Around 2 million of us experience some kind of sex addiction, so how do YOU know if you're an addict, or someone who just likes sex?

That's what I'll be exploring in this week's video.

As a therapist who works with people's sex lives day in day out, I know that talking about sex is a great way to improve things.

Some readers may recognise me from my work on Channel 4's A Place in the Sun. In addition to my TV work, I'm also a trained professional sex educator helping my clients to get the most out of their sex lives.

My girlfriend and I have sex at least 4-5 times a day. She tells me I'm addicted to lesbian sex, but I just enjoy having sex, only with her though, because she is gorgeous and I can't keep my hands off her. After watching this video, I think I am definitely not a sex addict, I just love have sex with my gf and I love her very much.

this happened to me last 3 years wife lost intrest after daughter came along we have other issues but is a problem for me try talk but not working

My husband and i have been married 21 years and haven't had sex for 7 years.We sleep in the same bed but he never even attempts to touch me.Iv'e tried many many times but he just says we shouldn't need it at our age(56 & 71)but i do even if it was just a kiss.We live where my husband has always wanted to and he has every thing he needs and wants but i have needs too.

I use to have sex atleast 15-20 a day with my parner... But we ve fallen out for 3 months ... not getting mush at the moment ......15-20 times a week ... once in morning, lunch time once or twice then in evening.. thats everyday so sometimes it got over 20 times a week.

IS IT NORMAL FOR YOUR PARTNER TO MOAN ABOUT A QUIKKIE? AND SHE HAS MS SO I KNOW SHE SOMETIMES DOESNT FEEL LIKE IT BUT SHE DOES AFTER A NEAR ARGUMENT, IS THAT NORMAL?

I have a stressful job and to me it sometimes feels like it's just one more thing to worry about. We don't do it that often and think that's probably because of both of our jobs. Knowing that I'm not far of the average of once or twice a week makes me feel better about it!
