This amazing picture was taken at Richmond Park, Surrey, as the temperatures soared across Britain. The deer was driven out of the water pond and raced off.
Meanwhile, there was a rush for the seaside and the great outdoors as the sun shone. Over 100,000 people crammed Brighton's beaches. Bournemouth was also packed.
The hottest place was Kinlochewe in the north-west Highlands, with 26C (79F). Only the east coast missed out as a chilly breeze kept temperatures low. Forecasters say it will remain hot and sunny today and into next week-when we're all back at work!
