ON STAGE he was a genius showman adored by millions - but when the spotlights went off, Jackson entered a secret dark world where he preyed on young boys. He truly was BAD.

Thanks to immense wealth he kept this chilling side of his life hushed-up and shrouded in mystery.

Then the scandal of 13-year-old Jordy Chandler broke.

Until today the full horrifying details of Jordy's abuse at the hands of Jackson have never been published in Britain.

Now for the first time the News of the World reveals the explosive story spelled out to author Victor M. Gutierrez in his shock book Michael Jackson Was My Lover: The Secret Diary of Jordy Chandler.

Jackson's cunning manipulation of youngsters is starkly unveiled in Jordy's version of events, telling how the pop king first lured him into his bed by scaring the life out of him with a screening of grisly horror movie The Exorcist.

Jackson had whisked his new young pal to Las Vegas on his private jet. The boy's trusting parents allowed their starstruck son to book into his own room and to spend the night watching a film with Jackson.

Michael told me we were destined to be a couple

The calculating star knew Jordy would be frightened witless by the scenes on screen and would eagerly accept his invitation to stay in his luxury suite. Nothing untoward occurred that night, but Jackson had achieved his first objective - getting the innocent boy to sleep with him.

The child had been one of many special young friends to visit the singer's Neverland playground in Santa Barbara, California, and sample his lavish lifestyle.

But Jordy - who met Jacko in 1992 when the star rented a car from his stepdad's company - quickly became No 1 companion.

And Jordy's mother June was furious in Vegas when she found his bed untouched the following morning and realised what had happened.

"Never do it again!" she scolded Jordy. "Do you understand?" "Yes," said Jordy softly.

But when Jordy reported that to Jackson his response was brutal, telling the boy his mum was trying to come between them and if Jordy couldn't contribute to their friendship he'd find someone else who would. From that moment the pair slept together whenever they could.

Jordy told how just two months after their first meeting, on Sunday April 18, the abuse began in earnest.

"Michael began to kiss me on the lips," he said. But this wasn't enough to satisfy Jackson and he started to put his tongue in the boy's mouth.

When Jordy told him to stop because he didn't like it Jackson responded by saying he'd been conditioned to think that way and that there was nothing wrong with it. As their relationship grew Jackson began to confess his darkest secrets. One night, when the pair were in bed together in their pyjamas, Jordy couldn't beleve what he heard,

He recalled: "Michael said things like 'I've had several sexual encounters with another boy. I still do. We have a very good time.'

"Michael said if I wouldn't do those things with him he'd take it as 'perhaps Jordy doesn't love me as much as the other boy loves me'."

ROOM-MATES: But child star Macaulay insists it was innocent

Soon Jackson was touching Jordy all over his body when they kissed. Jackson was becoming besotted and invited the boy to Monaco in May for the World Music Awards.

The moment they arrived in the hotel room Jackson locked the door and asked Jordy if he wanted to take a hot bath. Jordy said: "While I was taking off my shirt Michael took me in his arms and began to kiss me.

"Michael finished taking off my shirt. When I was left only in my underwear he pulled them down and took them off with his teeth." Jordy said the singer then took off his clothes and the boy noticed that he had very little pubic hair and had been circumcised.

The pair got in the tub and Jordy sat in Jackson's lap. He said: "Michael washed my hair and I could feel him close. He kissed my neck and gave me goose bumps."

Jordy said he was encouraged to wash the star's private parts and touch him.

He said Jackson then performed an even more intimate sexual act on the boy and Jordy said: "Finally, we kissed on the mouth.

"Michael looked at me and told me it had been fantastic." Shortly before the pair were due to leave for the presentation Jackson approached Jordy again in the hotel bedroom, kissed him and told him he wanted to make love.

The singer performed more sex acts on the boy before they both got dressed and left for the ceremony.

