Strictly Come Dancing's Bruno Tonioli texts to see if I fancy dinner tonight in LA - he's over here to judge Dancing With The Stars. I suggest my new favourite haunt, Cecconi's, where Bruno entertains me with talk of his work as a choreographer for some of the biggest stars of the '80s - Freddie Mercury, Duran Duran and Spandau Ballet. But when I suggest he writes a book about it, he says he's vowed never to dish the dirt. Boo!
"I was in a position of trust, darling, like a doctor," he explains. "Celebrities feel safe around me to be themselves!" I know what he means. I instantly clicked with Bruno and consider him a loyal friend.
Talk turns to Christmas and Bruno says he's off to the Indian Ocean to celebrate alone. He's been single since splitting from Paul, his partner of 20 years, a few years ago and both his parents are dead. He says he'd rather be on his own reading a good book than with the wrong person. My heart breaks at the thought of him tucking into turkey on his own, so I suggest he spends Christmas with Chris and me in Cornwall. He immediately replies: "F*** Cornwall, I need the sun!"
It turns out Bruno's had lots of invites but he's chosen not to accept any. "I just want to relax," he explains. I understand and decide my New Year's resolution is to find him a boyfriend. He's a catch!
Speaking of new dates, I can't wait to get back for a catch up with my friend, The One Show's Christine Bleakley to talk about her ¿and England footballer Frank Lampard. I told her to go for it recently and, it seems, she has! I think they make a lovely couple and I'm really pleased for her. Christine's been single for a while and deserves a guy who can make her happy. We're having dinner next week after I'm a guest on her show, so I'll be getting the low-down. Watch this space!
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13
I'm still in LA polishing my stuntwoman skills for my new ITV1 show, Fantasy Lives. Today, for my stunt finale, I dress up as an LAPD cop (yes Chris, I'll bring the outfit home) and drive a patrol car at speed into boxes and bins. Afterwards I'm made an honorary member of the United Stuntwomen's Association. Proud? You bet!

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14
I meet up with Terri Seymour for dinner - at Cecconi's again! As showbiz reporter for US celeb telly show Extras, Terri's just returned from interviewing Renée Zellweger's on/off squeeze, actor Bradley Cooper, in Canada. I really like Terri and wonder if Simon Cowell will one day look back and regret letting her go.
Talking of the devil, I sent Simon a phone video of me doing the doughnut spins yesterday. "That is not feminine," he responded, to which I replied: "Sod feminine, it's very cool." Simon fired back: "Swearing is not feminine either." I figure he's just jealous because he loves driving fast. Maybe I should use my new fighting skills on him!
