Stunning Elen Rives is moving out of their London home with their two children. A pal said: "The passion has gone."
Elen gave the England ace the boot after a heartbreak holiday away from him in Florida, we can reveal.
When she returned the Chelsea star pleaded with his fiancee to stay with him for the sake of their little daughters . . . but Elen, 30, insisted there was no way back.
Now Lampard has bought her a house ten minutes from their £3 million family home so he can stay close to Luna, two, and one-year-old Isla.
His spokesman told us last night: "No one else is involved."
But the wayward midfielder, also 30, has twice been caught cheating on Elen since they got together in 2001.
And a pal close to the couple said: "It's the saddest thing Elen's ever had to do, but the love has gone.
"She was the one who ended it and she's the one who's moving out.
"Frank will continue to play a very active role in his children's lives and see them every day. But he and Elen have grown apart. The passion has gone out of the relationship.
"There have been no huge rows-though obviously there were massive problems when he was splashed over the papers with other women."
The split comes 19 months after the News of the World caught the midfielder picking up a mystery brunette at a Las Vegas casino.
And just nine months before that he bedded blonde driver Montserrat Lucas, 36, behind the back of sultry beauty Elen.

Our source said: "Elen's a sensitive, bright and proud woman who hated the humiliation of Frank's betrayal but was prepared to give it another go.
"However, in recent months they have drifted apart."
Ex-model Elen finally made up her mind during a sunshine break in Florida last month with the children, a friend and nanny.
While she bronzed herself on the beach, Lampard-whose form has nosedived-was enduring a humiliating 3-0 Chelsea defeat at the feet of arch-rivals Manchester United.
Lampard was last seen out with his family in December at the Winter Wonderland attraction in London's Hyde Park.
In January, he and Elen enjoyed a last public meal at Knightsbridge restaurant Zuma as the Chelsea team bade farewell to Manchester City-bound defender Wayne Bridge, 28.
That night, Elen went on with him to the swanky Whisky Mist nightclub on Park Lane but left early while Lampard and his pals lived it up in the VIP area.
The source went on: "Even then things between them weren't looking great.
"Elen left without Frank. Then he and the guys spent a fortune on drinks and were obvious targets for a lot of single women.
"Frank was getting attention but seemed perfectly well-behaved. With his track record, though, Elen must always have a nagging doubt."
That track record kicked off in December 2006 when Lampard-who had previously been caught on film while single in 2000 enjoying an orgy at a Cyprus hotel-bedded driver Montserrat 'Montse' Lucas in Elen's home city Barcelona.

Montse said: "One minute he was showing me photos of his family, the next we were in bed.
"The pictures were of his baby girl Luna and her mother Elen. I loved the fact that he was so proud of his daughter-it's something any woman finds very sweet.
"But he seemed quite drunk, and I couldn't tell if it was lust for me or he'd been drinking a lot."
In July 2007, just two months after Isla's birth, the News of the World caught Lampard in a tryst with a dark-haired East European beauty in her thirties.
He picked her up at the blackjack table of the five-star Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas.
After the couple spent more than two hours alone in a suite together, grinning Lampard emerged with his arm around her at about 2am.
As they strolled back to the gaming tables Lampard looked about, then tenderly stroked the girl's shoulder before kissing her goodnight on the cheek and heading off to find his pals.
But just minutes later the beauty's smiles turned to sobs when the News of the World told her the truth about her dashing date.
With tears streaming down her face, she said: "He didn't tell me he had a girlfriend and two daughters. This is terrible."
Elen reacted to the revelations by giving back the engagement ring Lampard gave her in June, 2004.

But, again, she forgave him and they patched things up.
The agony of their split could hardly contrast more with the elation the soccer star felt about finding love with Elen in April 2002.
Describing how he first laid eyes on "intelligent, funny, intuitive" divorcee Elen-his first proper girlfriend-Lampard said: "Elen stopped me in my tracks. We met in a nightclub through mutual friends.
"A seething, noisy throng is not the ideal start to a relationship, yet the moment I saw her I was smitten."
Their relationship started shortly after Lampard's £11 million transfer from West Ham United to Chelsea, and he credits it with making him a man.
In his book, Totally Frank, he said: "I knew Elen was right for me-my heart was shouting it out."
Last year the star suffered personal heartache with the sudden death of his mother Pat last April.
Our source said: "Frank may well have moved on but Pat's death left him needing his family more than ever.
"There are a lot of factors behind the break-up. It's enormously sad. Elen will move out very soon. Obviously Frank will make sure the kids don't want for anything. It is all very amicable."
The couple also have a £4million detached home in Esher, Surrey, as well as the London townhouse.
"They are not married-so there is no messy divorce to go through," said the source. "This is as straightforward a break-up as you can get."
A spokesman for Lampard confirmed the split to the News of the World.
He said: "Frank and Elen have separated. No one else is involved-they have simply grown apart. This is private matter and they won't be making any further comment."