Jordy said Jackson told him: "We're destined to be a couple." The forbidden sex continued on a trip to the Disney theme park in Paris. Jordy revealed: "Michael loved to do it with me in the shower." But their closeness was beginning to raise suspicions.

One day Jordy's dad Evan confronted Jackson at Neverland and said: "Michael, are you f***ing Jordy?" Jackson giggled: "I never use that word."

Evan said: "Excuse me, but what is the exact nature of your relationship?" Jackson replied: "It's cosmic! I don't understand it myself."

But the singer denied any wrongdoing and the father allowed the pair to continue as friends. Nevertheless Jackson was about to make a fatal mistake. He was invited to stay at the family's house to celebrate the fifth birthday of Jordy's stepbrother Nikki.

With Nikki in a top bunk bed, Jordy and Jackson performed sex acts on each other in the bottom bunk - all witnessed by the youngster above.

And months months later Nikki was to explode Jacko's big secret.

Meanwhile Jordy and Jacko continued to meet to have sex, sometimes for days on end.

The singer began to stay at Evan's house with Jordy a lot. His behaviour, constantly following the boy around everywhere, even into the toilet, left Evan worried. He asked Jackson if he was gay. Jackson just laughed and said: "No!" But one night Evan went into the bedroom and found him and Jordy under the same blanket.

"Jordan was in the foetal position with Michael hugging him from behind with his hand in my son's crotch," said Evan.

"I was extremely confused. I thought that my son was a homosexual. I left them and decided to speak later when I'd calmed down." Next morning young Nikki came into Evan's bedroom and asked his mum Nathalie if it was all right for two boys to get married. Later he added: "Michael is bad because he was hugging Jordy in bed."

But Jackson was already warning Jordy: "If someone asks you if we've done something, just deny it."

With staff at Neverland also suspicious, eventually Jordy's dad could take it no longer. He broke down and told a lawyer friend he suspected the pair of having a sexual relationship. By this time Jackson was asking Jordy to engage in the most perverse acts, although the boy said he refused.

On July 7, 1993, Evan tried to get an order stopping Jackson from seeing Jordy, blaming his ex-wife for nurturing the relationship and accepting cash, lavish gifts and holidays from the star.

When Jordy finally told his dad that Jacko HAD touched him intimately Evan had the evidence he needed. He confronted Jackson and told him: "I'll see you in court!"

That was the last time Jordy and Jackson would see each other.

Evan's next move was to ask for a pay-off of $20 million - over £12 million at today's rates. At the time he explained: "Perhaps this amount will convince Michael not to abuse any more children."

Quickly the police got involved and, after hearing every intimate detail from Jordy, were horrified that Evan had tried to negotiate with Jackson.

Cops swooped on Neverland seizing videos, photos, diaries, and rolls of film. They also found a photo album of nude boys.

When the charges of sexual abuse broke, Jackson countered that it was a simple case of extortion.

Youngsters were paraded in front of the press - including Australian Brett Barnes - to say they had slept in the same bed as Jackson but it was perfectly innocent.

But by the turn of the year doubts on Jackson's innocence were growing. Negotiations began again to cut a deal. And on January 21, 1994, the news broke. Jackson had bought Jordy's testimony - and silence - for $22 million. Jordy got 20 million, his parents a million each.

Many saw it as an admission of guilt but it effectively killed off the police case.

Today Jordy is 29 and lives in a luxury apartment outside New York where he successfully manages his investments, increasing his fortune still further. He had years of counselling and now insists he will never speak of the past.

But the scandal left Jackson tarnished. And in 2003 he became so desperate to revive his career he invited in Panorama journalist Martin Bashir - of Princess Diana interview fame. But the show was a disaster.

The star admitted to sharing a bed with young boys, among them Gavin Arvizo, a 13-year-old cancer patient.

He told Bashir: "It's not sexual. I tuck them in, have hot milk, cookies. It's very charming, it's very sweet."

Jackson revealed "many children" had shared his room - including Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin.

