The 21-year-old widower - who has served just over half his 12-week sentence - will be released on FRIDAY.
And he has booked a lavish party at Faces nightclub in Gants Hill, Essex, for family and friends next SUNDAY - 57 days after Jade's funeral.
The shindig has been branded "Jack Tweed's Relaunch Party" by his pals, who have even come up with a POSTER for the do that reads: "Jack's first night out in over a year!"
But some friends have voiced serious concern about the event coming so soon after Jack was jailed for assaulting a taxi driver.
One said: "Jack's not thought about how it looks for a man jailed for a drunken assault to celebrate his release with an almighty p***-up! Those smug photos on the flyer make it look like Jack hasn't learned his lesson."
The party will take place only ten weeks after mum-of-two Jade lost her brave battle against cervical cancer aged 27.
Jack hopes the party will lead to a string of bookings at the Essex nightspot which will revive his career as a nightclub promoter.
However, pals also think his violent temper could lead to more trouble if he pursues his plan to make a living on the club scene.
"He has a violent temper when he's drunk," said one friend. "A nightclub promoter is hardly a good career move.
"It's like an arsonist deciding he wants to be a fireman. Jack's playing with fire."
The News of the World has also learned that he will be released from Chelmsford jail, Essex, WITHOUT an electronic tag.
Jack was caged in April for his attack on cabbie Stephen Wilkins, 54.
The incident took place while Jack was on bail over ANOTHER assault, this on a lad of 16 he smashed over the head with a golf club. He was later jailed for that attack but released early with a tag so he could be with his dying bride.
He will be banned from leaving the country until January 2010 when the full tariff for both sentences has passed. Jack - who listed his job as a "promoter" on his wedding certificate - has spent much of his time inside planning his comeback.
From behind bars, Jack told his best man and business partner Mark Wright: "I've made mistakes and have served my time.
"Now I want to prove all those people who doubted me that they were wrong."
He also promised to be there for his late wife's two children, Bobby, five, and Freddie, four.
He went on: "I can't wait to see the boys and get my life back to normal.
"When I get released I won't be tagged anymore so I can throw myself back into running the business.
"Apart from my wedding night, I have been unable to have a night out with my friends since the middle of last year. I am looking forward to this as any young man would."
Jack, Mark and business associate James Kane are signing up guests for the club night on Facebook.
But other pals are crossing their fingers that Jack won't let freedom go to his head.
"All eyes will be on him when he gets out," said one. "He wants to do the best thing for Jade's two boys but if he wants a career on the club scene he really has to watch his step.
"The most important thing is, however he chooses to make his money, he doesn't let himself down again. It's what Jade would have wanted."
And that was the vow Jack had made to Mark at his wedding to the Big Brother star.
"I just want to get my life back on track and start afresh," he told him.
"I want to be able to support Bobby and Freddie all the way so I am going to get my head down and really work my socks off.
"I will make Jade proud."

It gets me how so many people can leave nasty comments about a person they dont even know. Everyone is going off what they read about him & we dont know what is or isn't true, only his close friends & family know that. I do not know Jack but i do know that he comes from a nice & loving family who are worried about their Son & Brother. All i am saying is spare a thought for them too & how hurtful all this is for them when they are watching Jack try to come to terms with the loss of his wife. How many of us have made mistakes at some point in our lives? I have also read Jades autobiography & diary & one thing was clear & that was just how much she loved Jack. She died loving him & knowing that he loved Her & that is good enough for me! Good Luck Jack, you're only 21 & have been through so much, dont be afraid to be seen smiling again, its what Jade would want.

