?? I know someone falsely accused of something similar, he was exonerated completely but still could not deal with people thinking these things about him and eventually took his own life. Michael is clearly fed up with the questions, this is from 1996 remember. He held himself up well. RIP Michael...beautiful soul.
By Joanne. Posted July 5 2009 at 7:02 PM.
this is laughable
it shouldn't have even been an issue whether he was guilty or not, his honesty, passion and knowlege of teachings similar to that of jesus' clearly indicate he is a man who would not do this; i believe he is not guilty and i will continue to believe this unless i am shown footage of him verbally admitting anything himself
i find it so upsetting that he is no longer here to defend himself whether he would be believed or not;he said it himself-you can't judge someone till you speak to them-i think he would ask everyone to just have an open heart and mind and to come to your own conclusion based on what he, himself has said, and nobody else

'It takes a little less than a moron to read into michael and see that he is innocent.'
And it takes even less than that to read innocence into his face, completely undermining the legal system, because you like his music. If anyone else is accused of this do you look at their face and say 'an no he's innocent.' No. You look at the evidence, objectively.

I think that he would never do such things, you can tell in his voice that he is innocent.
''Jackson's face breaks into a weary smile''
Maybe he was pulling smiles because the whole thing is a joke.
He is a man that loved his music and family.
And as he says in that video you can't judge someone if you haven't talked to them in person.
Rest in peace king of pop
By Lottie. Posted July 5 2009 at 6:25 PM.
The only thing Michael was ever guilty of was criminal stupidity. Being stupid enough to want to believe that all people are good, all people can be trusted. Going out of his way to be kind, bring happiness, trying to fulfil his lifelong dream of peace & love. Giving away his heart; a heart which was ultimately ripped out, torn to pieces. Society destroyed him, killed him.
People use Neverland as "proof" that he was a child predator. Have you not seen Neverland? It was heaven on earth. Who the heck wouldn't want to live in an amusement park!! Who wants to grow up?
Try to get into his mind & his heart & you'll find it to be a place filled with beauty, love. A love that society tried to bury & continues to replace with hatred & ignorance. No doubt he's in a better place now. Nobody can hurt him ever again
By J. Posted July 5 2009 at 6:22 PM.
Put it this way, as a NORMAL, protective parent who adores my child, if my child was abused then the person who did it would either A) be behind bars. I would fight 'til my death to put them behind bars... Or B) that person would be dead. They would not get away with it either way. Any other normal parent should agree. Therefore, the parents of Chandler & Arvizo really are something else, that's all I'm saying. Work it out
By Linzi. Posted July 5 2009 at 6:10 PM.

This video was the last proof I needed to know that Micheal Jackson is innocent of the evil charges against him. The reaction to the questions about his sexuality was clearly not a way a guilty man would act. I have laughed this way under the grilling of a lawyer.
By Mike. Posted July 5 2009 at 6:07 PM.
He wasn't squirming, he simply looked exasperated & frustrated at being asked such questions. I'd react the exact same way if I was asked such a thing, but add the fact that he had a very naive, child-like personality, he was not only embarrassed but obviously shocked. He did not pay Chandler off, his insurance company did despite Michael's insistence not to. Let's also remember that child abuse is not only one of the most EASIEST things to ACCUSE somebody of, it is also one of the most difficult things to be found NOT GUILTY of.
By Linzi. Posted July 5 2009 at 5:58 PM.
That is absolutely not even Michael Jackson in that video! Watch other clips of the real Jackson and you can see this is clearly an impersonator.
By DS. Posted July 5 2009 at 5:57 PM.
You can't prove he is not guilty by watching a video saying OH LOOK HOW HE REACTS. Micheal Jackson fans are blinded by his fake acts of kindness and medicore music. Lets face it, it was a time when "Never gonna give you up" was popular. He is like a male verison of Katy Perry who perfers not to enjoy kissing girls.
By Mike Lucson. Posted July 5 2009 at 5:54 PM.
mj is not guilty
notw u should be ashamed of ur selfs
WANKERS

