F-ing liar!

EXPOSED: How foul mouth chef Ramsay's served up a load of boloney about his past

PORKIES: Chef Ramsay never played in Rangers first team

CHEATING chef Gordon Ramsay always relishes boasting about his glory days as a budding soccer star with Glasgow Rangers.

But today the News of the World can reveal it's a load of codswallop created to fuel his ruthless bid for stardom.

For Ramsay NEVER "signed" for the Glasgow giants and NEVER played first team games for them-despite saying so on radio, in his autobiography and in a series of interviews.

In fact, he was such a liar fellow cooks nicknamed him "Billy Bull***t" -and he even secretly confessed to top chef Marco Pierre White that his Rangers career was boloney, adding: "But it just came out of my mouth and it was a good story at the time".

Today that story is booted into touch for good.

Ramsay, 42, only got away with it for so long because no other newspaper has managed to follow his trail of lies and piece together the truth.

And when it comes to exposing his fantasy football fibs we have more sources than he's got sauces.

Like respected Rangers historian Robert McElroy for one. "He was never a signed player for us and certainly didn't play any first team games and wasn't offered any sort of contract-it's all complete and utter nonsense," he insists.

And legendary Rangers coach Archie Knox-who the chef blames for "dumping" him from the club. "He must be a very confused individual. I was the manager of DUNDEE at the time."

null

And we also reveal the TRUTH behind the one "Rangers" team picture he appears in that he uses in his autobiography to back up his claims.

Brazen Ramsay-born in Johnstone, Renfrewshire-first spun his Scottish soccer fantasy in an interview in August 1994 to publicise the opening of his first restaurant, Aubergine, in London.

Football and fine dining were becoming trendy at the time, and the public took to the chef with the macho past.

So when he appeared on famous Radio Four show Desert Island Discs in 2002 he happily expanded the story to its two million listeners.

Ramsay told the then host Sue Lawley how he was spotted by a Rangers scout while playing for Oxford United's youth team. And how his family moved to Scotland to support him.

"That's how it started-going up back to Glasgow throughout school and summer holidays and then eventually signing."

Comfort

LAWLEY: "And in the end the whole family uprooted and went to Glasgow because of you?"

RAMSAY: "Because of the support. I think anyone signing for a professional team needs that kind of comfort."

But in his autobiography Humble Pie four years later, the chef dished up the kind of blunder he wouldn't tolerate in his kitchens. He claimed the family moved to Glasgow because of his musician father's, Gordon Senior's, career.

"Dad had heard that the country and western scene was better up there," he said. But Ramsay was soon back on the subject of his less-than-Humble Lie.

He wrote: "I started playing in the testimonial games (at Rangers) and I was included on the first team sheet, which was amazing.

"It was great, turning up to meet the bus when we were playing away from Ibrox, standing there in your badge and tie, all spruced and immaculate. It was such a thrill.

NO NAME: Ramsay is identified as 'trialist'
NO NAME: Ramsay is identified as 'trialist'

"Outside the stadium, you'd be signing things like pillow cases and the side of prams, and families would turn up with their kids to have their trainers signed."

But it was all to come to a tragic end, as he explained on Desert Island Discs, while emphasising that he had been a Rangers first teamer.

"I got my first team games, I was with the first team squad, I played three first team games," he told Lawley.

"And then I had a really bad injury. I had my cartilage removed and three months after that particular operation I tore my ligament.

"I got asked to go to the office on a Friday morning with Jock Wallace (Rangers manager) and Archie Knox, the first team coach. And I had to take my father along.

"And the night before I couldn't sleep. But I just kept on telling myself, you know, you're going to sign again . . . and you're going to be a fully pledged (sic) first team player. But it wasn't, it was the opposite."

Strangely enough, nobody at the club seems to remember the budding first teamer who was dumped because of an injury.

Memory

At that time, when Ramsay claims Knox was firing him, Archie, 61, was in fact 80 miles away working at Dundee. He NEVER worked under Jock Wallace.

Archie told us: "The first time I ever saw Gordon Ramsay was in 1996 when he launched his first book. But he didn't know me from Adam because we've never met."

John Hagart-Jock Wallace's right-hand man at Rangers from 1983 to 1986-was similarly mystified.

"I don't remember Gordon Ramsay being at Rangers at all-and I have a very good memory," he told us.

