The mega-bucks star's crude joke about sex with an 86-year-old woman infuriated listeners.
And last night as it emerged that the woman is a REAL PERSON with ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE there were mounting calls for Ross to be SACKED from his £6 million-a-year job.
CLICK HERE FOR EXCLUSIVE PICS OF FRAIL VICTIIM
The shocking blunder came while ad-libbing on air with producer Andy Davies about an elderly woman neighbour then urging him to "give her one last night".
They were a mere eight minutes and 35 seconds into yesterday's big comeback show following Ross's Beeb ban over the Sachsgate scandal, when he and comedian Russell Brand left filthy phone messages for 78-year-old actor Andrew Sachs.
It came just after 10 o'clock in the morning when families and children were listening.
Ross, 48, and freelance 43-year-old Davies had been discussing how they spent their time during the suspension.
Davies said he did some bricklaying in the garden of his villa in Spain but kept getting grabbed by a frisky 80-year-old woman.
Ross finished up by declaring: "Eighty, oh God! I think you should, just for charity.
"Give her one last night, will you? One last night before the grave. Would it kill you?"
The banter ended abruptly there without any explanation. The Ting Tings' record That's Not My Name was played and the pair did not return to the story afterwards.
It's not known if Ross was ordered to stop the sequence.
But reaction was swift. Tory MP David Davies was listening to the show with his young children and demanded the BBC immediately sack Ross.
He raged: "On Radio 2 you don't expected X-rated references to sex, and especially sex with an 80-year-old, during the day.
"I was listening with my kids to this. There's a place for humour but it has to be appropriate to the time of the day. And that clearly wasn't.

"He should have gone ages ago. There's no way this man should be on the air. He needs to be replaced now!
"It's obscene, especially given the amount of money Ross is being paid. It could also be highly offensive to this woman if she's a real person."
Last night at producer Davies's home near Granada in Southern Spain his wife Abigail-who listened to the broadcast there-confirmed that the pensioner DOES exist.
She said: "It's very sad because she has Alzheimer's Disease. She takes a fancy to any man in the street and tries to kiss them."
Giggling, she added: "I shouldn't be laughing because, as I say, it's very sad, and she doesn't really realise what she's doing.
"I sometimes walk her home because she gets confused about where she is."
Meanwhile former Home Secretary David Blunkett called for Ross's pay to be docked as a result of this latest incident. He said: "It's time for Ross to donate some of his salary to charity."
Regular Radio 2 listener Nigel Langstone, 43, from Leamington, Warwickshire, was furious over Ross's comments and said: "I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

"He gets kicked off air for three months for hounding an old man with disgusting comments about his grand-daughter.
"Then virtually the first thing he does after getting back is start telling a gag about sex with an 80-year-old woman. How insensitive can you be?
"It just shows he's learned absolutely nothing and is a loose cannon who can't be controlled.
"What's worse is that the exchange happened with his own producer-the man who's supposed to control him.
"The BBC is totally OUT of control. They've no idea how much offence they're causing.
"Ross should be taken off air immediately. He's a timebomb waiting to go off."
Ross's latest gaffe came a day after BBC bosses heavily censored his comeback TV show, Friday Night with Jonathan Ross.

Mediawatch, which campaigns for "socially responsible broadcasting", last night joined the call for the star to go.
Director John Beyer said: "Making jokes like this is not acceptable. He should have gone three months ago and I haven't changed my view."
But Sir Michael Lyons, chairman of the BBC Trust, refused to condemn Ross. He even declined to listen to a transcript of the crass comments and said: "You're not going to expect me to make any comment on this, are you?"
BBC Director-General Mark Thompson - on £816,000 a year of licence-payers money - REFUSED to discuss the incident and hung up on us.
Later the corporation defended Ross in a statement which said: "Regular listeners will be familiar with Jonathan's irreverence and innuendo.

