Everywhere we look - whether it's on TV, in movies or on billboards - it seems like we are bombarded with messages that encourage us to think that everyone enjoys perfect sex all of the time.

If only life were that simple. So what's normal or right? That's what I'll be exploring in this week's video - plus I'll be giving you tips on you can boost things in the bedroom.

As a therapist who works with people's sex lives day in day out, I know that talking about sex is a great way to improve things.

Some readers may recognise me from my work on Channel 4's A Place in the Sun. In addition to my TV work, I'm also a trained professional sex educator helping my clients to get the most out of their sex lives.

I have a stressful job and to me it sometimes feels like it's just one more thing to worry about. We don't do it that often and think that's probably because of both of our jobs. Knowing that I'm not far of the average of once or twice a week makes me feel better about it!

my missus thinks we don't do it enough but I think we r ok doing it once a week... thanls for the tip too - we;ll try it.
