THE BNP is setting up a BRIT-LER YOUTH to indoctrinate children, we can reveal.

Party chiefs are trawling internet chatrooms to lure kids as young as 13 to weekend camps where they will be taught SHOOTING, self-defence and nationalist ideology.

And some aged EIGHT are being targeted by a new British National Party comic. It features a venom-spouting racist puppet called Billy Brit. who praises Enoch Powell's infamous Rivers Of Blood speech.

Last night a spokesman for anti-racist group Searchlight stormed: "This is sickening. Every parent should be warned that it could be your children these extremists are after."

Top of the far-right party's sinister new recruitment drive is their version of the HITLER YOUTH.

Members start off as "junior patriots" at 13 and are given ID cards, a newsletter and a training book with lessons in "ethno nationalism".

Drills

They are invited to the BNP's annual youth camp and two training camps where they have to keep records of their improvement in shooting, self defence, flag drills and ideology.

They must carry out between four and eight hours of "political activism" a month.

"Patriots" must attend all three events to become leaders of the Young BNP.

The camps are held over weekends in the countryside. The last one was held in Derbyshire. Similar camps run by Germany's far-right group, the Youth Faithful To The Homeland, were recently outlawed for trying to indoctrinate kids with Nazi ideology.

But BNP leader Nick Griffin is determined to lure even younger children to his party's beliefs-with a puppet and a comic called The Comet aimed at children from the age of eight.

The sinister "Billy Brit" is already featured on the BNP website where he reads his "educational poems".

In one called Heroes he praises MP Enoch Powell for his infamous speech about immigration in 1968.

Racist Billy rants: "He gave a speech called Rivers Of Blood and never gave up the fight. Enoch Powell spoke for me. And Enoch Powell was white." Youngsters are sent signed photos of Billy.

There is also a website for Young Supporters with quizzes, games and events.

It includes the BNP demand for an official White History month.

Comic

They even have kids posing in BNP T-shirts on their merchandise site and are selling Enoch Powell T-shirts emblazoned with his face on the front alongside the Union Jack.

The Comet comic is sent out to kids between the ages of eight and 12.

It says it is delivered to "all you eight to 12-year-olds out there who love your country, Great Britain. Yes that's Great as in Grrrrrrrreat!!! With the British National Party it can become great again."

It tells kids: "Your job is to find out the truth about what's going on in the world (and of all the political parties in this country, the only one you can count on to tell you the truth is the British National Party)."

The party is also targeting children's chatrooms on the internet as part of its campaign to lure youngsters.

Anonymous BNP chiefs befriend unwitting users on sites like Bebo. They operate under the user name "Young Brit". The sinister strategy has led to a flood of complaints.

One youngster on the site wrote in reply: "What a sad and pathetic life you lead." Another branded Young Brit a "perv."

The revelation comes after the News of the World exposed BNP plans to use internet blogs to spread damaging stories about rivals.

Labour fears the BNP is stronger than ever and could win seven seats in June's Euro elections.

I think that it is a disgrace that the BNP managed to gain two seats at the elections. All this talk about people coming in from other countries, taking our jobs blah, blah, blah. I am mixed race and i am also unemployed and looking for work at the moment. I don't lay blame at other peoples door. We are in a global recession and times are going to be tough for a long while yet. The BNPs policies are disgusting and they bring shame on this country and to all the brave soldiers that have fought hard for us to have freedom. My mother wasn't born in this country yet she has contributed to the economy taking 3 jobs at a time when i was a child. If someone like her doesn't deserve to be here then it really is a shame!

I see that several commenters here are voting BNP as a "protest". Idiots!

The "troughing" us down to individuals, not parties, as with all things! It's no good assuming others would be different: they are still humans, and humans are fallible and many are easily tempted.

One might as justifiably claim "all builders are cowboys" or similar — and it could probably be done for any linbe of business in which any commenter is engaged.