You know what, tragedy touches all of us in different ways. It's how you deal with it that makes you who you are. Poor him, hardly any of you have talked about the children. Grow up already and man up to your responsibilities. Every one of us have been throught tough times and we don't throw a party every time life gets tough.(If this story is even true!) The boys are the ones that are going to have to live with everything that everyone says on here. His 15 minutes of fame will be over soon, but they are babies. Realize what you are saying before you broadcast it for everyone to see. I am sure that the majority of you have children too, would you like them to read these things about you if this happened to you?

jack should be let alone pls enough of all these,he has suffered a lot as young as guy, give me rest and let him face his life.
By em4real.. Posted May 26 2009 at 1:44 PM.
I thought it was all one grand conspiracy. Jade was faking her cancer only to miraculously recover being assured of 100's appearances in Hello magazine to keep the wheels of celebritydom turning. But now I'm not so sure. However, if Jack decides to claim his 15 minutes of fame I do not have a problem with that. You and I look foreward to plenty of articles in our favourite Celebrity magazines so STFU you overly harsh critics of Jack.
By a real con job or was it?.. Posted May 26 2009 at 11:09 AM.
i just cant believe that poeple can be so nasty
give him a break he has just lost his wife to cancer
and dispite what poeple may think he his going through hell I think the party thing is made up to make him look bad he does not look like someone
who wants to party. he is really good with the boys and noway should he be stoped from seeing them
surely jeff can see that

Jack will never b a good samaritan He got where he is because of Jade and he only got as far as Prison!!
Jade had to lovely boys with Jeff n Jeff has always held his own and I think he will do great bringing there boys up Jack will always go for the Badboy image and yes it will earn him money with the papers etc but to b honest I would rather c him dissappear if thats al he can bring
Jade was a remarkable person how she stood up to cancer and let ppl no how horrid it is she forght hard to earn money for her sons to give them a good life without the bad stuff she had to go thru Inc violence (Jack can u see what u did) Jade doesnt want her boys seein all tht so if Jack does go back down tht path the papers shouldnt entertain him and should show Jades sons all the good things in life like Jeff tries to :) xxx
By sharon.. Posted May 26 2009 at 12:56 AM.
Read Jade's own autobiography if you want to know if he ever took any money off her, sorry Jackiey, you've obviously never read it either. Jade made it quite clear Jack Tweed was a waster and was costing her money (£2,500 for damage to a hotel room he smashed up in a drunken rage), according to her he just wanted to sit around and watch family fortunes all day and had no ambition (Jade's own words). We all know what he was and what he will always be. Spare a thought and save any compassion for Jeff, the only person in this tragedy who has acted with any dignity or thought for a frightened, dying young woman who probably could not even believe what was happening to her or how to really cope with it, leaving two young children behind.

come on you nasty people who have been leaving comments saying he is in the wrong. think how you would feel if ur wife just died of cancer suddenly. he is probably just really upset and turning to drink thinking it is going to help him. i bet some of you r fat and turn to food when ur upset! he can only get worse if he is hearing bad comments about him. give him a chance and he will be back to normal!

I think we all got jack tweed sussed as soon as he married jade yes he made her happy but he also knew he would make loads of dosh out of the whole sham, hes only a young lad far from a mature sad widower to. M y hat gets tipped to jeff brazier, good dad ,and a quite one and can earn his own money, not off jades back, like jack will.

He's pond life. He only got married to Jade so he could get a short spell in prison. He will be back in again very soon.

HILARY - we're all brain dead for reading about him, i'm presuming you are included in that as you left a comment!
Give the guy a break - yeah it might be too soon for a night out and if he out every night then yeah its disrespectful to his wife. He's not even out yet, and it was his friends who made the poster!
R.I.P Jade,
Jack don't let her down!!

Why is this not a surprise? Let him out as soon as possible as in no time at all he will be back inside again. This man is a joke. Poor Jade. She is better off where she is.