"He certainly never played in the first team. I looked after the reserve team as well as the youth sides-and he wasn't in any of those either."

The only evidence Ramsay has produced for his claims of young soccer stardom was the photo in his book of a him lining up with a Rangers squad.

It included Scotland legend Ally McCoist. But the photographer who took it has told us his snap, taken in September 1985, was certainly NOT of a Rangers first team side.

Allan Cairns, 72, said: "It was a testimonial match for the captain of East Kilbride Thistle-a junior football club. It was a team from Rangers club but certainly not the first team."

null

One of the players in the photo, Gus MacPherson, 40, who DID go on to sign for the club said of Ramsay: "I remember absolutely nothing about him.

"A lot of boys would come and train for a couple of weeks to try to impress. And he has only ever come to light in this photograph."

Last night a Rangers spokesman confirmed that, telling us: "Ramsay was a triallist in that testimonial game. He trained with us for a few months after that but then got injured."

Ramsay, however, certainly took the testimonial seriously. In an interview in the London Evening Standard in 1999 he bragged: "When I played a testimonial match for Rangers at 18, we came off at half time 2-0 down. I got a real ear-bashing from the boss."

Strangely enough, the final score, published in Rangers News, was 1-1. and the report listed every player by name EXCEPT Ramsay-who was listed simply as 'triallist'.

That didn't stop big-mouthed Gordon from continuing with his fictional soccer career in The Observer newspaper in May 2002.

By now he had even remembered the names of the clubs he played against in the first team.

"I played two first-team games against St Johnstone and Morton," he said. "Both away and both s**t in the sense that I played 20 minutes and 10 minutes."

Donkey

A check of Rangers records shows that Ramsay wasn't in any of the squads on either date.

In an interview with QTV host Jian Ghomeshi on YouTube, he claims to have played in a THIRD Rangers match-a reserve team game against their arch rivals Celtic.

He boasts: "21,000 spectators turned up. We lost 4-0. It was horrific. I got absolutely pummelled at half time. I got called a donkey.

"I got pulled off within seven minutes of the second half."

But Rangers historian McElroy- who has watched every competitive game the club has played since 1972-insisted: "It's all nonsense.

"The Rangers reserve team at the time was really good-but Ramsay wasn't even a signed player and wasn't in it."

He has fully researched any involvement Ramsay might have had above just being a hopeful one-match trialist . . . and drawn a blank.

"He didn't make any impact and wasn't offered any sort of contract. By no stretch of the imagination, could that match be construed as a professional game.

"Only four of the people in the photo went on to be regular fixtures on the Rangers first team-Ally McCoist, Derek Ferguson, Gus McPherson and Eric Ferguson."

Dad-of-four Ramsay-who was caught last year by the News of the World having an affair with writer Sarah Symonds behind wife Tana's back-even managed to lie about his time at Oxford Utd where he claims he was such an outstanding talent he was spotted by a Rangers scout.

MARCO -
MARCO - "Ramsay was nicknamed 'Billy Bulls**t' by those he worked with"

Surprisingly, his autobiography fails to contain a single photo of him in that junior team. The only one is of him playing for Broughton and North Newington FC, "my Saturday side in Banbury".

He wrote: "It was during a county match when I was 15 that I was spotted by an Oxford United scout. Then, during an FA Youth Cup match against Arsenal when I was 16, I was spotted by a Glasgow Rangers scout."

Ramsay would have been 16 in 1982. But according to David Barber, 57, the Football Association's resident historian, no such match ever took place.

Mr Barber told us: "I've been through this very carefully and searched on the years either side of that season, and Oxford Utd NEVER played Arsenal in an FA youth cup match. It didn't happen."

And, guess what? Oxford Utd's assistant manager during that time, Ray Graydon, has no recollection of Ramsay in the youth team.

Not everyone has been fooled by loudmouth Ramsay's world of make-believe.

James Steen, who ghost-wrote 47-year-old Marco Pierre White's autobiography, told us: "Marco said that when Gordon worked at the Intercontinental Hotel in Mayfair he was nicknamed 'Billy Bulls**t because of the tall stories he would tell."

In Ramsay's appearance on Desert Island Discs, one of the records he chose was Tina Turner's Simply The Best, explaining: "It's the record, five to three on a Saturday afternoon at Ibrox that gets played whilst the players are running up the tunnel."