"This light-hearted exchange contained no offensive language, named no individuals and there was clearly no intention to offend anyone."
But Ross himself was clearly embarrassed as he tried to wriggle out of his latest gaffe when he was confronted by the News of the World at his £3 million home in Hampstead, North London, last night.
At first his wife Jane answered the door and insisted he had done nothing wrong. But when we asked if Ross was hiding behind his wife he came to the door and said: "I hope no one has been upset by the show.
"It was a kind of light-hearted remark about giving her a cuddle.
"It wasn't 'give her one'-I meant, 'Give her one last cuddle.' You know there was no malice intended. There was no harm intended, OK?"
That was at 5.30pm. But two hours later he issued a statement through his public relations expert attempting to wriggle yet further and shift the blame.

His second version of what happened said: "It was a spontaneous, light-hearted remark made in response to an anecdote set in Spain, where no one was named or ever likely to hear the broadcast.
"As far as I was concerned, the story may even have been apocryphal or exaggerated for comedic purposes, as is common practice on radio and comedy shows across the country.
"Absolutely no offence to any individual was intended and, if the media wasn't hell bent on stirring up controversy, I'm sure none would be taken."
In fact, the story was completely ACCURATE, as confirmed by Andy Davies's wife.
She also contradicted Ross by pointing out that she-like thousands of other ex-pats who listen in on the internet-heard the whole show perfectly clearly at her Spanish home.

Strangely her husband, who commutes from Spain to London, last night claimed in a statement issued through Radio 2 and approved by senior BBC bosses: "It is completely untrue to suggest that I was referring to a real individual on the programme, nor would I have told such a story about anyone suffering from dementia.
"The story was poetic licence based on the warm and affectionate behaviour experienced in Spanish village life. I did not identify an individual because there isn't one."
Yet three hours earlier, in a phone interview with the News of the World, his wife Abigail had confirmed she actually KNOWS the woman, she DOES have Alzheimer's and even gave us the pensioner's name.
She is well-known to locals but we are keeping her identity secret to protect her privacy.
JONATHAN Ross's TV comeback had to be CLEANED UP before it was broadcast on Friday after he made a series of foul-mouthed gaffes.
Worried execs cut a string of smutty remarks during Friday Night With Jonathan Ross-back on screen for the first time since his three-month suspension.
A record 5.1 million viewers tuned in to see the 48-year-old's TV return with guests Tom Cruise, Stephen Fry and Lee Evans.
But they saw a toned down version of the show in which Wossy apologised for his part in the obscene phone calls scandal.
Today, the News of the World can reveal the comments that had to be deleted.
First Ross ticked off comic Lee for swearing, calling him a "f*****g foul-mouth".

Then he launched into four-letter and smutty jokes during Tom Cruise's interview.
He said: "F**k you" when the Hollywood superstar teasingly asked if Ross would appear on US TV if Cruise were to host a chat show.
Later he asked Tom to feel his biceps, making a crude sexual reference to why one arm was bigger than the other.
All references to Sachsgate partner-in-crime Russell Brand were also cut.
At one stage his photo appeared on the studio video screens prompting Ross to joke: "No, no, my life is flashing before my eyes."
He also told Cruise: "Let's go out in town and get suspended," if he wanted more time off.
A stunned audience member said: "Jonathan has clearly not learned his lesson. He was as crude and foul-mouthed as ever."
Last night a BBC spokeswoman would only say: "The show goes through the same editorial process as every BBC programme."
Mediawatch praised the BBC for removing offensive content. Director John Beyer said: "I am glad they have taken a stand."
CULTURE chief John Whittingdale questioned last whether the BBC should continue their relationship with Ross after his latest shame.
He said: "The question is: Are the BBC going to employ Jonathan Ross at all? We all know that is what he does. There may be an argument that they shouldn't be employing him at all.
"If they are, then they're going to have that sort of behaviour. It's a core of what he does-pushing the boundaries.
Mr Whittingdale, Tory chairman of Parliament's Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee, added: "The BBC need to decide whether or not they want to be in that market.
"They need to make a judgment about whether or not they want to be there."