why dont u all get a life and leave frank alone he can have eney one in the world but he chose elen so he did feel somethink four u so if u give him wot he wanted he would not have to cheat
By Louise.. Posted February 25 2009 at 10:39 PM.
Although I'm writing from the beautiful city of Abuja in Nigeria, I still think men are the same all around the globe. They (men)could love their women but still cheat on them. It's just a universal phenomenom. Infidelity should not be encouraged anywhere in the world, but it just seems a little hard for men to turn away from temptations. It's even worse with someone who's a celebrity footballer like Frank Lampard. Although I'm a staunch Manchester United fan, I wish Lampard the very best in his future endeavours. And incase, his wife is reading this, please could you forgive and give him one more chance? PLEASE!

so franky, but y did u cheat on her twice. she is a woman.2 y have u not taking her to alter or are u still watching her after 2kids, i think there is something more in this relationship than tat cheating.

i have him in my fantasy team, he better sort himself out!
By Derek.. Posted February 19 2009 at 11:31 PM.
I think Frank is lovley. But he should not have cheated. You do that its horrible. So it is his own fault, fame goes to thier heads, i am anyone will sleep with me. A bit arogant like that, Well thats the Chelsea rubbing of on him.
By zara ROllins .. Posted February 19 2009 at 1:15 PM.
just looked at the pics of Frank looking really sad and down, while the 'girlfriend' has a big smile on her face, probably thinking how she can screw him for even more. Probably use the girls for this.
Keep you head up Frank, leave the ladies alone and live your life..best wishes xx
By angela.. Posted February 19 2009 at 12:58 AM.
Why don't you people just leave him alone,
I am very sorry to hear this Frank ! I heard this news three days later after the horroble incident. I hope this is not the end of the world. Be a good father ! You got two percious doughters and they are a gift from God. If the facts are true, it's all your fault. However, I wish you a better life than you were and you are in our heart forever Great Frank.
By Mengs Abraham.. Posted February 18 2009 at 7:29 PM.
It breaks my heart to think about Elen looking after the nippers whilst Frank is galavanting about Europe and what with her being foreign she probably didnt have any mates in London.
By Elizabeth Chapman.. Posted February 17 2009 at 8:28 PM.
I have no love for anything Chelsea but i am sorry to read of any family seperations. Only the protagonists can comment with any credibility so all I can say is that I wish they find a way to keep a balance for the childrens' sake.

Frank's football has been brilliant this season. If the rest of the team had played like him, Chelsea would win everything.
So he had sex with other women. So? Why shouldn't he. I hope he enjoyed it. He is a man, not a mouse working in a tax office. Good for you, Frankie
By James.. Posted February 16 2009 at 1:59 PM.
I have alot of respect for Frank, but if he nearly lost his girlfriend the first time he cheated and went through the whole patching up with her then why would he do it again? Cheating once is bad enough let alone twice.. You normally learn from your mistake and not make the same mistake twice....He obviously didn't love her as much as he thought otherwise he wouldnt have done it in the first place....
By Sarah.. Posted February 16 2009 at 12:36 PM.
'Lampardwhose form has nosedived' - clearly you don't know what you're talking about. Lampard has been consistently on top form for Chelsea this season and has played his best football for years.

Since when has Lampard been an ace for the English side? like soo many the 3 lions shirt just a few more thousand to their next contract signings. you can almost tell which ones when the national anthems are playing and they look bored while they are mumbling the words
By J.. Posted February 15 2009 at 5:17 PM.
Good for Elen! I respect the fact that she decided to pull the plug on the relationship. Footballers are spoiled, cheating brats. No amount of money could convince me to ever date one because they constantly cheat. I have a tremendous amount of respect for her. Way more than Cheryl Cole!
By TR.. Posted February 15 2009 at 3:28 PM.

Mena re men, the in love does not alst forver. there is absolutely no guarantee in live. she may not also be perfect but when women have kids they froget the men and if the amn is not getting all he wants at home sun-sat when he wants it, he will look elsewhere
. he is young but he cn't ahve his cake and eat it. Nothing lasts forever. he is determined to be part of the kids life and that's enough.
By miguel vargas.. Posted February 15 2009 at 12:17 PM.
Frank, just because the passion has gone out of your relationship, don't let it affect your football. Chelsea is for life. Never forget whats important!