LAWLEY: Does it still give you the shivers there?

RAMSAY: "It does. Because it's that five to three feeling . . ."

Today the chef will be experiencing that found-out feeling. Last night Ramsay's spokesman said he had no comment to make.

Ramsay has been caught lieing, well, so have you?
Who are you to judge. Let he who is free of sin throw the first rock.

If you so called deem his work etiquette as bullying, then you have no idea what goes on behind other professional kitchens. Ramsay was once a mere chef, no Michelle stars, nothing and guess what? He underwent the same discipline that we see today. Besides he just won his 13th Michelle Star
and he certainly cannot accomplish that on his own, so that mean he has to have people working under him, and they can just walk up and leave. If they couldn't handle it. So that means they really respect him as a chef and as a tutor.

By Lill. Posted March 18 2009 at 12:13 AM.

I notice many people don't seem to care whether Ramsay lied about something in his past because they consider him a great chief now. Would they think the same of their doctor before surgery if it turned out the man had lied about ever going to medical school but had just completed a few sucessful operations? I think not. Liars are liars and they should not be tolerated.

Please leave the man alone. He has just been telling a lie, not murdererd anyone

Having worked in the wine industry for 30 years i have dealt with the likes of Ramsay and unfortunatly a lot COOKS and thats all they are, seem to think it is the norm to carry on this way.
Most are over payed egomaniacs who delight in abusing the real workers in kitchens. The media unfortunatly continue to give these lowlifes the arena to perform in. I would love to dine in a restaurant which the overbearing, pig ignorant Ramsay is the cook, just to send my meal back in disgust.

By peter mullholland. Posted March 6 2009 at 5:02 AM.

The beautifully ironic thing about this is, people who admire and hold CHEF Ramsay up on a pedestal, don't really give a damn about his sports career before he became a chef. And in all honesty, all the pictures you show of him could be faked, easily, due to the "circle" you place around his head. All off the comments you attribute to him are the same. I honestly don't think that many people care to go "back in time" to examine articles in the archives to prove you right or wrong.

I respect Gordon Ramsay for the chef that he IS. I couldn't care less about his life beforehand. We ALL tell half-truths, or even full-out lies to make ourselves feel better at some point in our lives. Throwing a stone at him would require me to bash my own head in, you understand what I'm saying?

He's awesome. I admire and respect Chef Ramsay.

Have always liked Gordon Ramsay. The swearing is a bit too much but nevertheless I think the programme shows that he has a heart for people's feelings and I can't knock the guy.

I haven't heard that he's hurt anyone by telling lies so I will still watch his shows for evermore.

he is a born liar god help his wife and children
you could never trust anyone like him. The higher up you are the further you fall it will come back on him it always does.

By Big Joe. Posted March 3 2009 at 8:26 AM.

A friend of mine is a chef and he tells me this guy is mad! It's true that a restaurant's kitchen is a pretty busy and active place, especially at top hours, but he says that kind of behaviour is unacceptable and he's only doing it for the show. So, he's not acting like a real chef. Chefs can be tough, just like any boss out there, but toughness is way different from a humiliating abuser. I'm glad he's been caught by his own lie!

By Danny. Posted March 3 2009 at 12:34 AM.

Ramsay should start writing another book - Eating Humble Pie - The Truth.

By bobbi. Posted March 2 2009 at 10:31 PM.

Gordon is a top man..his programmes are most entertaining.....he also does a lot for charity....media should know that the more PR you give the more he will become more sucessfull....I am sure he is gratefull for the extra business in his fab restuarants!

By Dave. Posted March 2 2009 at 8:30 PM.

"Ramsay is a nasty bully". STFU, you crybaby. At that level of ANY business, only the strong survive, and this is one way of weeding out the weaklings.

By Bobo. Posted March 2 2009 at 6:34 PM.

Be not deceived, your sins will find you out...
Gordon Ramsey is a bag of hot air. Some suggest they don't care if he has lied...well, I do. This man in growing in popularity but is nothing more than a trash talking loud mouth that, indeed, NEEDS to be chinned. The way he degrades people is astounding...moreso is the willingness of those he is speaking to. NOBODY deserves the to be addressed as this bag of wind speaks to people.

I hope his lies bring great shame on the man and perhaps, true humility. After watching him show his butt in Hell's Kitchen 2009 season, it is amazing he doesn't get hurt when his back is turned.

