Hello Mr Oliver,
I have only just seen your recipe for Quince Vodka and I don't think we have quince here on the
island. Never seen it for sale in the market anyway.
I live in the Caribbean, so we have quite a lot of
different type fruits to what the U K sell. Is there a an alternative I can use for Quince. Best to let you know that we do not have apples or pears either. Do hope you can help because I would like to make this for my friends Christmas prezzie, instead of boring old Rum punch for a change. Thanks for any help you may be able to give. J

Jamie. I have never watched a more enjoying, educational and really authentic cooking show as your new series. I live in AZ, USA and you got the Mexican food down to a T. Most Mexican families cook that way. I am loving it man. You being a cowboy was hilarious. You should come to the Tucson Rodeo. It's truly awesome! It's in Feb every year.

It was just like my family here. Brilliant. My question is:
Do you have a home in the USA?