Smaller parties are known to be at least as bad on expenses matters as the "big three" (I have posted evidence on my own 'blog) and are also ineffective in practice — a waste even of their basic allowance.

It is stupidity to vote for them, and I shall not be wasting my vote on them. I want government and representation — not poseurs.

Assuming this article is accurate, it is very concerning indeed. I wasn't alive during the Hitler Youth years, though I have been able to gain an idea of what they would have been like from documentaries and from fictional equivalents.

The "V" mini-series and (though not a youth movement) the Nightwatch in "Babylon 5" are useful warnings of how people can be manipulated in this way.

Oh, and I meant "accurate" apart from calling the BNP "far right", when in fact they are known to be left-of-centre and authoritarian on the two-dimensional Political Compass, and merely on the left in a one-dimensional representation. That was clearly wrong; but the rest could well be true.

The great thing is that each time there is a Tory government these kind of fascist parties disappear back into the hole they appeared from. We all know what happened to the National Front when Thatcher arrived.

Once Cameron comes in Griffin and co will be banished forever. Can't wait!

They teach kids as young as 6 to use a computer, to use a mobile phone by 8 so what's the problem?

I think it's because Lie-bour has got the majority by the short and curlys when it comes to their 'little darlings' who want nothing but to wrap them up in cotton wool.

Shooting and self defence will be good for them, hopefully it'll make those kids grow some b@lls instead of the wimps being produced at the moment.

firstly i am not racist as i work for and have friens of ethnic backgrounds i am not a muppet or any of the things people describe us as i am a moyher with four children i love animals but i am totally fed up with all this PC and people coming over hear from other countries and the english get put on the back burner if we offend anyone we get called racist but if anyone offends us english nobody cares in our own country we have to abide by their laws in case we offend them we couldnt and wouldnt do that in their country it is one law for them and another for us what about our own people living on the streets let alone people from other countries coming over here and getting housed straight away its all wrong its about time something was done

There's nothing wrong with being proud of your country's history, but if anyone thinks voting for a party with racism, discrimination & prejudice as part of ITS history is the way to go about it, I pity them. Churches are being turned into mosques? What rubbish, & how does that affect them anyway even if it was true? Church attendances have been falling for years, so churches have closed & the buildings sold because of that. Most who don't go now wouldn’t suddenly start going even if there was one 5 minutes walk away, so please don't hang the religious state of this country on Muslims & mosques. "Fair play", since when was the BNP ever about that? Its whole existence was & is about believing some people to be better than others because of their colour & race – what’s fair about that?

If people want to teach children about British history, achievements, traditions, respect for other people & themselves etc, what's stopping them? Libraries are there, so’s the internet. Do it yourself – don’t make your children's education & behaviour someone else's responsibility. People can teach ALL of that without joining or giving their vote to the BNP. It's shameful that people would even think of voting for the BNP in the name of education. Some people would actually have the nerve to say "I'm not a racist but...." or "I've got black/Indian/Muslim friends & they're okay, but...." They ought to be ashamed of themselves, but I bet they won't be.

Interesting to see that so many of the people who have written in comments, are of the opinion that it's all somebody else's fault and hooray, the bnp are going to come to the rescue. HO! HO! HO! And Santa comes every year to every kids home all the way from Lapland!
It is a sad indightment of some 21st century working class thinking, that the only option is to teach their children from as young an age as possible, 8 in the bnp's case, that they are victims of the current society. So they will grow up fighting against the non-existent, instead of focussing on their own human potential. In the bnp's case, tell the kids and their adult supporters that we're all victims and then have them focus on bnp's 'solutions'! ....Icing on a mud pie? ....Sounds like this could go on for generations. Grrrrrreattt work bnp!

People like Mr Churchill are what made the term Great Britain, authentic. bnp are a very, very, very sad party, let alone concept!

