Unseen footage shows Jacko squirming in horror as he's quizzed over sex...but then he defends himself
A SHOCK video of Michael Jackson defending himself as he is quizzed over child abuse allegations has been uncovered by the News of the World.
The bombshell tape - never before made public - shows the King of Pop NERVOUSLY LAUGHING, COVERING HIS FACE with his hands in dismay and GROANING IRRITABLY as a team of lawyers grilled him in 1996 as part of a lawsuit brought against him by Neverland staff.

Thriller star Jackson-who died last week-SQUIRMS at times as he is questioned about allegations surrounding Jordy Chandler, Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin and Brett Barnes.

But at one point in the frank and revealing footage, the star launches into a spirited defence of himself in which he:
INSISTS he is NOT GAY.
DENIES bleaching his skin and says he is PROUD to be black
SLAMS his child abuse accusers as LIARS and cites the teachings of JESUS to defend his sleeping in the same bed as boy visitors to his Neverland ranch in California.

"Jesus said to love the children and be like the children-to be youthful and innocent, and be pure and honourable," says Jackson reading from a statement he has written.
"He always surrounded himself with children. That's how I was raised-to believe, and to be like that, and to imitate that."
The three-hour video was made in March, 1996-three years after Jackson was first accused of molesting 13-year-old Jordy Chandler who was reportedly paid $22 million not to testify against him.

And it was filmed NINE YEARS before he faced trial over alleged abuse of cancer sufferer Gavin Arvizo, 13-in which prosecutors also claimed he had abused Barnes, 11, and Culkin between the ages of 10 and 14. He was cleared despite refusing to take the stand.
Our tape shows a legal hearing as part of the private suit against the star by what became known as The Neverland Five-a group of former workers at the estate who claimed wrongful dismissal.
One of the key arguments put forward by their chief lawyer Michael Ring was that Jackson, then 37, had threatened staff who claimed they witnessed him behaving inappropriately with children.
The camera focuses on the pale-looking star-wearing a black jacket, red shirt, and black hat-sitting at a table in the hearing room at the Four Seasons Hotel in New York.
He is looking steadfastly forward at the legal team in front of him-including Ring and co-counsel Ruth Ann Niosi. Sat off camera are his briefs, Steve Cochrane and legal adviser Zia Modabber.
But his demeanour is shattered when asked by Ring: "Mr Jackson, in the latter portion of 1993 there were some allegations levelled at you concerning improper conduct with some young boys."

Jackson's face breaks into a weary smile before he straightens it and answers: "Yes". When asked "Are you familiar with a person named Jordy Chandler?", the distracted star at first looks stunned and asks: "Who?"
A few seconds later, as Ring and one of Jackson's aides discuss legal issues about whether or not the star will answer questions about Chandler, the singer bites his lip, picks up papers in front of him and hides behind them for a second before putting them down and trying-and failing-to stifle a huge yawn.
But when asked if he was aware that "Jordan Chandler, or his family on his behalf, filed a litigation, a lawsuit, against you" he lowers himself in his chair and quietly says: "Yes." The star is clearly nervous about the questioning, at one point leaning across the table to apparently look at the opposing lawyers' notes. Looking gaunt and scratching his neck, chest and head, Jackson fidgets through a series of questions about the staff at his ranch who have spoken out against him, revealing that although he has heard their names he doesn't know what job they did.
But it is when the boys are mentioned that he becomes the most animated. At one point Ring asks him: "To your knowledge Mr Jackson, were you ever accused of having sexually molested Brett Barnes?"
Case
The Aussie boy, then 11, slept in the same room as Jackson for a year, according to the testimony of his sister Karlee in documents submitted for the Jordy Chandler case.
But Barnes and his mother insisted nothing inappropriate happened. Clearly disturbed by the question, Jackson squirms away from the camera, closes his eyes and covers his face, before breaking into a smile and shaking his head.
After more legal argument, Ring moves onto child screen star Culkin, asking: "To your knowledge, were you ever accused of having sexually assaulted Macaulay Culkin?"
Again Jackson throws his hands up to his face in frustration, groaning: "Oh."
His lawyer Cochrane quickly says: "That's an instruction not to answer that one." Jackson doesn't. Instead he shakes his head and smiles before looking into the camera. But as the lawyers battle on, the Bad star becomes increasingly agitated and produces a series of his own handwritten documents.
Jackson admits it is a list he made, saying: "When I get angry enough I write down what I want to say and what I want to talk about, to set the record straight.
"Cos you get to a point where you get tired of people lying. I get tired of situations like this, where people completely lie on me, and I'm sick of it . . . I want to set the record straight."
Jackson first denies bleaching his skin. "I'm a black American and I'm proud of it. And I'm honoured of it," he says. "The bleached skin rumour, which is a rumour. I don't bleach my skin. He adds: "They say-they once said-I wanted a white kid to play me as a child, which was a rumour."
Then he blurts out: "I'm not gay." And he adds in faltering, disjointed speech: "Don't judge a person unless you have spoken to them one-on-one, which, which is true. 'Cos what you hear is a lie."
The star, who was raised a Jehovah's Witness by his parents in Gary, Indiana, tries to defend his behaviour with children by referring to teachings in the Bible.
He says: "He (Jesus) was talking to his apostles, and they were fighting over who's the greatest among themselves. And he said, 'Whoever humble yourself like this child is the greatest among me'."
Jackson seems distracted by the nitty-gritty details about his sacked staff. He denies bugging workers, and using radio transmitters disguised as pens. To other questions about them he answered either "I don't remember" or "I'm not sure".
As the hearing drew to a close Jackson seems totally uninterested in the proceedings, grinning at his lawyers' doodles on notepads and saying: "That's good."
What was also good for Jackson was that the sex abuse discussions on the tape were discounted in the civil case which he later won.

