BACKDOOR BRIDE SCAM

What is going on in this country? No-one is genuine and no-one can be trusted. These lawyers are there to fill their pockets and fool the system! Yes it goes on but they got caught red handed, they should be used as an example to warn others they should not be lawyers and struck off!

i think is about time Home Office realise that they will rather end up raising some extra quid for the government by allowing people who want to live and stay in UK the right to apply for ILR even if they are not 4 or 5 years in the country. why am i saying this, some lawyers are being smart to use fake marriage to make stupid profit(cuz they dont even pay tax on it) to gain ILR for these wanna stay in UK brides or grooms. Instead i think government will rather be better off if they end up charging these people by making a provision for people who are ready to pay this fee they pay to these lawyers to have their ILR. This provision should be different from the one that allow those who want to marry genuine. i think government deserve this money than this fake lawyers cuz it will end up creating a better UK in terms of improved facilities and benefits for us.

So nice and sad to see this happening. There are people in this country who got talents to help the world and universe but haven't yet been given the chance by the home office.

If Britain will be kind enough to help these talented people who can bring heaven to earth and even solve the economic recession..Britain will be one of the greatest country in the world... I respect Britain for one thing and that shines above everything else. Their respect for Asylum seekers. they give shelter, home and hope to the poor. Good natured people are suffering and can contribute so much to the country but can't get any help from lawyers because the lawyers of today demand money before anything else.

I pray that Home office will find in its heart to identify genuine seeking people who can make the difference in this part of the world that we live in.

I'm fully convinced that the home office is instituitionally racist this can be deliberate,unconcious or whatever you want to describe it. Common sense should tell home office and it's cronies in Parliament that the more you make difficult laws to frustrate foreigners especially Africans the smarter they become.As a science student I know for sure that the brain is adaptable and able to generate new ideas.Of course "Britain" is your country you can choose to do whatever you want.But have you guys forgotten colonialism all people want is a descent life.They want to work ,pay tax and in the future go back to their country of origin.But you guys take pleasure in seing people suffer,beg at your mercy.You want to be seen as God and worshipped.For Christ sake this ain't gonna happen even if people eat faeces and drink urine, humans by nature are arrogant.Whether they are chocolate,cocoa,strawberry,apple,or what have you will never bow to you.be sensible government.Conservatives,liberal and BNP cant change anything, labour cannot be blamed either.
Think fast and make intelligent laws not mean laws also restricting people to work for 20 hours,just look at that as well.hugh you guys never learn any lesson.Try tighening the laws and you will have a massive irreversible blow.the police or army can't do anything with their guns.

having lived in uk for 6 years and now a citizen in the US, I know how it feels to be illegal in a country. in the uk, illegals cannot even mention Home Office in their conversation for fear of being arrested and deported. I dont blame people who go the back way to get papers.

it is difficult to understand why we do set rules and regulatios to create confusion. my first question is, who owns the earth? why do we set rules to control our movements? why can't A work and live happily as B on the same land and environment? if this has been sorted out, there wouldn't be anything like this. we need to change the way we live and the we treat each other. black or white, asian or african, we all the same.

I am sad to read the above .....its not just lawyers who are doing this sort ofthing. I know of a family who was introduced to a man for their daughter. Based on the supposed good intentions of the aunt the introducer known to the family for over 30 years to the family they married. They claimed he was highly educated financially sound - he was quite the opposite. After 6 years of hell suffered by my cousin at the hands of this manipulative compulsive liar. It took that long to get his stay. It is now known that the aunt arranged the marriage took payment and arranged for the mguy to leave the woman. He created such a nightmare for my cousin during and after receiving his stay that she was forced to chuck him out. He claimed he was a christian hahahahahah they all are. 6 years later and after emotional abuse, debts to destroy lies and infidelity he has gone his own way (aided by the forced exit) after rececingh what he came for. He abandoned the home and has left an innocent child who was also part of the scam to legitimise his application.Its all good when both know what is going to happen no children etc but different when people set out to destroy in the process. Of course his side of the story was he was suffering and being abused. His line for his prepared exit. Thank God my cousin is now happy remarried and advises unawares who meet their knight in shining armour but with no papers...BEWARE....

