If your Friday night routine involved getting changed in the loos at work before heading out for a few glasses of vino with your girlfriends, we've found a fabulous new way to get the party started - Frame's Friday Night Club!

The trendy Frame Studio in Shoreditch offers all sorts of fun exercise classes that are guaranteed to get even stubborn gym-avoiders pulling on their trainers and working up a sweat. From Hoola Hooping to 'Britney dance' and burlesque, Frame's classes are all about having fun while you work out. Their new Friday Night Club is a monthly event where you can take a class and also get glammed up before going out.

For £20 you get a workout, a glass of wine and a choice of express beauty treatments to leave you looking and feeling fabulous before you begin your Friday night's entertainment. If you don't fancy doing a class, you can just pop along for a drink and to get your nails done. Nail treatments are provided by Wah Nails, while lash extensions and eye make-up come courtesy of MAC cosmetics. Girl DJs will be spinning party tunes to get you in the mood for your big night out! There's no appointment necessary - it's on a first come first served basis until 11pm.
