Or at least that's Sarah Ferguson's goal, after she vowed to be "footballer fit" in time for her 50th birthday in October.
Fitness fan Fergie hopes to lose enough weight so she can squeeze into a racy black bikini.
The former Royal - once dubbed Frumpy Fergie after a food addiction saw her weight balloon - is embarking on a radical diet for a TV show.
"I am going to run along the beach at 50 and be footballer fit, not just fit fit," promised Fergie.
We mocked up a picture of what she might look like in a Baywatch-style jog across the sand.
As well as shedding the flab, Fergie will also be gaining pounds - £50,000 to be exact - for the hour-long ITV special called Fit At 50.
To achieve her aim, the mum-of-two is even enlisting the help of David Beckham's personal trainer Neil Lewis to be trim in time for the big anniversary. The Duchess - who has also been closely linked with the GMTV sofa job - added: "I'll be running down that beach in my small black bikini."
An ITV1 insider said: "There's enormous excitement that Sarah's agreed to get involved.

"Make no mistake, she's facing a hard slog in the gym. There will be no where to hide on the beach.
"Viewers will see her looking like she has never done before."
The show - broadcast in November - will see Fergie interviewing other famous names about their battles with the bulge. It's a path she has trodden well herself having fallen into over-eating after the break down of her marriage to Prince Andrew.
She recalled: "I was so unhappy I ate all the time. I was pilloried for being overweight, and on the cycle went. I didn't know how to break it.
"It's like being an alcoholic. For ages you say you don't need help, and then eventually you get some."
And it was words from Princess Diana that first inspired Fergie - an ambassador for Weight Watchers - to slim down.
She said: "I remember Diana saying, 'It's easier for you. I'm at the top of the pedestal and only have one way to go. You're at the bottom, so can only go up'."