I am sickened at this guy! I have worked with the elderly who have Alzheimer and dementia and this is no joking matter! How could they let him go back to work? If I was his boss I would of fired his butt faster then popcorn popping on fire!!! I don't care how popular this guy is, this is wrong in every way. But he doesn't have to answer to me, you, or any one here on Earth, God will take care of him!!! AMEN!!!

I think the time has come to let Jonathan Ross go off the television and radio. He comments are not welcome and its sick humour.
Every time he comes on the air now I switch him off actually he is a complete turn off. He is not funny at all and its embarrassing to watch. Everyone is entitled to their opinions about him and the BBC must be held accountable as well for allowing it to happen in the first place.
By JO. Posted May 14 2009 at 10:07 AM.
6 million quid is an obscene amount of licence payers money to waste on Jonathan Ross !
As a licence payer, I find it disgusting that the BBC are allowed to waste our money this way especially when some licence payers are struggling to pay for their licence !

If you can get six million for that junk why bother trying to get a real job. Twelve months and you can quit and live in comfort. Ross is not worth the money and at that rate neither is anybody else.

Sadly, JR has totally lost the plot. OR is he being astute in trying to get the BBC to sack him and get a big pay-off. Either way, he should go, not just from the BBC but from all UK media.
By Bob Collier. Posted January 30 2009 at 7:48 AM.
Haven't British folk yet learned that the management sect are presenting the very best of filth for BBC audiences. They want Britain's prior eminence in the broadcasting world to become as sullied as their own distressing lie-begotten dogma.
By Bill. Posted January 28 2009 at 2:31 PM.
People are losing sight of the fact that the Ross issue is very big for the BBC and the public. Suspension, sacking and resignation were involved. So he is a big deal, but maybe in the wrong way. Some people feel that the BBC judgement of suspension was too lenient, and that he should've been made to account for his actions by being sacked. Why the complainers whinging about those who voice this opinion.

Jonathan R plays it near the knuckle, edgy & dirty
But reading on here the young fans can't take the HEAT he generates.

This is called h u m o u r. Many people find it entertaining. If it offends, listen or watch something else - I suggest reruns of Last Of The Summer Wine. Most radio-sets have the option to choose something else. Personally, I find that this article offends the my intelligence, and that of the British populace.

are you joking me? there is no derogatory comment here. Just an emphatic comment about an old lady who will never hear or know what they are talking about. Its light hearted, and it has an air of affection about it. Do you really think he is going to jeopardise his career this early on? For goodness sake have you nothing better to do than jump on every statement someone makes? chill out and take stock of what is important in life!! I bet there are flies on you.......

To all the youngsters who keep telling everyone else to "Get a Life";
Sitting in front of the telly on a Friday night is hardly the most stimulating and imaginative way to spend your time. If you're going to plonk yourself in front of the telly at least have the sense to watch something worthwhile rather than an overpaid, foulmouthed oaf.
By Herbert Spliffington. Posted January 27 2009 at 9:24 PM.
I think that J R should be sacked straight away and not given yet another chance . He has no respect for elderly ill people. I never have found him funny. He is always making nasty remarks about people. He is disgusting. DO NOT give him another chance GET RID!!!!!!!

Ross is a disgrace, my heart sank when I realised he was due back on Radio 2! Saturday mornings have been a pleasure without him and his side-kick - who constantly struggles to get a word in during Ross's full-throttle, over-sized Ego avalanche!
By Jack. Posted January 27 2009 at 4:12 PM.
Jonathan Ross is a public stirrer. It's what he does for a living! Are his fans so young or so insulated that they don't understand this.
If you're controversial and push the boundaries, you invite controversy. Don't dish out what you can't take back. Get used to it!