When I see him now, I exercise my right to turn the channel and ignore this lying loud mouth.

By Frank. Posted March 2 2009 at 4:21 PM.

So what...
If he lied or not ...

big woop not like we all dont lie everyone lies its something that you do
Gordon Ramsay Is well respected and if you say you dont lie you just made one lie to the public

By Danny. Posted March 2 2009 at 12:31 PM.

The way Gordon Ramsey talks to people its absolutely clear the man has absolutely no class or intelligence, irf he spoke to me like that I would chin him, and he would go down as I am the undesputed heavy weight champion of the world, i remember when muhammed ali called me into his office....

By Billy . Posted March 2 2009 at 12:25 PM.

I never knew of his football history and would not of cared anyway he has a great talent with food and that is all that matters so who has not told a lie in there lives if it helps them along the way. I will still watch his programs because one thing i dont think can be taken away from him is his love and pride in his work

Observer Sport Monthly

I kept on going until I was about 10. The trouble and the banter, Uncle Rol always kept me well out of that. Then my mum and dad moved down south, to Stratford-upon-Avon, and I started to play a lot of football as a school kid. I did very well. I was a naturally aggressive left-back, a cut-throat tackler. You may have got past once but there was never, ever, ever a second occasion. And I was fast, I was a great 100m sprinter. If you were to compare me to anyone, I guess it could be Stuart Pearce.
And eventually my parents moved back to Glasgow so that I could sign for Rangers. My dad was a Rangers fan and fantastically proud of me. But it was hard and very stressful. Never knowing if you were going to make it. I was petrified most of the time. I played two first-team games, against St Johnstone and Morton. Both away and both shit in the sense that I played 20 minutes and 10 minutes. Of course it's so competitive that when I made it into the squad of 18 I wet myself with excitement, I was over the moon. But I was also very, very nervous. The games were really violent, not like the football we see nowadays.

Stop eating everything you make darlin !!You'll be too fat for tv soon!Anyway I once met Gordon when we were both working at the Burford Wimpey. He was ok for a sweaty sock but he couldn't make the knickerbocker glory's very well.He also used to steal all the chips!

gordon ramsay is a foul mouth man, someone should buy him a bar of soap and stick it down his mouth .
what kind of example is this to set, already people are saying (look gordon is nasty and swears ) so they think it,s ok for them to do it.Get him of tv and put some human values back into action.
i blame the tv companies for this, for showing a disgusting man swearing on tv in front of kids who then think its alright for them to do it.

By rajan kaura. Posted March 1 2009 at 10:51 PM.

Ramsay should play for Manure - he has the same nasty character as Red Nose Ferguson: they would make a splendid team.

By Ken. Posted March 1 2009 at 9:15 PM.

Most Rangers fans knew that this was bull, but were happy to let him say what he had to say. Not only did it help his book, but it was also good PR for the club.

He was very proud to be associated with such a great football club and one of the few personalities who is not scared to admit his loyalties to The Rangers.

By Stewart Scotch. Posted March 1 2009 at 7:00 PM.

Who cares if he bent the truth slightly, who hasn't. It wouldnt have affected his career, he's the best thing on tv. I wish he'd come to a few restaurants near me and give them a roasting

By Joe. Posted March 1 2009 at 5:54 PM.

I read part of his autobiography and he described his father as a lying cheating bully and it seems that he is his fathers son.

By Arleen Maclean. Posted March 1 2009 at 6:18 PM.

It really narks me that the British press are quick to highlight great British talent, then knock them down again just as quickly.

Gordon Ramsay is a world class chef and should be celebrated for that. He is also a great TV personality and if people don't like him they don't have to watch his tv shows.
I have no interest if he played for Rangers or not and in what capacity, he is an inspiring chef and fit too. I hope Ramsay continues to rise above the bad press and do what he does best, cook!

By trevor Piercy. Posted March 1 2009 at 4:19 PM.

The only person he is fooling is himself. I bet he is very embarrassed now this has all come out.

By praccas. Posted March 1 2009 at 3:52 PM.

Rangers supporters have always known that Ramsay never played for the club in a senior capacity.

What has always annoyed me is the way he's created this persona of being "ex-Ranger turned Chef after being forced to retire due to injury".

