Cannot find this dress either.
It seems this happens a lot and I cant help feeling its just to get us in the shop! There is another floral dress on tesco.com but i think it might be longer length and is rose print.
Tesco could be selling loads of these if only they stocked them!

I'm also hunting for this dress, I asked at my nearest Tesco Extra and they simply said to keep checking and every store varies it's stock. Though they did have the belt and the shoes