By Mr James Ransford. Posted January 26 2009 at 11:56 PM.
One comment actually likened J Ross to Lenny Bruce. Now there really was a legend. He'd have despised Ross for having a mind and refusing to use it.
By Thompson B Hunter. Posted January 26 2009 at 11:00 PM.
He has not learned his lesson from his 3 month suspension.
I think he should be either severely disciplined or face loosing his radio "slot" on the BBC.
By Craig. Posted January 26 2009 at 10:51 PM.
Jonathon Ross is very unprofessional and should not be allowed to ever be on our televisions ever again,he is very crude and rude, what a waste of the televion licence fee on someone like him!! Sack him at once and then good riddance to bad rubbish!!

What about all the violence on tv surely that is worse than a silly joke. Nowhere does the transcript mention altzimers (a condition my mother has).
By noush. Posted January 26 2009 at 9:26 PM.
I for one couldn't wait for JR's return to tv. Why do people persist in WATCHING his tv program then complaining. It seems that the tabloid newspapers in particular are just waiting for the next trivial smutty comment, which they then blow out of proportion and whip up bad feeling with the public. They are obviously doing it to sell newspapers. Knife crime, drugs, unemployment. Shouldn't they be highlighting these far more important issues to the public. By the way, my husband and myself, my grown up kids and my mum who's nearly 70, all LOVE JR'S humour. Please don't spoil the spontaneity of British humour. Also, how come all the recent complaints about him and very delayed. If things bother you that much, then perhaps you should complain straight away.
By Corinne. Posted January 26 2009 at 9:15 PM.

By Amy Bentham. Posted January 26 2009 at 3:57 PM.
friday nights would not be the same without ross, i have missed his show and could not wait for the 23rd january, and the show was great, if you dont like what he does dont watch or listen to him, but for those that do we want to keep watchin and listening to him .this is just another chance for people to jump on the bandwagon and do what there good at complain make a big issue over nothing if it wasant ross it would be someone else some people just have to complain!!!! and bring back brand hes brilliant very good at what he does and the BBC HAVE LOST HIM.
By JULIE. Posted January 26 2009 at 3:53 PM.
Making a few people laugh doesn't make up for the grief he causes. He should be gone - he is clearly incapable of learning from his mistakes. The fact that he is paid at all for this pitiful behaviour is a disgrace.
This, incidentally, is me utilising my freedom of speech and impacting on nobody else's rights or privaacy - which is, in fact, the way it is supposed to be practised.
And yes Michael Lyons WE DO expect you to comment and more than that - we expect you to do what you should have done months ago and sack him.
By Nic. Posted January 26 2009 at 4:28 PM.
This is pathetic! I enjoy crude comedy, and Ross is good at it. If you dont like Ross's sketches then dont watch them! Simple! Some people need to find a hobby or get laid or something because this witch hunt is boring! There is a credit crunch going about with businesses struggling, jobs lost, economy failing etc... why don't you talk about something that actually matters?
By Stuart. Posted January 26 2009 at 5:12 PM.
What makes you complainers think you are in a majority? I believe there are more people who like him than don't. The numbers of people who complain about him (after being told to by the tabloids) are nothing compared to the numbers who watch his show and listen to him on the radio and so he should continue at the BBC. That is democracy.
By Nicola Christopher. Posted January 26 2009 at 4:53 PM.
Yup, we ARE a democracy and we're proud of free speech. That's WHY many of us are voicing our dislike of Janathan Ross's TV/radio bully boy style and gratuitous offence against people.
Graham Norton's act is all inuendo and smutty refs. No one has voiced problems with that. Whereas Ross comes across as a plain nasty character and because he is funny, some think that's OK.
As long as we are a democracy, those of us who think that he goes too far, and want him OFF the BBC, are going to keep on saying so. Loudly. As long as they take my money to pay his wages, I get to say if I like the service or not. At some point the BBC might realise that the majority have gone along with him until he's now stepped across a line. He's past acceptability. If they listen, now that WOULD be democracy.
By James. Posted January 26 2009 at 2:59 PM.
this is gettin ridiculous an pathetic an all those sad people an MP's who are sayin get him off our screens need to get a life!! his show has always been the way it was friday night, if not worse, but this is why poeple love ross. he dares ask celebs questions no other chat show host ever would!! he may be smutty an rude but we love this about him. that comment about the 80 yr old women would not have been thought twice about had the sashgate scanndal had not happened (which again was pathetic an blown out of proportion!!!) people need to leave him alone, an not watch ot read anythin to do with him then they cant complain !! if u dont like him, fine, go away an stop boring us all with your polictical views!! i think its fair to say more do like him than dont so deal with it!!! Go Ross!!!!!! if he is taken off the BBC i personally will stop watchin the BBC
By vicky. Posted January 26 2009 at 2:43 PM.