He deserves a night out after everything that he has been through lately. Dont get in to trouble again Jack for the sake of Jade and the boys.
By Carrie .. Posted May 24 2009 at 1:00 PM.
What ever Jack Tweed does, it will be wrong for some people. Life has to go on and I am sure Jade will love that Jack has a party. I love Jade Goody and I miss her.alma
By alma.. Posted May 24 2009 at 11:53 AM.
jack wake the world is watching you.you should be spending time with jade boys a holiday etc nt having partys so soon.you are stiil young to have plenty of time.people wiil respecy you.
By chez.. Posted May 24 2009 at 12:18 PM.
totaly agree with diane, he will be there for jades boys and i think the fact that jades mum jackie has defended him speaks volumes , he is intitled to a night out , he is a young guy and he can be given the chance to prove himself.
By marion cunningham.. Posted May 24 2009 at 11:41 AM.
Well he's young and he's never gonna live the life of a studious boffin now is he?
I was a rather amazed that he's going to have this wild night so soon after Jade died but we are all different,
Jade's mother said He was offered one of her houses and he declined it saying he would never be able to live in it and to save it for her boys. She also said he was the only guy who NEVER took a penny off of her and payed for all the holidays they went on together. So he can't be all bad - and he did make her last days precious for her so give the lad a break.
By Diane.. Posted May 24 2009 at 11:11 AM.
How does that taxi driver and his children feel about Jack Tweeds release and now planning a party to celebrate? hes a waste of time who if he really cared about Jades two sons would be planning to visit them instead of throwing a party.
hes nothing but a tool whos famous for going out with jade goody (who lets not forget went playing football with his mates as she lay on her death bed and pulling his brothers pants down having a great time)
By elle.. Posted May 24 2009 at 10:54 AM.
I mean come on - Is anyone really surprised by this .. He's not exactly acting like a heartbroken widower - arranging a party in a club 10 weeks after his wife was buried.. I doubt whether Liam Neeson is up for clubbing and his wife died about the same time..But that's the difference between the two men - One was in love with his wife and the other was only out for what marriage to her could get him..
By Kate .. Posted May 24 2009 at 10:59 AM.
Some of you are so funny lol. " poor guy has been through such a lot lately". And what do you suppose his victims have been through? and what do you suppose his next victims will go through?
As far as I am concerned he can do what he likes as long as he stops attacking people and stays away from Jades kids I think he has proved that he is a thug and shouldn't be anywhere near her kids....or any kids. What an example to set eh? Lol Poor Jack......Not!!
By Dee.. Posted May 24 2009 at 10:58 AM.
why does everyone have to have an opinion on everthing that everyone else does?can't people be happy to live their own lifes and stop worrying about what others are doing? If he wants to got out, so what he is 21 after all!
By laura naylor.. Posted May 24 2009 at 10:44 AM.
It's natural he's gonna want to celebrate his release and I bet his so called business associates are rubbing thier hands together. They've been looking forward to him getting out so that they can dream up a way of making money in jades name.I only hope it doesn't happen. I hope jack stays out of trouble but after reading jades book there were many times he got into fights not just the ones we know about so I don't think he will stay out of trouble. He might have gone through a lot but I don't suppose the victims of his drunken fueled outbursts had a ball either
By lorraineford.. Posted May 24 2009 at 10:31 AM.
Theres many other 21yr olds are not drunken thugs,
but its ok for him. Do us all a favour and please
disappear from public view because no one cares
about you.
By scarecrow.. Posted May 24 2009 at 10:34 AM.
Many people have said "leave him alone" or "he's been through enough"
What precisely has he "been through"?
He is a gold digger who's ticket cam in when Goody died. He celebrated this winfall with a trip to Alton Towers with mates before being rightly locked up for his criminal activities.
This isn;t some lad that has made one mistake. He is a violent thug who has persistantly committed violent acts.
He attacked a youngster with a golf club, tried to throttle a taxi driver as he was driving his taxi.
This mindless thug should be tagged and all money he leached from Goody should be reposessed and given to the children.
By Bucky.. Posted May 24 2009 at 10:08 AM.
I really hope Jack doesnt go back to his old self, I think the whole country saw a different side to him as Jade was dying, lets hope he manages to respect her memory.....
By Carla.. Posted May 24 2009 at 10:02 AM.
The guy is 21, yes he's a bit of a pillock but we can only hope that he's learnt his lesson so what's the big deal about him going out and having a bit of fun?