OHG - Michael was only a Kid him self deep inside - who just thought like a child - totally innocent - and he did great music. I think its about time everyone just let him rest in peace now - STOP ripping him - he cant even defend him self anymore. Oh yes and what he did with "HIS" body - was his decision in life – after all, it was “HIS” life - who are we to judge?? If anyone ever doubted Michaels innocence, that video will prove he WAS absolutely innocent. Why the hell where they asking him questions about child abuse when it was an unfair dismissal hearing? No wonder he acted the way he did!

It's completely clear that Michael Jackson was telling the truth, not just in this video, but all along. Look into his eyes and you will see. All he ever wanted to do was to love and help people and give people everything that he could. He gave his life. And he never understood why people would beat him up in return... On 06/25/09 a star was born in heaven, Micheal Jackson did what he had to do on earth which was showing all of us what entertainment is all about. Despite all of the allegations about Micheal Jackson,none could really be proven. However, in my opionion people needs to let God do his job and stop trying to take the place of God by judging one another. It really hurt that I was never able to afford to attend none of his concerts. But looking at him on stage was like being at the concert in person. Micheal Jackson will always be the greatest entertainer in my life. I cry often when I think about him. R.I.P. Micheal my good brother.

Michael's bdy language in this is simply that of " this is unreal....I can't believe this..." frustration, and of course being uncomfortable in the beginning when he pulled himself back and then sank in his chair, you can tell he could not believe the questions, the individuals involved and being disappointed. He knew he was innocent, so why worry, he did not act of anyone of guilt, more of someone just hurt once again by those he trusted. I think of how many who came forward in his favor and distinctly say over and over, that nothing inappropriate happened. I think Michael was just so fed up with all the false accusations and questions and the video shows this.
Yes Michael was a troubled individual, a lot of this was due to his own upbring and because of this he was trying to do good by helping children to have a good childhood, he didnt want other children to go throught the pain and horror he did. But sadly sick-minded people misread and misunderstood these actions and seen it as an opportunity to I guess make money because if the accusations where true then no matter how much money you where offered you would so NO, NO & NO again because you would want to see justice done.xx

The stress of all things like this killed Michael. He was unable to cope with the cruelty of the world.
Seems to me we created him.. made him perform for us.. grew weary.. made up stories .. ripped his life out from under him while accusing him of being a monster.. and then sat back and watched him die..!! i hope that there will be no more judgment after this. no more condemnation. it is what made michael's life painful. how much pain can a man endure? be glad that we never experienced what he dealt with. if you were in his place, how much pain would you be able to endure?