I don't understand why some people are making a big deal about this immigration issue, it's all completely nonsense. Can someone tell me what this lawyers have done wrong, trying to help people who just want to live a normal day to day life and contribute by paying taxes to the government and not pulling guns at people to rob them. This are the same people who do all the dirty jobs that most British are not doing in terms of public services and cheap labour. This are the same who have built up this country to it's greatness, before the so-called EU.
Has some of you hypocrate so soon forgotten about the history of 'SLAVE TRADE'. I guess some of u people should go back and learn their shameful history before making unnecessary comments. Packing people like sardines without their will and shipping them here to Uk. Robbing us of our resources. Where was the immigration control at that time.
'The earlier they grant AMNESTY to this 'law abiding immigrants, the better it will be country. Because whatever the case may be, this people will do everything to survive. It's time the authorities have a deep thought. Tn my opinion i think they should be given the right to stay in this country.Thanks

well what is strange about this??when you have a country that pays people to stay at home and not do a thing ,you most certainly need some one to come work for you to get taxes.its a bloody shame though that europeans dont need to go through this when they relocate to africa,so why isnt anybody questioning why they wont make it tough for immigrant brains to settle in, the whole uk system has run and will run on the back of immigrants both legal and illegal,they should know by the amount of taxes received and the amount that should be received that there are more people working than documented.bit its good when the money is coming in.most of these people only want to be able to work in peace and be able to move freely ,they will most certainly retire to their countries and leave the country for its owners...

This is not a big deal,their ONLY AIM IS TO GET A STAY AND WORKING PAPERS to enable them work and to pay TAXES to the treasury.And as one forumer suggested,if the authorities were to give amnesty to all illegals,such things would not have happened.They were not selling illegal drugs or killed anybody.

Just a different thought on this. How many arranged marriages are happening from the Asian sub continent. There is no difference in my opinion to this and what your story is highlighting. When labour came to power in 1997 one of the first things they did was to make it easier for the foreign party in the arranged marriage to get residency.

This is certainly no news. It has always been part of British/EU culture. If the laws wouldnt allow the very people who work hard to feed some of us Brits on benefits to gain visas, what else do we expect them to do in order to do their work?

Such bogus marriages only become a necessary end to their survival. If the Home Office would put appropriate measures to assist these decent and hard working immigrants to get their right to work, they wouldnt go to such extends. Offer them the right permits to stay and these things will end.

Get a life guys its not just a problem in the UK, its a European law which means a British citizen can do the same in Germany. But if the Home office were competent enough they would make sure that these marriages were for real by organising raids and checks.

The price has gone up - I know a man who got paid £1,000 twice to marry women trying to get permanent status in this country - this was in 1998! so this is a long ongoing scam that is costing this country, in particular tax payers an absolute fortune!

The article is like they have invented the wheel. The whole thing is well know among the immigrants that this type of practice is used wadely and the policy doesn't do a thing. I even know an Home Office employer in Croydon that has had as builders illegal immigrants. I know another guy who works for a bank and gets 30% backside for any loan he gets approved for an illegal immingrant. Who certainly will take the money and run away.

The whole system is corrupt.

Did you ever wonder where the money for things like the subversion of the world's immigration laws may come from?

Here in California after passing Proposition 187 it seems to be becoming clearer.

It seems to me as long as we allow people to print up fiat money there will be no place in the world where freedom can flourish.

If the Globalist oppose your efforts, paid for with real hard earned money, all they have to do is fire up the presses and shovel the money to any group that will oppose you.

Not only that but it seems they do it in such a way that the money to achieve THEIR goals is borrowed from them. Then we pay interest to a group outside of our country, like the Federal Reserve, on the creation and borrowing of OUR OWN money.