Ahhh Britain Britain ; it is funny how we speak of being british and yet according to some geneaologists there has not been a british person in this country for 1000's of years is it not that we are all a mix of german, french, irish, scottish, welsh, dutch, swedish, norwegian even italian in this country, im a history student and by looking at historical records it looks like a new Nazi party is on its rise how fun for us... i hope people in this country use their brains and do not even consider the bnp for government as it will be the biggest mistake that will ever be made, hell i will start making plans to get out of here as soon as possible.

If you vote Bnp you show your true colours the BNP ARE NOT THE ANSWER- Get rid of the political parties and have people running the country people believe in .

Lets have some people who will rule the country with the following - ten commandments a give me -

1. Policemen - on the streets
2. Prison - punishments that fit the crime
3. People - that die for this counntry well looked after / look after are old age pensioners
4. Borders controlled and controlled immagration
5. Universities for only the 30% of high end academics with out fees
6. Education - Teachers that teach
7. Health - a healthcare systems that appreciates doctors , nurses, etc
8. denationlise- the gas, water, electric trains , buses companies ( bring them back to the people) not profit but service .
9 Afordable Housing - build affordable housing for all putting housing associations back to the local councils
10 . A national holiday to salute our troops - raf, navy, army .

above all have people running the country that stand up for the UK - lets trade in Europe on our terms not theirs .

and finally human rights - human rights are for people that behave correctly not the other way around - lets tell europe we control our country not bureaucrats in Brusells .

We all know the UK is the greatest country in the world for our care of humanity and how we treat people .... you dont need to be a MP to work out what is wrong or what we have to do to change things .

It is important to teach our children, our future leaders, some values and traditions. They need to learn to respect others and to respect themselves, their country and culture and they need to learn to look after themselves. I look at the kids running around on our streets and it scares me to see where our country is headed. I'm proud to be associated with a party that upholds our traditions and christian values - it is our current marxist government which is destroying our children and their future. I hope to see you at the polls on June 4th.

It's about time we started to reverse the process and allow British kids to learn about British heroes, their history and traditions.

No racism, No hatred, just pride. Im not a BNP member but they should be given a fair chance like every other disasterous party this country has to offer. At the very least they will give the Lib/Lab/Con's a shake up and maybe then the BRITISH people will get some real recognition and representation in parliament (and maybe the Lib/lab/con's will see some sense and get us out of the bloody EU once they realise the majority of BRITISH people dont want it)

The political ruling elite just don't get it. Multi-culturalism has failed, and it has failed in poor working class neighbourhoods such as Daghenham and Bradford.

Yet still several thousand are allowed to enter the UK every year, some of whom are terrorists.

I am voting BNP in the European Elections as a protest vote, many of my friends are doing the same. As a message to our politicians to get their snouts out of the trough and sort this out.

Why does every report about the British National Party have to have a quote from something called Searchlight? Perhaps people should find out exactly who Searchlight are. I've found out its head as a convicted burglar and former candidate for the Communist Party of Great Britain.

Why would anyone be against a white history month when we have an official black history month every october?? Surely that would be double standards! If we want to live in a fair, democratic society then such things should not be opposed. I dont understand why the media constantly try to spread negative propaganda against the bnp when they are the only party that care about our people and protecting our identity. Gordon brown doesnt care about us, he promised us british jobs for british workers and look what happened!! Were giving more and more power to the EU who now make 70% of our laws. We should all vote BNP, even if they dont win it could be a wake up call for the goverment!!!!!!!

I think this is a good idea. It is no different to what The Scout Movement used to be like when I was a Scout 30 odd years ago.

This Country needs to start doing something different with our young people,because whatever we are doing right now is clearly not working.

Patriotism should be admired, not rubbished. This should be encouraged.

So kids are being asked to be patriotic, go to camps for sport and fitness, wear a tee shirt with our union flag, learn about our history etc - that the likes of Jamie Lyons & Kevin Widdop, News of the Screws, Searchlight etc think there's something wrong with this (even equating it with "naztism") tells us more about them than about the BNP!