He should have taken a leaf out of his cousin jamies book ,bloody footballers paid too much while most of us have to work for a few hundred a week !
By lindajoysmith.. Posted February 15 2009 at 11:44 AM.
Why are you all slagging off a player that is still earning top awards e.g. player of the month last season as well as Chelsea's goal of the month? he has done so many great things for Chelsea FC... how many of you could have scored that penalty so close to the death of your mother?? none of you. so what if he cheated a couple of times? ellen saw sense and got rid of him. people break up all the time so stop slaggin him off 4 no reason!!
By Fliss.. Posted February 15 2009 at 11:41 AM.
ha ha ha i dnt support any football team but everyones comments are funny, 130k a week??? its shameless, and he cant be faithfull to a stunner like her??? the man is mental 2 stunning kids a perfect life and blew it all for a romp with a few trollops!!!!! his education didnt include morals!!!!!

What do you expect from overpaid footballers?
Just goes to show, you can't be too careful.
By Brandy Preece.. Posted February 15 2009 at 12:00 PM.
Losing someone you love as much as Frank loved his mom obviously takes time, a lot of time. and how long is a piece of rope? Just concentrate on dealing with the pain you have to live with, but will never truly go away Frank. i hope God keeps you strong......and remember only He can judge you so don't worry about what people will say, they always have something to say. Only the people who matter

Well what goes around comes around, I hope Frank has learned his lesson and starts to act like a man in the future, these footballers have there money in there zips now and again. Poor Elen, least he hasnt left her in a bad way and provided for her, so he should do after all the cheating he has done! Keep to good football Frank youre a decent player, no need to play with other girls tho"take a slap" lesson learned!

I would just forgive him and move on, he's so sweet, and I bet he's been tempted many other times by girls because he is so sexy...
He's too good for her, come to me Frank...I'll look after you!
By Lisa M.. Posted February 15 2009 at 12:41 PM.
If it takes two to tango, then ask what drove Frank into cheating in the first place? In most cases, people get to hear one side of the story and start to make comments.Yes Frank was caught cheating not once but twice , why? becoz he is a superstar and is always in the sportlight with paparrazi on his back whilst the " good wife " is not in the sportlight and do we get to know what she will be up to all that time ? Usually if there is no problem between the two in a relationship, there is no room for cheating but once there is mistrust, then hell will break lose.

Hello simon,
I didn't know i had too have punctuation in my comment on an online newspaper article, So i am very sorry and i think you need a lot more lessons that me as it looks like you need lesson as you do not know were to put a question mark after an Rhetorical question. Are you an IDIOT?
By jamie .. Posted February 15 2009 at 1:00 PM.
Sorry state of affairs and a very hurtful and traumatic time for all involved. Any amount of money does not guarantee happiness in life. Partnership takes commitment and true friendship to be successful.
As for frank's footballing prowess, although I am a Liverpool fan, I admire his skill and the fact that he has made a major contribution to the British game, over the last decade.
Things will improve with time Frank, you just have to get on with it, like the rest of us do, Chin up!!
By expat miteyred.. Posted February 15 2009 at 12:55 PM.
Good on Elen for having the strength to do this before he betrays her even further. He seems to have brought this on himself, silly man. I hope Elen can find happiness with someone who really deserves her. She has just gone up enormously in my estimations - what a strong woman!