When Jackson settled out of court with his first accuser, Jordan Chandler, for more than $15million in 1994, his career went into a rapid decline from which he never recovered.
Jackson had not wanted to settle the case. I have obtained legal documents proving that his insurance company forced the settlement on him against his will.
The documents state: 'The [1994 Chandler] settlement agreement was for global claims of negligence and the lawsuit was defended by Mr Jackson's insurance carrier. The insurance carrier negotiated and paid the settlement, over the protests of Mr Jackson and his personal legal counsel.'
Jackson was said to have almost collapsed as the settlement was forced upon him. His aides insist this marked the beginning of his mental and physical breakdown.

He was a lost boy..a child trapped in a man's body; certainly not a paedophile.
Let him RIP
By Lindsay.. Posted July 5 2009 at 5:36 PM.
doesn't anyone think it's strange that he said "I
never bleached my skin.."
People don't just change color though either.
That's a red flag right there. He tried to change
the subject!
By brandon. Posted July 5 2009 at 5:29 PM.
MJ I hope you have your peace now.
You have earned it.
I think this video only shows that he is innocent and tired of defending himself. People never understood him and perhaps they never will.
By 2morrow. Posted July 5 2009 at 5:30 PM.
So what if he smiled and laughed? I do that whenever I'm accused of anything or asked stupid questions.
We know you were innocent Michael.
By Emma Kiernan. Posted July 5 2009 at 5:23 PM.
I grew up loving MJ`s songs and his spectacular performances on stage and now its so sad to read or hear the continuing nasty stories from the people who feel they need to voice themselves and even wanting to publish it in books! MJ hasnt been laid to rest and the closets are open.Micheal may you rest in eternal peace.
By M.C. Posted July 5 2009 at 5:20 PM.
personally i think it is a complete set up. the vidio does not portray mj as being nervous but as fed up of being accused of something he did not do. if the aligations against him were true then why would, A, he be found not guily and B, jordy chandlers parents take a settlement. i know if my child had been abused then NO amount of money would make amends not even 22million! mj had problems but i believe he was not a child abuser he was too honest about sleeping in bed with boys. no peado would come out and say that they would keep it 2 themselves! RIP MJ

some animal will offer their kids to get money , you can´t call them people , but there is judgement day at the end , than money is nothing , they will see.
By mike. Posted July 5 2009 at 5:15 PM.
This man was innocent, a victim of his own success and naivety. He didn't think the same way as the currupt golddiggers who took advantage. He was essentially a child himself and wanted to make up for his lack of childhood. He was made to live his life backwards. If you are that good a person there will be bad people out to get you especially if you have money and fame.
By Kim. Posted July 5 2009 at 5:14 PM.
oh by the way people JACKSONS INSURANCE COMPANY paid off the first boy NOT HIM!
By Janet. Posted July 5 2009 at 5:10 PM.
mj had a pure heart...i believe it was he who was right and it is us who have been corrupted...our minds as we get older become distorted by the world around us believing things to be bad and threatening...we worry and see the worst in the good around us because thats how the media wants us to be.... he loved with all his heart and that was his only crime....anyone who cannot see that is only seeing a mirror image of themselves...rip legend

I completely agree with this post
By ash. Posted July 5 2009 at 5:07 PM.
Nasty is not the right word...is just a video...and he's great and innocent
By ste. Posted July 5 2009 at 5:05 PM.
Some people are just not making any sense on these comments. It's obvious that it is easier to accuse someone of molestation than it is to defend yourself from accusations! If a kid is coached by his/her crazy parents- then what can the accused say other than "it isn't true" and who do you think a jury is more prone to believe? A little kid because they feel for the child. The question should not be "if you are innocent why would you pay off the family?" the question should be "if your child was molested, why would you just take the money instead of sending this person to jail for what they did?!?!?" These people take advantage of Michael's love of innocence and children and try to use it against him. He was kind enough to open his home and spend money helping the less fortunate and sick children, and this is how he is repayed?!?! God bless you, Michael Jackson. You are a beautiful soul who was tortured by the world because they could not take the time to understand you.

