New Moon hysteria has hit London!. Even though there won't be an official premiere in London for the latest Twilight film, the fan event last night came pretty close, with the film's stars (yes, including Robert Pattinson!) walking the red carpet in front of hordes of screaming fans.
Even the rain couldn't dampen the spirit of dedicated fans, some of whom had travelled from Spain to get autographs and pictures from Robert Patterson, Taylor Launder and Kristin Stewart.
Obviously the biggest scream of the night was reserved for homegrown talent R-Pattz who spent the most time out on the soggy red carpet with fans!