Jackson denied any sexual contact but after the broadcast Arvizo came forward to claim he HAD been molested. In 2005, at a court in Santa Maria, California, jurors heard graphic testimony from Arvizo how he clearly remembered two occasions when the singer fondled him under his underpants.

But the case unravelled when several key witnesses admitted to previously lying under oath, and Jackson was acquitted.

All this is the same outpouring of sentimentality after Diana died. People who had hated Diana suddenly deemed her the people's princess after her death, swept up by the public display of grief.

I guarantee the majority of the people posting here disliked Jackson before his death, or at the very least had no interest in him or his world. This is why they call sentimentality the unearned emotion: it's being emotional for the sake of it, a tide of grief, a kind of mass hysteria. None of you knew Jackson the man, so why pretend you do?

Fact is, as great as Jackson was an artist, as a human he was terribly flawed. At the very least, he enjoyed sharing beds with other people's children - he admitted this himself. Now ask yourself, would you like your children, nephews, kid brothers, to share a bed with a 40-something man? Whether Jackson did, or did not, do any of the accusations outlined above, his lifestyle was totally improper.

Celebrate his music, his talent, by all means. But as a man, there appears to have been a very thin line between Michael Jackson and Gary Glitter.

Jordy Chandler looks like a little liar in his photos, and him and his parents were out to get the money not justice. MJ paid them off to avoid more press and all that fun stuff which was not good for his career. After word got out they were paid, then here comes the other vultures. What ever people said about Michael, I know that he was a nice, loving and caring human being. He did a lot of good things in this world and yet people made false rumours about him. I just can't believe how heartless people can be sometimes. Even for the world's biggest amount of money, I wouldn't do what Jordy did and I wouldn't care what my parents would say or do. That's just cruel and disgusting.

My heart will always be missing a part, that part is MJ, I love you so much and every day is a struggle trying to accept what has happen. I am tired of all the negative and wish people would stop. MJ you are a loving, caring individual and the world will never be the same without you. I know God has a special place for you, I am thankful that maybe now you can have some peace, just saddened that you were unable to have the same peace on earth.

May God continue to bless your beautiful children and I pray that they will continue to stay with Katherine and the Jackson family; that is where the need to be.

I personally think that Michael was doing this because that was the way his dad bought him up... I don't think he intended to hurt anyone, but those parents asking for $20 million is out of order, they may have just wanted the money and used their son to help them get it. I think that all this has now been forgotten because of his death, but I think people should still realise how child abuse does happen in the real world, Michael is just one example of a situation that actually is very common. RIP Michael, no-one will forget you. We should all remember Michael for the good things he has bought to our lives

When people say that a child would "never" lie about being molested...factually that is untrue, it happens more than society is willing to believe. In fact there is an article on Chron.com as I speak about 2 adult siblings who have recanted that their father sexually molested them as children...he spent 20 years in prison...because of a LIE.

Even now after Michael Jackson's death I still don't believe any of the stories of child abuse. The families obviously saw several pots of gold going kerching in their eyes when they realised he was becoming close with kids like Jordy Chandler & Gavin Arvizo. Perhaps jealousy that they couldn't form the same bond. Anyway Michael can now rest in peace with the angels, knowing his conscience to be clear, and that everything bad about him has been made up just for other people to make or break money out of him. He will be greatly missed by fans worldwide, people who believe him and not made up stories & his loving family. I really felt for his children especially at today's memorial service - screened on BBC at 6pm UK time. Wonderful to see Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie, Usher, Brooke Shields, Queen Latifah & Mariah Carey give their own special tribute. And it was poignant that Michael was there too - even if it wasn't in body (in a wonderfully laid out silver casket with flowers) but just in spirit. RIP Michael. Hope you're happy wherever you are. Gari, you are sooooo wrong about kids lying about sexual abuse. Kids and teens and adults who are attention seekers will lie about ANYTHING to get attention - including sexual abuse. My old housemate when I was 17 told me that her stepdad had sexually abused her and that her mother had taken him to court and put him in jail - until her brother's 21st came up and lo and behold there was the stepfather!! I asked the mother about it and she was livid, shouting "JODIE TOLD YOU WHAT???". It never happened. She just wanted me to feel sorry for her. She also lied about being pregnant to her boyfriend to get his attention when she never was. People spin amazing stories when they want attention!!

