Everyone, and we mean everyone, wants to dress her. She's best mates with
Karl Lagerfeld, fronts Burberry's ad campaign, and is often seen at the
front row of Chanel's shows. Emma Watson is, without doubt, the new queen of
the fashion scene.
It's hard to believe then that just eight years ago, when a fresh-faced Emma first graced the red carpet wearing a badly fitting green and gold ensemble, that the young Harry Potter actress would become a future fashion darling.
Her journey to the top started two years ago when, aged 17, she ditched the long dresses and unflattering kitten heels and opted for some serious wham-bam-glam looks. The spellbinding transformation started with a few trips to her mother Jacqueline's favourite designer, Chanel. Emma shrewdly invested some of her £10 million fortune on their classic designs, subtly reinventing her look and catching the eye of Chanel boss Karl Lagerfeld, who invited her to his autumn/winter show in Paris later that year.
The hiring of her first stylist followed, and since dresser to the stars Caroline Sieber came on board, Emma hasn't put a stilettoed foot wrong.
Vintage Ossie Clark at the London premiere of Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince, and Christopher Kane on The Late Show With David Letterman - she's nailed it every time.
Becoming the face of fashion house Burberry has helped Emma, now 19, earn her fashion spurs too.
The sultry pose and smoky eyes she sported in the label's recent advertising
campaign even helped get rid her of her squeaky clean Hermione-style image.

SAYS: "It's quite intimidating knowing that every time you
walk out of the door, someone is going to be judging what you wear. I'm
hoping I won't get bogged down by: 'Oh God, what's everyone going to think?'
But fashion is something I really enjoy and I've always loved dressing
myself. I don't have a stylist a lot of the time."

accessories.

MOMENT... Getting it spot on at the Mercury Music Prize
nominations.

She's so bang on trend it hurts. If you'd told Jameela last year that she
would make it on to a best dressed list, she'd have called you crazy. But
fast-forward 12 months and Jameela, 23, has ditched her teaching job to
become a T4 presenter and is about to host her own style show, The Closet,
for the Bebo website. Her rapid success and keen eye for style has drawn
comparisons with fellow TV presenter Alexa Chung, and it's hard to disagree.

OMG, Emma Watson has come such a long way! She says she doesn't use a stylist much, but I she must have had a little nudge in the right direction!
