IT'S time to vote for the travel industry's Oscars - and maybe win a holiday!

If you've had a great break at home or abroad and want to shout about it, then play your part in the British Travel Awards.

There are lots of categories spanning more than 70 types of holiday experiences: transport, destination, cruise, customer service, holiday extras, and accommodation.

So you can vote for your favourite tour operator, resort, hotel, airline, cruise line and even spa. Lorraine Barnes Burton, chief executive of the BTA, said: "It is the public votes that count and the travel industry is waiting to hear from News of the World readers about what you like and what you don't. Also there are fantastic prizes to be won."

Our travel expert Trisha Harbord said: "Your vote makes holiday companies sit up and listen. You decide whether they are winners or not."
