Thousands of mourners are set to line the star's funeral route, which you can view on our interactive map below. Jade's coffin and funeral procession will snake through the streets of Bermondsey, south London, where she grew up.
Heartbroken friends and fans who took Jade into their hearts will watch as parts of London are brought to a halt on Saturday as the cortege makes its way north to Buckhurst Hill in Essex.
There will be a full report - including photographs and tributes to Jade - in Sunday's printed edition of the News of the World.
Mum-of-two Jade, 27, died on Mother's Day after losing her six-month battle with cancer aged just 27.
A vintage Rolls Royce carrying her coffin will crawl along the route followed by a cortege of four limousines and a Bentley, her favourite car.
The flower-laden hearse will leave FA Albin & Sons funeral directors in Bermondsey at 8.30am.
The procession will stop at The Blue Market, where her grandparents still run a stall, for the people who knew her best to pay their respects.
Next, her coffin will be driven the short distance to the Dickens Estate, where Jade lived with her mum Jackiey Budden.
By 9am the procession will go over Tower Bridge and head for the home she shared with her beloved sons Bobby, five, and Freddy, four, in Upshire, Essex.
The boys' dad Jeff Brazier, 29, took the agonising decision for them not to attend the funeral because it would be too upsetting for them and has taken them on a trip to Australia.
Her coffin will arrive at the house at around 10am to pick up more flowers and collect Jade's husband Jack Tweed and mum Jackiey.
At around 11.15am the hearse will make its way to the funeral at St John the Baptist Church in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, attended by 350 people.
More mourners will line Loughton High Street as the hearse will slow to a snail's pace.
A PA system will broadcast the midday service to fans outside, while proceedings will also be screened on a large screen to 200 people inside the church hall.
After the service, Jade will be buried at Epping Forest Burial Park, where she enjoyed long walks with her boys.
Friends and family will then gather afterwards for a private wake at Blakes Golf Club in Epping, Essex.

Jade an Angel from Heaven,
wandered in to be here on Earth with us for a while.
Her life and heart drew her to our hearts,
but Heaven could bear to miss her no longer.
God has spoken to us once again, it seems we can only hear him the hard way.
Heartfelt sympathy to all Jade's family and friends.
