RICHARD Madeley and Judy Finnigan's telly presenter daughter Chloe smokes CANNABIS from a bong as she sits between a man's legs at a boozy party.

The shocking snap was taken just weeks before TV's golden couple publicly boasted how "incredibly ANTI-drugs" their kids were.

And it is the SECOND time this month we have exposed a drug- taking celebrity.

Our exclusive photo last Sunday of US Olympic swimming ace Michael Phelps sucking from a bong made headlines around the world.

Yesterday, after we showed the picture above of Chloe, 21, to her horrified parents, the family had a showdown meeting at their mansion in leafy Hampstead, North London.

And last night the couple gave a statement to News of the World, saying: "We've obviously spoken to Chloe and whilst we-like most parents-are aware that kids her age sometimes experiment, it is always a bad idea.

"However, she is an extremely sensible person, and now she knows that too."

Chloe-who is a showbiz reporter on Richard and Judy's chat-show New Position-issued an apology, saying: "I am really sorry.

"I was really stupid. I regret doing what I did and have learnt my lesson.

"I am really sorry for any embarrassment I have caused my family." Ambitious Chloe has been fame-hungry since quitting Leeds University after one term, saying she was "so over the whole education thing".

She started as a runner on The Alan Titchmarsh Show then was hired by her parents as a showbiz reporter on digital channel Watch.

Chloe is also making a name for herself as a model-promoting Miss Ultimo lingerie and posing for lads' magazine FHM in stockings and with her satin dress hitched-up.

She's a regular on London's party scene but was recently spotted throwing up in the ladies' loos during fashion designer Giles Deacon's DJ set in an East London bar.

Previously Chloe told Hello! magazine she would "never want to do anything to embarrass" her parents. And in a newspaper interview in October proud dad Richard, 52, said of Chloe and her brother Jack, 22: "Both our kids are incredibly anti-drugs.

"They have friends that do them but they actively discourage it."

Judy, 60, added: "If one of our kids' friends says to them, 'Let's do drugs,' they'll actually shout at them."

"One of their friends developed mental problems from smoking cannabis every day."

But now the couple have been made to look like dopes because of Chloe's bong antics two months previously-at a party in Norfolk in August. In a series of three snaps posted on a social networking website, the pretty blonde is seen in a garden, sitting cross-legged and clutching a glass bong. Cans of extra-strong lager are strewn around.

Chloe draws from the bong then beams with delight as three male pals look on.

The pics are on Facebook in a friend's photo album called "Nor- folk!!!"-and Chloe has been 'tagged', or captioned, on two of them.

In October Richard and Judy admitted they had dabbled with cannabis. Richard said: "I didn't like it and I've never tried any other drugs."

Judy added: "I smoked it a couple of times but it didn't do anything for me. I've never tried any other drugs."

And to Neil, the serving anti-drugs police officer get your head out of your ass, most people don't proceed to crack and crystal meth.

And for everyone who is claiming that they "have it hard" and "we wouldnt get away with that" you really would, its just a photo, because your not famous the police would probably discard it if was sent to them. you could be smoking tobacco for all they new, same way that kate moss was sniffing talcum powder lol, yea, sure love!

Just go stand in front of a crowd (on TV, like these parents will do just fine ) and then make a few general statements like:
A) My kids are so great. They are now aged 12 and 10, and both have never received a grade lower than an A-. I just know they are going to go on to graduate at the top of their High School class and receive full scholarships to the University of their choice!

B) My kids are so great. The twins just celebrated their 15th birthday last week! They are committed to a life of chastity and will be virgins until their wedding nights!

C) My kids are so great. The way in which they live their lives have taught me so much, I am now writing my latest book tentatively entitled: "Damn Right I Raised 'Em Right - And You Can Too!" It will train all you parents the right ways in which to raise your children, so you can be positively assured of their future success in life!

I ride a bike for pleasure and if seen doing over the speed limit I get prosecuted!!! One law for one and one for the others.

She'll be fine. The joke is on all the "holier than thou"s that haven't even tried it and still believe the propaganda.
Just look at the happy face in the 'Chloe after inhaling' picture, it just relaxed her.
Her biggest danger is in handling unwanted fame and articles like this.

My God, you would think some of you have never done something wrong in your life. I dont think marijuana is a big deal personally, the effects of alcohol is much worse. And, for people to say it leads you onto worse drugs is a load of rubbish, that purely depends on the type of people you move with. I having many friends who smoke it socially but dont take other things. Anyway, she is just doing what alot of young people her ago do. Shes just unfortunate that he parents are famous and she gets papped but shes hardly a bad person for it, gosh give the girl a break!

During all their TV's career, Richard and Judy never stopped lecturing people on every social subjet, that they are the best, they hold the highest moral ground, they are so honest, they are so law-abiding, their kids are the best, they eat healthy, they love animals and all the shi'ite regarding their way of life. Now in their cover-up statement, they portrayed themselves "like most parents" and that what "wonderful" daughter did was just a "bad idea". Politicians and these so-called celebrities never blush when the embarassement hits them. It seems it is their best friend !

If she was my daughter - 1. I wouldn't allow what she has become (a lazy, unemployable - except by her parents - dope) 2. If she was that determined to become a dope in her adult life, then I would cut her off completely. But instead R&J proclaim how proud they are of this dope. What terrible parents!

TV is so rife with nepotism these days she deserves a bit of a hard time, is as bad as It'll ever get for this very ordinary, nothing, quite wrinkly girl (have seen her in the flesh a fair few times)

This is the unfortunate case today with mobile phone cameras, this snap was probably worth more in value than friendship.
I think more or less everyone that age has experienced cannabis once or twice, its a drug you either love or hate, so there is no chance of going from this to more powerful drugs, in fact many try it a few times and end there.
Students do this, and if not, then they will get blathered with alcohol and do reckless things, least with cannabis your aware of what your doing, and more crime is committed through alcohol than smoking pot

I have no issue with this young lady , however I am tired of TV presenters, Politicians etc talking down to the public with their 'holier than thou' attitudes until they get caught out themselves.