By tony c.. Posted February 15 2009 at 11:00 AM.
I have to say, this girl is NOT smart. If she is, she should dragged him to the altar, if only she did that, she would get half of what that overpaid and overated footballer earned. But what, isn't this the same girl that sold her story to the newspaper of her liaision with Frank Lampard before they started dating, i may be wrong!!!
By Noora.. Posted February 15 2009 at 10:59 AM.
Selfish fools? He has cheated on her at least twice - what kind of environment is that for 2 little girls to grow up in, thinking that they're not worth more than that as women. Good on her, she is giving her girls an excellent example.
By Lolly.. Posted February 15 2009 at 11:05 AM.
How refreshing to see a "wag" not be willing to put up with her so called" better half "playing away .She will be well provided for, no doubt, but good on her for not wanting to be a doormat to one of these prima donna footballers who can't keep their trousers zipped.A few more of these so called wags should take a leaf out of her book and have the self respect to walk away and not think about fame and the money.
By amy.. Posted February 15 2009 at 11:14 AM.
Like most people, i do not have a particularly high oppinion of footballers, BUT, givn their predicament, you really can't blame them. They are generaly not highly educated, greedy managers and clubs throw millions and millions at them, and they do not really know how to handle it. On top of that there are a lot of pretty, but cheap girls of questionable morals, who throw themselves at them, for no other reason than money and fame.
THAT is not the footballers fault!...It is just the circumstance they find themselves in!
Oh, and there are not many people around them who will say "No",or "you're wrong"....The money has an effect on those all araound....So not a great position to be in...Some would dissagre!
BACK to Frank!...I used to think of him in the same light, But last summer i saw him out without his girl friend, late at night in a London night club with a few mates. ....he was was the sole of decorum...he was prfectly behaved...he was pleasant and polite to all around him...and not in the least precocious. Girls were smilling at him, but he made no moves and just hung out, chatting with anyone who came up and said hello.
If his wife is being a pain...and from my experience of Spanish girls, this does not surprise me in the least, he should think himeslf lucky to be out of the problem now. Sadly there are kids involved, but tha is too late now. Better to make the best of what he can salvage from a mistake.
I wsh him the best of luck.

Kindly go back to him and sort out things with him. You must have understand Frank before you got the two daughters for him
By Auskylo.. Posted February 15 2009 at 9:38 AM.
he is like a lot of footballers, too much money nfor little work gone to his head. What can you expect when the likes of abramovich buys a club the players also buy a slice of his life style. There are still some decent moral footballers left who love the game and wouldnt do anything to tarnish it, i dont hav e to name them we all know and they certainly dont play for Chelsea. We are all starting to see the fall of these clubs with wealthy owners but they have already ruined our english football.

Relationships finish for a variety of reasons and if you are in any doubt or cant resolve matters then you should end the relationship.
Frank has been silly to cheat on this beautiful woman and when there are kids involved it is a shame on them.
Intelligence is not a factor in this story and either is the fact that Frank is a professional footballer.
Not every person cheats, not evey footballer cheats and every relationship is not always perfect.
Jamie and Louise Redknapp are an excellent example of famous personalties having a good relationship.
The statement is true, this is a private matter and is only in the news because he is Frank Lampard the professional footballer.

i am suprised she is leaving him usually the wife of a rich man usually stays no matter how many affairs he has and the humilation he may bring on his family the put upon wife will stay because she would be nothing without him and she would surely miss the life style his money brings not much to say but i bet she goes back this is just a wake up call for him

Well guess for all his education he isn't a very smart bloke is he?!!!
By Quiver.. Posted February 15 2009 at 3:18 AM.
Micky they are not married so she can't make any claim on him whatsoever for spousal maintenance.
If you aks me he has got off lightly as he won't have to pay any divorce settlement.
Anyway couldn't happen to a nicer bloke.
However, don't be surprised to see a reunion in a few months when she misses his £130k per week.

Well done luv. Proves money can't buy everything. Mind you i wouldn't be surprised to see a re-union on the cards in a few months when she misses his £130k per week.

He's hitting 30 and his earnings have peaked and will go down. She's getting the court judgement before he spends it all.

Shut up you stupid idiot Amie H!!! Why does alan have to be a liverpool supporter? He could be an arsenal, west ham or Man united supporter, your just bitter because liverpool kicked your sad asses this season. Frank has got his pay back what goes around comes around. Elen is way to pretty for him anyway!! I'm sure Lumpalard will get himself a new wag, seriously who cares?

It serves him right, he has scored away from home too many times.
Another prima-donna Premiership footballer gets what he deserves.

having spent a bit of time with 'Fwank' , he does not surprise me in the slightest that he thinks he's better off without her.
Truth is that is it's the other way round.
If he moaned as much about her as he did when he was scounging for more money at Chelsea, then she is the lucky one.
He's a spoilt fool
By g clarke.. Posted February 15 2009 at 1:20 AM.
Ahh Sarah, whilst I would normally agree with you unfortunately in this case you are wrong. Frank Lampard is without doubt more intelligent than you are he has something like 11 gcse' at grade A

You idiot. What do you do with your life? His an incredibly successful player, been one of the best and most consistant midfielders in the world and has just broke with his missus of years. You have obvioiusly never had a proper girlfriend so dont know what its like to lose someone you love.

Sad, but not unexpected. I just recently got out of a relationship with a footballer, and its true they can't be trusted. Also, if she is as intelligent as he says she is, it is doubtful he could offer intellectual stimulation for a woman of her calibre. Lord knows my ex couldn't. It has to be said all the money in the world cannot compensate for a lack of personality.