By shaniah. Posted July 5 2009 at 4:56 PM.
after watching this video for the first time I really feel sorry for MJ. I am not a big fan, but he is a human being and God will be his judge. People are really jackals.
By capt. Posted July 5 2009 at 4:56 PM.
michael jackson is not a molester as some may belief as for the interview he answers the questions
with disbelief yes he laughs any inoccent man would
its untrue whats been said .RIP MICHAEL LOVED BY
MILLIONS GOD BLESS
By Edward. Posted July 5 2009 at 4:51 PM.
I find the video nothing like the artical portrays it, i think Michael is merely laughing at the stupidity of the questions and that he is just tired of hearing the same alligations over and over again. I think his biggest mistake was doing that interview with Martin Bashire because they twisted nearly everything he said and made him out to be someone he was not
By Rachael. Posted July 5 2009 at 4:49 PM.
That is NOT a guilty man talking
By Tom. Posted July 5 2009 at 4:47 PM.
yes he paid the first one off....he was advised to pay it off...by his team..Yes their is a fone recording of the boys father sayin he was gna extort money from MJ.....yes their was a police investigation that ended when their was no evidence, even though he was paid off....what parents ask for money instead of justice..the same parents to a boy who divorced his own parents and wen tot live byhimself the same dad who was himself accused of sexual abuse....so before u go attacking mj actually look at the evidence......WHEN HE DID go to trial he was FOUND INNOCENT 11 TIMES.......based on evidence and fact.not lies and innuendo....and most HATES would have accpeteda guilty verdicy yet was INNOCENT..INNOCENT...this vidoe shows a man who is not squirming or hidng but a man who is disgusteed at such allegations.....THE MAN WAS INNOCENT and he gave over £300 million to charity.....he was a good man.
By john. Posted July 5 2009 at 4:25 PM.
Ha! There's no way he did anything wrong. His spirit is full of love and peace toward all men.
By JMSmith. Posted July 5 2009 at 4:24 PM.
Michael Jackson is innocent. He was found innocent and remains innocent. He is the most kind hearted sweetest soul there is. For god sake leave him alone..hes been witch hunted by you press for years and he cant even rest in peace now hes gone. If you ask me naming a video "michael jacksons video NASTY" ... is putting thoughts in peoples heads already. And as for the squirming??? what squirming, hes simply embarassed by the foolish ridiculous questions hes been asked so many times before by so many other idiots.
rest in peace michael no one can hurt you now. love you forever xxxxx
By anonymous. Posted July 5 2009 at 4:19 PM.
This Chandler boy was with Micheal, with the blessings of his parents who also traveled with him and thus came also into the limelights... Inbetween the boy is old (and rich) enough to come out with the real story. Is he scared to loose something over it? That is WEIRD. Inbetween I think MJ was at least a kind of alien, with lots of talents, sweet but also weird. I pity the children, all this press houha coming over them. R.I.P.
By Helene France. Posted July 5 2009 at 4:20 PM.
Michael would never do. The father of the boy asked Michael to do something for him, but he does not. So he broke Michael trying to do with these lies.
By Felicia. Posted July 5 2009 at 4:16 PM.
feel a bit sorry for him after seeing that to be honest. maybe he's better off dead rather than having to put up with the media circus! that includes you NOTW!
By stuart mohammed. Posted July 5 2009 at 4:14 PM.
Fistly, the video is nothing like it was portrayed in the newspaper. Michael of course appears uncomfortable at times, as would most people being rightly or wrongly accused of molesting children. Secondly, to an earlier comment that he would be 'angered' by the accusations. Is there a textbook response to innocence? Is there a definitive set of behaviours that one would abide after a constant and relentless barrage of questioning over the same topics? Moreover, he is eccentric, i agree and certain behaviours may even be defined as 'abnormal. But is this suprising? afterall his life has been anything but normal. How could he act like us, when his life has been as far from anything like ours as possible. And for those of you which believe he is guilty, ask yourself this. As a parent, would you EVER accept a monetry settlement from the man who molested, sexually abused your own child? or would you fight to see him jailed, not only for justice for your own son but for protection of other children? had the charges been for the right reasons i fully believe that any parent would have fought till the end to see justice, regardless of financial gain. AND, Macaully Culking, no he didn't answer the question but i believe Culkin answered it for him, given the fact that he never claimed to have been abused and fought for Jacksons innocence on charges made by other children...