The first CD my father ever bought me was your Thriller, i loved it so much! I grew up with your music and i loved to se you dancing and singing and you seemed to have such a beautiful heart,you did so much beautiful things for children,i remembering trying to do your moonwalk but i never could, i bet i looked stupid doing it. I am so truly sorry that you never got any childhood, that you had to be a grown up as a child, children really need their childhood and i believe thats why you wanted to have your childhood as an grown up, you loved to play with all the kids around you to give them what you never got. And i am sorry that a few people took this and turned it into something bad, they lied and spread those terrible things about you just to get your money, it is so terrible as you ever could have hurt any children,NO! you lived for the children all over our world, and you made us others se that there is some really beautiful people in this world and you were the most beautiful of them all! Michael Jackson was strip searched and the police found that he was NOT circumcized as Jordie Chandler accused.

Michael Jackson was NOT circumcized, yet Jordie Chandler said Michael was.

Evan Chandler divorced Jordie's mother long time ago. Evan was owing $68,000 in back child support, even if Evan was a dentist. Either Evan was a bad dentist that couldn't make enough money, or he was a bad father that refused to pay child support. But the record showed that Evan owed child support for $68,000, when Evan accused Michael Jackson for molesting Evan's child that Evan didn't suppport.

Further, Jordie at 26 years of age, filed for restraining order from his father Evan because Evan used a weight (12 lbs?) to hit Jordie at his back and neck.

haven't read every single comment posted so far but just wanted to say a couple of things:-

if mj was guilty of all those things he was accused of, then why did the parents settle for a payout? if my child was so badly abused i'd want to see the abuser locked up til they die!!

yet on the other hand, nobody can say for sure that those things didn't happen "just because he has kids of his own"... if you're sick in the head you'd do it to anyone, even your own flesh and blood. i should know because i was one such victim.

the right thing to do now is to let mj's family grieve in privacy and for all those money-making vultures to get a job!!

Michael was celibate - the thought of sex repulsed him - there are a lot of people like that - so what..? I agree with others that his close friendships with these young boys was his way of recapturing his youth - which he obviously never had. If mj liked to have sex with boys i`m pretty sure that with his money that could have been arranged - and kept quiet. He never did anything slyly or underhanded - he was completely open - he never lied - and i think that in itself tells us he wasn`t doing anything wrong. Michael`s worst fault was he was too trusting - because he saw it all as innocent he presumed everyone else would do the same - he was wrong. Of course it all comes down to money. If michael had not been a multi millionaire there is no way he would have even been in this guy`s house - let alone his son`s bed - that says everything doesn`t it..? This guy said if mj has to pay out 20 million that will teach him..? My god that`s the biggest load of bull i ever heard ! Amazing how many are crawling out of the woodwork now michael has died. 1. For those who insisted he wanted to be white:

The ignorance of some people astounds me. He had vitligo, which continued to progress, (white patches increasing in number and size),eventually beyond the help of brown make-up – then eventually beyond the help of lighter brown make-up: check his visible patches and MJ talking about the disease in various YT videos, the information some are too ignorant to search is also under your noses. Also read up on the disease. Then, you will be in NO doubt about how MJ, after talking to his dermatologist, had NO choice but to bleach the remaining brown patches –in order to even out his skin tone!!

I think there are many people so blinded by Michael Jackson's considerable talent and the sweet, sad public face that was revealed that they can't accept that there may have been another darker side to the man. It may be true that all the people who have accused him of wrong are lying - or it may not be. He was a troubled person, and troubled people often do things that seem to be out of character. Even the things he openly admitted to would have been avoided by a normal person who wanted to avoid the appearance of impropriety. We can regret the loss of Jackson the performer, but we certainly shouldn't hold Jackson the person up as a role model or hero.