However his private affairs have over shadowed this, the video clip of his reaction was quite disturbing as i want to believe they are just malicious lies but after watching the video his reaction was not the right one for me, from a man who loves kids and is quite sensitive why did he start smiling?? if he was "innocent" an he was shocked by the aligations his reaction would of been more of anger, dismay, shock like where is this coming from, maybe even tears to some extent not a nervous laugh, his body language was of a guilty man/child who had just been caught.
Also why would he keep wine on the premisis if he was t-total??
To comment on Linzi's comment about the parents not pushing it further, to be fair its is hard enough to convict a standard peodaphile let alone an international superstar peodaphile.
However it is ashame for MJ if the acussations are false, i think it is due to his upbringing an how he missed his childhood, but there is no excuse that can excuse that type of behaviour.
i think this is one of those things people will never know for definate but i feel it should not be ignored as he was a man too, he just had the international fame, just because he was an entertainer does not mean he was innocent it just made it harder for him to be caught out!!

six years ago i've benn accused by my boss of having abused children at my work. (i'm a social worker, educator). when my boss exposes me all the accusations i had the same reactions michael had on this video. these reactions came when you have to confront something unreal, because you were there to and you know what happened. I can swear to you that the first reaction is that one but after that when you are alone, you just cry and call god for help. on my case i can swear on my bible that i never abused anyone, and i always did my best to make the kids fill good. It was 6 years ago, i'm still in a trial with my boss to prove that i never did anything wrong. if i ever have done anything, i could have let this job and go somewhere else and do it again. but the fact is that i'm innocent and i will obtain with a trial what people can't understand with my words.

People don't understand how someone can be so close with children. Their minds are poisoned and they have filthy thoughts, and they will think the worst even about innocent actions. Hugs and kisses are misconstrued as having sexual overtones, and so on. Michael spoke about purity and honour, and I can't see that he would ever harm a child. He was used by the money-grubbers around him. Michael was a good and pure person, a true artist, sensitive and loving.

Aw man, I hate the people that made him feel like this. Makes me sick, making false accusations all for the sake of money, while Michael was expressing kindness, happiness and alot of love! He was put on this Earth for a reason. He was so loving and kind, he'd do anything for anybody. Heck, he even rang up Jade Goody, when nobody really knew who she was, she was a celebritiy like him.
He truley loved everything and everyone. He deserved so much better than what a lot of people did to him.

Did it ever occur to people that the reason MJ was making the expressions he did was simply because he was in disbelief that such accusations could have been made, let alone taken seriously, in the first place? I am sure that there was ALOT he wanted to say but didn't on the advise of his attorney. Maybe one day people will leave him alone. Love & miss you, Michael. God bless.

Thank you for posting the video. I am glad you posted it because if we were to read YOUR description of it, it totally belies what is on the video. The man is being falsely accused and his expressions are ones of disbelief and frustration. How would YOU feel if someone falsely accused you of a criminal offense....and made it very public! You are probably among those who do not know that it was not MJ that settled the Chandler case...it was his insurance company that did - MJ protested their wanting to settle.

The families who are acquising him from sexual abuse, they need to be... whatever ! This is really out of line. They just wanted to have his money and don't think about what will happen mentally with that person. Who is sick here ! In many 'innocent' persons there is hiding a mental arrogance and selfishnes. Many people are just thinking about themselves without thinking what pain and suffer they create to another person! It's the greed and jealouzy what they cannot stand.

You don't have to be an expert to read a body language that yields frustration.
If someone would accuse you of some horrible things that you did not commit... How would you react?
I have NOT read up on ALL the materials regarding the case, but I have however gotten the main parts of the accusations and how they wore thrown at MJ.
Here is a man that first of all had no childhood. Second of all, he wanted to catch up on it; which he more or less did by involving other kids to experience what
he couldn't as a child himself. And to what extend he did it. Jsut think of Neverland and the Heal the World project.
Such a star that MJ is, and have been... makes him a easy target for the public. That includes media and indivuals that wants to gain on his fame even if they have to
walk over bodies to get there.
For all that I know, MJ could very well have done the the things he was accused of, but I honestly do not think that man ever could have been capable of hurting another child.
That man just glow of kindness. And for those children that supposely wore molested, I can very well se how easy it would have been for a parent to ask the wrong questions, to end up on false stories.
Say a children that supposely wore to stay at MJ's ranch for a given time, and then gets back to his or her parent... Wouldn't some parent might be able to missinterpet the
story told form their child, when they would eagerly tell how much MJ gave of himself, and what kindness he showed.