Some people would actually believe that had it not been for injury, he'd have gone on to play an important role for Rangers, but the well known truth is that he was never a full time professional with the Club.

By James. Posted March 1 2009 at 3:47 PM.

There is nothing more that we Brits seem to like than a successful person being 'put in his place' and brought down - everyone should just get on with their own lives and leave the bloke alone. He is tremendously successful so what the hell does he care about everyone's comments on here, bet he is a bit more intelligent that to actually give a damn.

By Angela. Posted March 1 2009 at 3:58 PM.

This is a pathetic attempt to slander someone and it's not the first time you've tried it witn Ramsay.

Firstly, this paper, in scotland at least, has a complete hatred for anything rangers, secondly, anyone that seems to do well for themselves gets a hounding...think people may be jealous of the smal pay packets they get every month.

Every last one of you is a joke and should get a life!

By stewart. Posted March 1 2009 at 10:21 AM.

and if he can lie about that, well he might have lied about other things too.......!!!!!!

By Sassy. Posted March 1 2009 at 10:20 AM.

He's no John Fleck, that's for sure.

By Gadger Teh Tadger. Posted March 1 2009 at 10:12 AM.

I may be mistaken but I don't see how Ramsays embellishment of his past as a fringe player in a football team, detracts in any way from his Michelin stars, and ability to cook. Unless of course you are implying that the Michelin judges were rightly overawed at anyone who has played in any capacity for Rangers, and adjusted their reviews accordingly. Another quality expose by the fearless NoTW.

By Bertent. Posted March 1 2009 at 10:19 AM.

Come back Gordon. Reckon he's good enough for the current Rangers team.

By timmy. Posted March 1 2009 at 10:01 AM.

How can you accuse him like this?
Me and Gordon played together for Thailand in the 1624 World Cup Final when we just missed out on a winners medal. We lost 3-2 to the Moon.
Can I have my tablets now?

By Gary M. Posted March 1 2009 at 9:59 AM.

Oh my god.... Jade Goody is dying, can't we have more stories about her than a chef no one cares about... this makes me unhappy.

By AshleyFTW. Posted March 1 2009 at 9:56 AM.

Ramsay is a nasty bully
I turn him off whenever he comes on TV.
I worked in hotels for years when i was younger. yes the head chef did kick off now and them.
but never like Ramsay he rude and a w

By roy q. Posted March 1 2009 at 9:47 AM.

why is it, when you do not agree with what a "celebrity" stands for, you are immediately accused of being jealous of their success? Dont get it!!. It reminds me of being back in the school play ground.!! Mr Ramsay has the image of a straight talking chap, says it how it is, swears etc. This last snippet shows how he actually says it how its not. I actually feel sorry for his family, what an embarrassment.

By Debbie Lightfoot . Posted March 1 2009 at 9:46 AM.

Despicable I say. He has to lie about his life to get a bit of fame and be in the spotlight. Maybe if Gordon was a decent chef he wouldn't of had to lie about playing for Rangers. And then, he has the cheek to criticize other peoples cooking and thinking he is the BEST! You have to hand it to him though, he kept that lie going for a pretty long time. Perhaps he is having another affair... One question for you Mr Ramsay... Do you use Free-Range eggs?

By Jack Roughley. Posted March 1 2009 at 9:41 AM.

and this matters because?

By lucie craig. Posted March 1 2009 at 9:26 AM.

oooooo well! who cares, ts not asif rangers are any good anyway, and he is a major successfull chef! which is what he is famous for... NOT for his past... when reading this story the first thing i thought was... how could we all be so stupid not to realise before? and then i thought... well if his wife didnt even know she was being cheated on, what hope in hell do we have?

By Stuart C. Posted March 1 2009 at 9:24 AM.

This man dances with the truth, because hes a power puppet, he needs a straightjacket and why does f so much, just stop it u muppet.

By Jackie. Posted March 1 2009 at 9:08 AM.

Some posters here say its ok to 'lie on a cv' and 'over blow past achievements' after all we all do it. But not many of us lie about an entire career, also the is the guy who stole his own bookings diary and then blamed his mentor! Ramsey appears to have some problems with truth

By Steve. Posted March 1 2009 at 8:51 AM.