so much for freedom of speech in this country! the people who are moaning have nothing better to do in their lives than jumping on the band wagon when something like this happens, for heaven sake he did'nt say anything directly to affend these type of people and if it does affend tom cruise and lee evans i'm sure they know how to deal with it. the guy is a brilliant talk show host. Get a life!!
By gill. Posted January 26 2009 at 2:29 PM.
I think people are just picking on Jonathan now, we ALL pay for TV licence fees and a lot of people enjoy watching this sort of banter WITHOUT being offended, my thoughts are: IF YOU DONT LIKE IT, DONT WATCH IT, you have other channels to watch, but CHOOSE TO watch it so you can complain!!!! I personally can't stand porn, and guess what I DONT WATCH IT!! unfortuneatly there people who do, thats their choice! I WATCH OTHER THINGS BECAUSE I CAN, my tv is not limited to one channel!!

Loads of people enjoy watching and listening to Jonathan Ross and they also pay for a TV licence so why should he be sacked?
There are loads of programmes that I don't like but that doesn't been they shouldn't be broadcast as there are other viewers that will enjoy watching them.
The BBC must continue to cater for a wide variety of tastes as we are not all the same.
I don't like gardening programmes, so I don't watch them! If you don't like JR, then don't watch/listen to him, you know when he is going to be on! Let the rest of us watch what we enjoy!

What is wrong with this country....?? If our MP'S and half the toffee nosed public...put half as much energy into things that are important, rather than stupid things like this...then we may have a half decent country to live in....its no wonder I live in australia...and I can honestly say i wont be back to live....EVER!!! You hear things like this on the tv and radio in australia every day....
ITS CALLED HAVING A LAUGH ENGLAND!!! That thing it seems our country has forgotten how to do!!! LIGHTEN THE **** UP....YOU HERE TO ENJOY LIFE!!!! REMEMBER!!!!???

Is Jonathon Ross a comedian, I don't think so. Is he a chat show host, I don't think so. I am certainly not a prude but I don't want to watch somebody with a foul mouth making some of his guests feel very uncomfortable with his suggestive comments. Don't tell me to turn off my TV I pay my licence. Swearing seems to be the norm these days but it probably covers up a lack of knowing how to use the English language and judging by the spelling mistakes in some of the above comments, English was certainly not their strong subject at school. Get rid of him, there are plenty of good chat show hosts who could do a much better job.