What they did to him was awful, yet it was happening around him all the time. People were mainly hangers on, just using his money. No wonder he was so lonely.
Personally, I don't believe these stories and I never have. What I believe is that Michael wanted these children around him, as he never had a childhood. It was nothing sexual or anything like that, he simply wanted them there as company and to have fun with.
He was incredibly giving, and probably loved those children as much as his own.
In my opinion, I don't think he would ever raise a finger to hurt a child, in a sexual or non sexual way.
He was a loving person, who was terribley mis-understood, and I think it's time that we let him rest in peace, because that is the least that he deserves.

Mj was a sweet and kind person who suffered for doing good. He was not perfect but he was very humble. I have never seen a person so humble. there is no greater reward than a reward from God, and I believe in his final moments he made it right with the Lord.

To all the people who say "why would you pay millions if your innocent" thats fame for you, you pay out millions in order to close the story.
This case affected MJ for the rest of his life.

MJ's only mistake was that he had no childhood so lived it through other children and wanted to shower them with care, love and happiness in an innocent way.
If Jodys's parents really thought something was going on with MJ and their son, they should have stopped him spending time with MJ straight away but they didnt, they let it carry on and earn millions from it! No parent I know would want money if they really believed their son had been abused! To me Jordy is living a very happy life living off MJ (like most people who MJ knew they lived off his wealth and took pure advantage!)
Why not let MJ r.i.p and let his children grow up with the memory of their father whom they adored and he adored more than anything in his life.
I also think that MJ's parents to this day play a negative part in his life and lived off his money. I dont hear statements from a grieving father but a man who wants to see how much money he can make from his sons death!

I do not believe this crap about M.J. I know he paid out the 22 mill, that was a bad move but I think he just wanted to get it behind him and it just made things worse for him. These so called people are still wanting more. This so called Dad when he seen M.J.'s hands on his Son crocht he should have done something at that time and not waited, I have been abused as a child so I can tell you if I was to catch someones hands on one of my kids like that the only trial I would be going to would be mine for either murder or attempting murder. Because that is just some thing you can not just sweep under the carpet and forget when it happens to you something always brings it up. So NO amount of money is worth putting your child threw that. So I believe they are LIERS!!!

Molly I agree with you, this guy (MJ) had his demons, no child would lie about that kind of abuse, I would know since my daughter is a survivor of such abuse by her own father. I am the same age as MJ and I grew up on his music, Motown is the best of the best, but lets call a spade when it's a spade and MJ was one.

@me. It was proved he wasn't guilty though, yet people still think he was. Although he settled out of court that doesn't mean he was guilty. When there is the possibility of being wrongly convicted it was the right move for him. But even so, if the police had enough evidence they would have still pressed charges as an alleged criminal offence had been committed and they have too, but they didn't have a shred of evidence.

All the accusations that followed this were made by various people. Yet not one went to the police to inform them of his alleged abuse on children, but went to the news papers instead for money. They didn't go the police because they knew they would have to go to court and lie under oath.

A friend of a friend of friend of mine (who is really well off) was accused of raping someone a few years back. It never actually got to court because it was revealed that the girls boyfriend was abusing the girl and made her accuse him of rape to try and extort money from him. Lets just say his business was nearly finished, people in his local town turned on him. Worst of all he could have been wrongly convicted.

People will lie and say anything if money is involved. If feel sorry and sad Jackson. He had made such a difference to other peoples lives and given so much to charity and to children, yet lived in his own nightmare for the last 15 years off the back of greedy people who basically contributed largely to his fall from stardom and ultimately his death.

I hope his accusers know that the end will come for them soon, they may very well burn in the same hell they created for MJ.
In this cut up business called showbiz, it would not surprise me that MJ was set up by competitors. If it is true he converted to Islam and the Arab moneybag who offered him a place to stay and then turned around and wanted to sue him, I hope he reconverted on his journey off this planet.