I've never liked Gordon Ramsay - he's nothing but an ugly, foul mouthed bully and I'm delighted that the NOTW are exposing him for what he really is - a cheating liar. I've never been able to take him seriously as a "top chef" since his failed restaurant venture in Glasgow and now it appears his football career was a half baked bunch of lies as well. I hope we finally see less of him on the TV, he doesn't deserve all the publicity he gets.

By Jen. Posted March 1 2009 at 8:42 AM.

everyone pads their CVs a bit! just unfortunate he is a celeb!

By lea. Posted March 1 2009 at 8:36 AM.

It really is a shame when we knock someone that is a success, I really could not care a hoot what he did in his past, he is well respected and provides a lot of jobs for people.

By Stuart. Posted March 1 2009 at 8:33 AM.

I feel sorry for Tana and the children. He is becoming a constant source of embarrasment to his family. He needs to realize that it's not all about him...family life is not a one man show. Shame on you Gordon, I really used to admire, respect and look up to you. It seems you lack integrity and you're not worth anything without integrity.

By Sarah. Posted March 1 2009 at 8:27 AM.

Isn't cook to footballer a step down the social scale? ou should have said you were a brain surgeon Gordon

By Gareth wynne. Posted March 1 2009 at 8:17 AM.

i just love gordon like a son with an asbo

By marco . Posted March 1 2009 at 8:19 AM.

So what, he has lied. You know the saying. "let he who has cast the first scone"!

By fred alcroft. Posted March 1 2009 at 8:02 AM.

I think Gordon is a revolting person who has lied about lots of things in his life, including his affair! The way he talks to people and swears at people is disgusting - who does he think he is. He is a very poor role model and shoudl take a step back and reflect on what kind of revolting person he is - eat some humble pie Gordon and start being more respectful to others please.

By prawn. Posted March 1 2009 at 8:07 AM.

Yes I'll have fries with that Gordan.

By gill. Posted March 1 2009 at 7:54 AM.

for god's sake what is wrong with this country bull them up them knocked them down, leave the guy alone to get on with his life, his affairs no one else's

By jayne. Posted March 1 2009 at 7:50 AM.

Ive made my cv more impressive, it gets your foot in the door. His career is about food not football.

By lisa. Posted March 1 2009 at 7:42 AM.

Ok so the guy 'burnished' the truth a bit. So. Who hasn't? What do you think every person who ever filled in a CV does?

By John. Posted March 1 2009 at 7:22 AM.

The Jeffrey Archer of the kitchen!

By Roger Darce. Posted March 1 2009 at 7:11 AM.

Beans on toast please Gordon

By BoroCookie from Poole. Posted March 1 2009 at 6:45 AM.

I think there are far greater things in this world to be worrying about, but here's my tuppence worth:

Yes, we've all lied to some degree about our pastsland achievements (or lack of) - life would be boring if we didn't. Only thing is Gordy boy not only got caught, but publicly EXPOSED. The shame of it!

I think the only way to deal with this would to be honestly. However, that would require a modicum of humility, and I'm not sure Gordon Ramsay has it in him!

He'd definitely gain MY respect if he did what the average Joe Bloggs would do: Hold his hands up, 'fess up, and take what comes.

I'm not sure his arrogance would allow him to, though...

By Chanelle. Posted March 1 2009 at 6:45 AM.

Everything about this dude is false.. Isn't that how people get famous without any social skills? Besides, all he does is cook, of course he makes up lies about his interesting former life.. Even if it is a rather dull story.

By martini. Posted March 1 2009 at 6:42 AM.

So he has fibbed about his past. As someone remarked "who hasn't at some Time." To bring it into the present, I commend him for the way he has turned around failing restaurants and inspired the people concerned with his unfailing energy..

By J Dawson. Posted March 1 2009 at 6:14 AM.

he's an idiot. who actually likes him. what a loser. now less ppl like him because of this, and personally i tink it's for the better.

P.s What a nickname. suits him.

By dada. Posted March 1 2009 at 5:59 AM.

You would think he would know that the football guys with their long, long memories would eventually let the 'cat out of the bag'. He is a sad case really.

By dee. Posted March 1 2009 at 5:50 AM.

As a Celtic fan, I respect his drive and passion in his chosen career, if he needed a jump start for his chosen path, so what.

By keith O'CONNELL. Posted March 1 2009 at 5:49 AM.

Leave him alone for god sake. Who hasnt told a few lies in the past to get somewhere you want to be?

Anyone who says they havent are liars themselves.