WHAT A FUSS ABOUT NOTHING,WITH ALL THATS GOING ON IN THIS COUNTRY HAS AN MP SUCH AS DAVID DAVIES GOT NOTHING BETTER TO DO,HE SHOULD NOT LET HIS KIDS LISTEN TO JOHNATHON AS HIS QUICK WIT IS BOUND TO UPSET NARROW MINDED PEOPLE,WHO CANT TAKE A JOKE.HES THE BEST TV PERSONALITY YOU CAN GET,IT WOULD NOT BE THE SAME WITHOUT HIM.FOR GODS SAKE LEAVE HIM ALOAN,AND LET HIM BE HIMSELF DOES HE HAVE TO WATCH EVERYTHING HE SAYS.STUPID PEOPLE!!
By PHIL MANNINGp. Posted January 26 2009 at 12:04 AM.
just look at that pic of him right in front of his house sneery smug face ,bloody hell will the bbc just sack this vile creature hes an embarressment
By chodzdech. Posted January 25 2009 at 11:55 PM.
This is ridiculous - it didn't get graphic at all ! I love the paper, but let's face it, more obscene things can be heard in the lyrics of most pop songs, or seen on most ads or newspapers, or music videos. The fact of the matter is, prude that he is, he knew Jonathan Ross would be on, and yet he still tuned in with his kids there ? I'm more worried about the fact that such an irresponsible parent is a 'chief of culture' ? We curb our language in front of kids and swear black n' blue when they're not there ! Why don't we just be more honest with them - they're kids, not idiots !
By Niall. Posted January 25 2009 at 11:47 PM.
What is everyone's problem! I don't see why some idiots know they don't like his comedy style, and know they might be insulted, but tune in and watch him, and then have the nerve to complain when (surprise, surprise) they are insulted! If you don't like Jonathan Ross, don't watch it! Wow problem solved!

J.R HAS GOT ONE OF THE BEST SLOTS ON FRIDAY NIGHT. BUT HE NEEDS TO STAY MORE FOCUSED ON THE NEEDS OF HIS PUBLIC VIEWERS.ALL MOST PEOPLE ASK IS DONT TAKE THE JOKES TOO FAR. BY THAT I MEAN WE DONT ALL WANT TO SHARE HIS FANTASIES BUT WE WANT TO ENJOY THE STARS THAT APPEAR ON THE SHOW. IT WOULD BE A SHAME IF THE SHOW WAS AXED BECAUSE OF HIS THOUGHTLESSNESS. HE REALLY CAN BE A VERY FUNNY MAN WITHOUT HAVING TO BE SO CRUDE. AND HE NEEDS A PERMANENT PAY CUT.
By Sylvia Craig. Posted January 25 2009 at 11:25 PM.
Its time they got rid of this scum bag.The only way he can try to be funny is by foul langwage and demeaning old people, he should look at himself before he opens his dirty big mouth. why should tv licence payers have to put up with him and loads of other scum on tv.people who think this is entertainment must be sick in the head.come on BBC and all other tv and radio get ridof the lot.
By r smith. Posted January 25 2009 at 11:28 PM.
Get off the bandwagon. Desperately trying to analyse everything Ross will say for the rest of his career to find some glimmer of offence to someone, somewhere will just bore everybody.
This type of humour has been going on for years by Ross and a whole host of others. and nobdoy complained before the 'Ross/Brand incident'. Why? Because it is HUMOUR. By definition not to be taken seriously. And personally I think it is funny.

Keep him!! I love Friday Night With Jonathan Ross, he is brilliant! It's about the only good thing on BBC all week. If that goes, what else is there to watch...
By Steve. Posted January 25 2009 at 10:59 PM.
Beyond comment, just sack the pratt.
By Ken. Posted January 25 2009 at 11:08 PM.
once again all blown out of proportion. hes the best thing the bbc have goin, the schedules have felt bare during his 3months absensce. his tv show last night was very funny and his guests obviously had a good time and it was a great return to form for Ross, especially the interview with Tom Cruise. all this fuss about a new "slur" is just nonsense. everyone knows what type of humour to expect, you wouldnt go to a roy chubby brown show then complain about the swearing, so dont watch or listen to jonathan ross and then complain about the smut and innuendo!! all the people who complain about Jonathan never liked him in the first place. if they dont like him then dont watch, just have the decency not to spoil it for all his many many fans
By david. Posted January 25 2009 at 11:08 PM.
get a life, if you don't like him then dont watch him,
By rachel. Posted January 25 2009 at 11:15 PM.
24/7 thats all yous britz ever do is constantley bitch How sad a lifes yous must all lead
By Jack. Posted January 25 2009 at 10:46 PM.
Jonathan seems to have no remorse from the comments he has made on his Saturday show. Having an uncle and aunt who have died from Alzheimers we found his comments of very bad taste and was offended at the remarks made on a BBC Radio Show.
By Derrick Hemingsley. Posted January 25 2009 at 10:50 PM.
To those out there supporting Ross ..... You obviously enjoy the foul language, the poor sense of what is funny, the offensive behaviour, the scruffy appearance, the poor grasp of spoken English (and I don't mean the pretend inability to sound an 'r'), and complete lack of talent. You also feel that 6 million pounds is a fair salary to pay. Wouldn't that money be better spent in supporting the people now being made redundant, by using that 6 million to reduce the liceence fee? - Your job may be next to go; will you support Ross then? Yes, I can switch the idiot off when his 'show' is on, but I,m still being forced by law to subsidise his ludicrous pay packet. SACK THE MAN NOW. Foul language is a sad inability to express yourself properly - It's NOT funny.
By Ken. Posted January 25 2009 at 10:54 PM.
you just got to laugh really!
to be fair to ross, you can turn it off, and you dont have to enjoy his comedy
but on your first few shows back! surly he should be thinking about what hes saying... whether you agreee he should or shouldnt. after the mass hype wouldnt you just be careful...
also i find it amusing that the MP chose to listen to the show with his children.. after everything? really??
I think we have all found out his humour isnt for children....