Michael did not do the things he was accused of, that's been proven now by his accuser who said he only said what his Dad told him to say. False accusations ! But look how it much it cost Michael. I'm not talking about just money. His beautiful Neverland was never the same for him after it all. His outlook on life wasn't the same. He lost his self esteem, people branded him guilty no matter how much it was proven he didn't do it. He was found NOT GUILTY but the damage had been done. I think Michael has been slowly dying since the day he was accused and in a way it is murder. Murder by the press and all the people who could not accept that he was innocent.

R.I.P. Michael ! You were innocent and will be missed dearly ! Hopefully Heaven is not full of people who judge others so quickly.

I love Michael Jackson's music and think he had amazing ability. Just stop and think for just one second IF these accusations were true, (i know they arent!) but say they were hypothetically speaking.....he really did get away with it. He did admit to sharing beds with boys even if it was for a movie or whatever...that still is kinda yucky. Yes, we can blame the parents for their wrong doings and allowing their child to be alone with ANY adult rich or poor...especially a male....but the truth is, I want MJ to RIP, but we have to stop being so quick to say no no no just because we love him...we never knew what happened behind closed doors, I hope he never did that, but IF he did anything I hope those victims are ok and leading good lives. I dont believe Michael Jackson ever did anything wrong to these children. He was a child himself, he loved them, but not in a dirty way. I believe he was manipulated, in fact, how do we all know for certain, that the lad who made the accusation about Michael, didnt take advantage of Michael and the accusers brother and family were in on it and it all got twisted, as they seem to be doing fine right now with all the money he gave them, doesnt mean to say he was guilty because he gave them some money. I would say that he probably gave them the money because that is the sort of person he was. The love of money is the root of all evil. The families of the young boys loved money and were prepared to destroy a man's reputation in order to fill their pockets. I have never believed that Michael Jackson abused those children. I am not a Michael Jackson fan, who believed that he could do no wrong. I was always uncomfortable with the idea that a parent would leave their child with someone who was abusing them. As for those who have asked why he paid off one of the boys. The simple answer is that he wanted an easy life and could not cope with the stress. I feel that maybe now that he is dead ,he will be vindicated. If someone had abused my child i would not drop the case because i was offered money, no matter how much. No one but them know what happened, however i dont believe it and he was proven not guilty. I believe it was greed. This ruined Michael's career and people need to stop bringing this up constantly. The poor man is dead now, it's time he was shown some respect so he can finally be free. I personally will miss him very much, the world will be a lesser place without him. Its all about money money money!!! MJ made the biggest mistake of his life by being too kind to children and there families! As soon as MJ said "i cant help no more" then all the accustations started flooding in! I never believed this before and i refuse to believe it now. I cant believe these stories are still going on after his death! Michael should be remembered for his MUSIC and CHARITY to the world. Not these FALSE accusations. The $22million that MJ paid does not make him GUILTY it makes him desperate for all the pain and lies to stop that Jordy and his family was causing. The so-called naked pictures of boys that SARAH was referring to is "The Boy: A Photographic Essay", its out of print but you can buy it for hundreds of dollars on AMAZON.COM (which isn't in the business of selling kiddie porn). The boys are actually actors from "Lord of the Flies". There is nothing sexual about them and in the book Michael inscribed: “Look at the true spirit of happiness and joy in these boys’ faces, this is the spirit of boyhood, a life I’ve never had and will always dream of. This is the life I want for my children.”

All of the porn in Michael house was heterosexual with older, full-figured women, which sort of explains his fondness for Elizabeth Taylor.

I don't think that it's possible for a man to be turned on by older, plump women and skinny, little boys at the same time. I like older, tall, brawny men like Dwayne Johnson; I don't find scrawny, little girls sexually appealing - talk about POLAR opposites!!!!!