If he is never allowed out again how is he meant to rebuild his life in a hopefully decent manner? Personally I think he is a nobody as was Jade but nowadays these people are 'important' but maybe he can be a decent person because of all of this!!!
By stais.. Posted May 24 2009 at 9:53 AM.
leave him alone- there are so many younger people who have been to jail for things and come out have a party to see all there family and friends- i really hope you prove them all wrong jack- if jade has taught you anything its live life to the full as you dont know whats round the corner. its just a shame that everyone is going to be watching your every move and there for whatever you do whether it is good or bad you will get so much negitive publicity. i wish you all the best in the future jack- make jade proud even though she will always be proud of you no matter what
By nicola.. Posted May 24 2009 at 9:17 AM.
I can't believe all the people saying he deserves a party and should be left alone. let's not forget why he was in prison in the first place. He's a nasty, violent thug. Plus how many widowers throw a massive knees up a few weeks after burying their wife? Scum.
By Lucy.. Posted May 24 2009 at 8:55 AM.
he is a young man who's been through a hell of a lot lately that most men would've walked away from. he deserves a bit of a party at least!
and if he mucks up again, then we know he'll never change! good luck jack, prove everyone wrong!
By al.. Posted May 24 2009 at 8:24 AM.
the "boy" is 21 so not a child. it's bout time he took some responsibility for his actions and admitted he has nothing but a thug. for all those who say leave him alone, has it ever occured to you that the people he attacked and injured also begged to be left alone while he battered them? i have no sympathy for this nasty bully and hope jade's boys are kept well away from him.
By saffy.. Posted May 24 2009 at 8:04 AM.
why dont people just leave him alone.Alright he aint no angel but he knows that and all he wants is to rebuild his himself for not only his sake but for the lovely jade and her boys.
EVERYBODY JUST BACK OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By Ben.. Posted May 24 2009 at 7:49 AM.
He's been through enough & served his time for a crime he commited, what's wrong with celebrating getting out of prison, Im sure thousands of ex cons do it. He's had 6 weeks to do nothing much but think about what has happened the past year surely he can now have a bit of fun. Go on lad enjoy yourself just don't get into anymore trouble
By Alexandree.. Posted May 24 2009 at 7:33 AM.
He is a young lad who has made some very silly mistakes whilst under the influence of alcohol...He is not a notorious gang leader....he has not gone round shooting or stabbing people.....
The downfall for Jack is that every move he makes..good or bad is then publicised to the maximuim cos he is in the public eye. He is not the only young lad in the country who has been released from prison and then had a party thrown for him...That happens week in week out...He is not the only lad in the country too make some big mistakes...and he's not the only lad in the country who has been to prison. I hope he does good and we don't be reading about his every single move for the next duration.. I am sure there is more important issues we would like to be informed of in the media...such as MP'S spending all the cash....R.B.S with their missing milliions that we have not been informed about as the MP's spending thousands have covered that story very well!!!! Hope you do good Jack on your release and remember that star is shining down on you!
By Dee1727.. Posted May 24 2009 at 6:40 AM.
His gravy train passed away, he is a thug who has bashed his way through life, I hope he can make it in memory of Jade, also those defencless people he traumatised.
By Joan .. Posted May 24 2009 at 3:41 AM.
Did anyone really expect anything else. He should have been put away for a lot longer after his assault charge. He does not weep for Jade, He is gong on the bandwagon and will mile the PAPERS [ like this one ][ for all he can get. However Jade seemed 2 be happy with their marraige

By HB.. Posted May 24 2009 at 2:07 AM.
He's a violent thug, just keep an eye on him for a week or two and he will hurt someone again. To all those who say 'leave him alone', his crimes all have victims. If you are the same people who are outraged by victimless crimes like drug use, you may want to have a good think about it.

Give the guy a break! I thought it was just a matter of time before the media crucified him, but you haven't even let him put a foot out of prison before doing so. Its bad enought that there will be plenty of drunk men who want to make a name for themselves who will encourage him to have a go at them, without the papers having a go too. If he was my son, I would be very worried for him. I'm sure he has learned a lot in the last few months and I wish him well.

It never ceases to amaze me how ,even though Jack is still inside,he is already getting slagged off for a night out he hasnt even had yet! All these stories about him by his `friends` and people make nasty comments about him but fail to notice that Jack hasnt had an interview, these are all stories told by other people claiming to be his friend.