People leave him alone...for goodness' sake!!!
Rest in peace MIKE.
By Sandra. Posted July 5 2009 at 3:57 PM.
I smile at idiotic questions. It seems to me that Michael is simply astonished by the foolish questions that were asked which was understandable. I am so proud as a Black woman to hear him say in an interview (he did not know would be released) he is proud of his heritage. It dispels all rumors for me.
May Michael Jackson rest in peace.
By sherry. Posted July 5 2009 at 3:41 PM.
"........and Michael doesn`t. Gee if it were me and I was innocent, I couldn`t answer fast enough from saying NO! But Jackson doesn`t. Gee, I wonder why that is?
By Eddie. Posted July 5 2009 at 2:46 PM."
******************
Macaulay Culkin testified in court that nothing inappropriate happened when he was with Michael.
To me Michael looked sad as if he were about to cry when this question was asked. I believe he was innocent and it's a shame people used his love for children against him in a perverse way. R.I.P. MJ.
By Kate. Posted July 5 2009 at 3:41 PM.
Innocent?? Then why did he pay that kid?
By Lisa. Posted July 5 2009 at 3:38 PM.
It takes a little less than a moron to read into michael and see that he is innocent , and shocked at the allegations made towards him in a way that all he could do is laugh it off becaus it is so ridiculous
By Gildo. Posted July 5 2009 at 3:30 PM.
Media should give it a rest, its not nice talking bad about the dead, he cannot even defend himself !!!
By Nadia -Manchester-uk. Posted July 5 2009 at 3:27 PM.
People, you and me, who never had the same growing background, achievement and contribution, have no right to judge MJ's behavior. If we were ever in the same situation, will we behave "better" than what he did? No matter what you think he did, he has been telling you thousand times - never judge a people without talking to the person one on one. I don't think many of us had the chance to talk to him. So no judgement. Michael Jackson, you have made so many great things for this world. Rest in peace.
By Alicia. Posted July 5 2009 at 3:19 PM.
leave him alone he's dead let it go and let him rip
By theresa. Posted July 5 2009 at 3:18 PM.
if these allegations were made against a 'joe nobody' there'd be a lynching mob out for blood, but because it's MJ everyone appears to have clouded judgement. Seems like it's ok to be a child molestor if you make popular music
By sharon. Posted July 5 2009 at 3:12 PM.
Maybe the shrinks from Big Brother should comment on MJ's body language!
By Hazza. Posted July 5 2009 at 3:09 PM.
I didn't find Michael squirming like this article suggests. I found Michael incredibly tolerant yet simple amazed at the stupidity of the questions and allegations. Michael was a very shy guy that had evil people out to destroy him because of greed, that is enough to make any one squimish, want to vomit and take years off your life? All this BS is what killed Michael. Rest in Peace Michael. We love you.
By Deborah. Posted July 5 2009 at 3:06 PM.
Hearing him say that he was proud to be black is such a joke. Is there any other black person in history, that anyone of us has ever seen, turn white like he did? Would an egotist like him have children that had NO genetic connection to him? He did not want his "children" to have any chance of being black or having features like he had as a child. His "children" are as genetically related to him as the neighbor down the street's. He was a terrific musician, song writer, singer, dancer, and choreographer and that's it. Otherwise, he was one sick puppy and adoration of him to the level we see is a sign of how sick our society is, and how dumb some people are.
