Stilettos at the ready, girls! Fabulous has launched the sexiest charity campaign in history, Heels That Heal.

Gorgeous Kelly Brook was the first to sign up, and boy, did she do it in style. Slipping on some killer six-inchers and striking a pose against a lovely Louboutin, she pledged her support for our bid to improve women's health.

Joining her are all your favourite celebrities pictured in the hottest, highest and most outrageous heels, all for our campaign.

Heels That Heal will raise awareness and money for Wellbeing of Women, which funds life-saving research into reproductive and gynaecological problems. And if anything's going to grab your attention, it's Amanda Holden without a bra, Fearne Cotton in kinky boots, Patsy Palmer in the buff and the male TV host who was a little too comfortable in a pair of sky-high shoes! Our supporters also reveal their thoughts on the things that make every girl's heart skip a beat - heels.

And that's not all. To boost WoW's coffers, we've got Kylie Minogue, Cheryl Cole and 20 other stars to donate their designer stilettos to our very special charity auction - launching at 8pm Sunday 27th September on eBay. There are also 28 star-studded dates up for grabs - lunch with Peter Andre, anyone? All the profits go straight to Wellbeing of Women, so you can spend money while saving lives... now that's what we call retail therapy!

I bileave that there is no such woman like Kelly Brook she is nice, soft, sexy and hot and daily i thinking about her and saw her photos many times a day and my wish that to send me mail and send me her photos on my mail i will be too happy and never forget her for ever.

How can you say sh dont look nice? she looks really sexy as ever ive always wanted to go out with kelly brook and after seeing this shoot with her in leather/pvc its making me jealous that she has a boyfriend. I love women in leather it really suits them and makes them look so much hotter. Other than the leather making her look sexy the rest of her is looking sexy as well. Kelly Brook = sex godess. I'm sorry guys but Kelly Brook looked absolutely fabulous in this shoot. She has a fantastic figure, beautiful eyes, and looks sooo gorgeous in this shoot. So what if she doesn't have a job at the moment!? All the shoots were very artsy and very creative and I liked them all except Amanda's. She didn't give me the creative feel. It just felt as though she was just there...you know...just standing there with a smile on her face with her boobs out even though they are covered. I didn't find that photograph very arsty. This a charity anyway. So leave these celebrities be. They are only making fundraising... FUN!!!

I can't believe so many people are hating on Kelly! She looks H.O.T. She's fulfilling her brief too. I mean, all of y'all who are moaning away - her cover photo got your attention and got you to look at the campaign. That's what she's there for and she's working it like a late mortgage payment is overdue!!! Her pictures are the hottest. That's why she's fronting up the campaign. Stop hating people. Great charity ...but why use the unemployable kelly brook for this? who is she ?all the names that model for this campaign have talent and do something ....whats kelly brooks talent?...shes always seeking publicity and has never kept a job!!! at least this campaign has some top names that actually work and have a talent like Amanda Holden and patsy kensit!!
Kelly just goes out with famous blokes and tips off the paps whenever in a bikini...very boring....other celebs involved though are fab,love amandas pic!!