I don't think we can be sure of anything. It's more complicated. I like Jackson's music and I want to believe in his innocence, but we will never be sure! I know one thing - media made him an unhappy, frightened man. All those gossips, which were preposterous... We don't know anything about his bleached skin, anything about his sexual orientation, anything about his relations with children. We can be sure of one thing - HE WAS UNHAPPY. And all he wanted was to be left alone, to be free. People! Let's finally comply with his request.

C'mon, I am an American, and I can clearly read his body language and reactions as frustration. I honestly didn't know what to think, until I saw this. Besides, the press is playing this up to be something horrible, almost as if he admitted something. There is nothing there. If you were a famous person who has been "tested" over and over and begun to anticipate that people would say and do awful things to you, how would you react? I would smile, and it looks more like a frustrated grimace than a smile to me, out of irony of the sheer ridiculousness of those claims. Yes, I would throw up my hands, run them down my face. I was expecting to see something off the wall and weird and it looked pretty normal to me.
Instead of the intended effect of sensationalism, this video actually solidified my belief that this was a man bombarded with hateful, malicious gossip and accusations. RIP MJ. I finally believe in you.

You know what I find funny here?
The fact that some people STILL believe Michael Jackson did disgusting things to children.
He didn't.
What's more interesting is that if he truly did, then why did Jordy Chandler say Michael Jackson never did do anything like that?
And why did his parents take $Xmillion from Michael Jackson? . . . Michael Jackson offered that money to the Chandler parents because he could not be bothered with the lies any longer . . .
And lets be serious here; if your child had been molested by someone, whether it be the world's richest person, or the world's poorest person, you would want that person put away for life or sentenced to death every single day of the week . . .
And as for the trial in 2003 . . . Well, need I say more but tell you that the parents lied, and that was proven . . .
There are many people out there who will do anything to make a quick buck, and by their own admission, Americans are the worst for doing this . . .
It's truly sickening that people do NOT look at all the facts before making a judgment - I bet those who say Michael Jackson was a BAD man, pardon the pun, are the ones who didn't use their initiative and read the case files etc . . .

Okay, I was never a big fan of MJ, and will not start now. Yes, it's sad that he is dead, but I do truely believe he did things to those children. I don't mean to offend anyone, and I do have the utmost respect for his death.
I's his body language. You would not react like that if someone was basically calling you a pedofile. You would not smile. It is possible that he lied.

I just want to thank the media for showing the above film. I have waited for years to see how Michael had responded to those horrific allegations of any sexual misconduct towards anybody. I now see why i have been so undecided. I must say the naysayers are good. Creating a long history of delusion re: MJ. Becuase of the film I now have a sense of relief that I was right to hold out in final judgement. We all have a sense of the truth and I'm glad I was finally able to use mine in this situation. I was able to see MJ for what he really is--a wonderful and special human being. God Bless The Jackson Family in their time of sorrow. Thank God the children have a family like you to look after them now that their dad is gone.

OJ was found not guilty....... how many people believe he really was not guilty!! I don't know if it's the popularity, the status, the money or what... having the best lawyers are a help too but I don't think you can always rely on the justice system!!
There's no doubt that he was so so musicly tallented and with regard to that his legend will live on!!
His whole life was filled with expectations from others, he was never allowed or had the time to experience normality or live like an everyday human being, So I can understand if this caused him to feel like he constantly needed to create this for himself..... I even feel sad for him for that!! The truth is though, whether the abuse accusations are true or not!! No grown man should be sharing a bed with any young child that isn't his own!! Forget that it's MJ were talking about here, would you really accept from any other GROWN MAN in his forties to believe it ok and say there's nothing wrong in having young children that aren't your own sleeping in his bed? The question is, would you let your child stay the night with any grown man that has this opinion?? If the anwer is no and I hope it would be then I rest my case!!

I'm sorry but if you are accused with these allegations you do not laugh...his body language is VERY supicious. It's easy to say that he was a God , the King of whatever. We all need sex, hormones work the same for everyone. He could have had ANY girls he wanted, but instead he 'went out' with Fat ugly Debbie Rowe, that was obviously a deal between them, she got paid millions to give him 2 kids. Also he said he knew the mother of his 3rd child then changed his mind saying he used a surrogate mother! ALWAYS lying...Time to face God...