Sack Him ..! He's Not Funny or Big or Clever and The Shamefull BBC Haven't Even Mentioned This Scandalous Episode on Their Website
By Rob. Posted January 25 2009 at 10:16 PM.
This is really stupid and sick joke. Therefore Ross should GO. The BBC should not give him employment.
By TilBikram Sambahangphe. Posted January 25 2009 at 10:25 PM.
I say get rid of him, he has played being top dog for far too long. Employ someone for a lot less money. The amount these parasites get paid is ridiculous. The money could be much better spent like reducing the cost of the TV licence.
By Linda. Posted January 25 2009 at 10:25 PM.
put the g back in....jonathon Gross...sack him, he aint funny and he is vulgar...about time we got rid of this floppy haired, foul mouth...
By richard. Posted January 25 2009 at 10:04 PM.
Get a grip everybody, he is the only bit of shining light on TV at the moment. Obviously he was joking and that is what you should take it for. Not try and investigate who he was talking about and savage him. MP's are the last people who should be passing judgement after what they have done to this economy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By ollie. Posted January 25 2009 at 9:37 PM.
Ross represents everything that is bad about this country and should now be sacked, NEVER to be seen again. I also think its time for Mark Thompson to go, as I cannot see the point of the BBC any more. Its become a cheap sham.
By Simon Donegan. Posted January 25 2009 at 9:39 PM.
simple if you dont LIKE it TURN IT OFF!!! This country is becoming such a nanny state trying not to offend people its pathetic.
GET OVER YOU SADDOS AND GET A LIFE!!!
By rachaelis. Posted January 25 2009 at 9:37 PM.
the beeb dont have the bottle to sack JR. If they did then im sure channel 4 would snap him up and offer him prime time on either friday, saturday or even sunday. The viewing figures would go through the roof. The fun police need to get a life!!
By George. Posted January 25 2009 at 9:45 PM.
Sack this overpaid untalented waste of space now.
He is a total waste of license fee payers money of which we have no choice but to pay. Perhaps if enough people refused to pay the BBC may finally listern. About three years ago on Ross's Saturday radio show him & his idiot side kick made lewd remarkes about people that had had strokes & how it left their faces. He was not disiplined then & I found his remarks very offensive.
By Joan. Posted January 25 2009 at 9:44 PM.
I WILL NEVER WATCH HIM AGAIN? SACK THEM BOTH.
By w. thompson. Posted January 25 2009 at 9:47 PM.
Ross is a genius, his show last friday was amazing. The Beeb can't sack him and those people who are calling for his sacking are sad, pathetic, humourless and must of lived a shelterd life. Ross is the king of banter and whilst what he said to Mr Sachs was appaling that is sooooooo last year! Leave Wossy alone we love him!!!
