I'd be happier if... I could finish any of the half-read books on my bedside table.
I'm at my best when... I'm having a lazy Sunday at home, pottering about in my pyjamas with my husband Norman Cook and my eight-year-old son Woody. Life is hectic in our house and it's great to be able to regroup and hang out with the two men in my life, make a roast or watch The Simpsons.
Those closest to me would describe me as... generous, daft and a bit haphazard.
One thing about my past I don't admit easily is... I was a bit of a one for the boys. I didn't behave very nicely to some chaps. I guess I was young and hated responsibility.
Apart from my family, three things I'd want on a desert island are... music, movies and a barrel of snacks. Music is my first love, movies are my escape - and I'm happier if I have them with an assortment of munchies.
One thing I'd like to do before I die is... get a degree. I dropped out of polytechnic to pursue a career in telly, and I'm not very well read. My brain needs feeding.
If I advertised myself on a dating site, it would read... "Norma Desmond-type with ever-expanding bottom and faded blonde streaks seeks energetic chap for walks, talks and occasional bunk up."
The thing I like least about myself is... that I didn't work hard at school. I spent too much time chasing boys and not enough reading books.
My fantasy dinner date is... Dr Mark Sloan [Eric Dane] from Grey's Anatomy. He's huge and naughty and looks great in his scrubs, but I imagine he looks even better out of them!
The thing I value the most is... my family, because they love me unconditionally.
My biggest regret is... not kissing Memphis Belle actor Matthew Modine when I was presenting The Big Breakfast and he leant in to kiss me. My boyfriend was watching at home. But we broke up anyway - and those chances only come along once!
If I wasn't a DJ I'd be... a personal shopper. It's the only talent I truly excel in!

ZOË SAYS: "I love comfort food. there's nothing I like more than snuggling up with a plate of beans on toast!"
'ZOË ISN'T FULLY AT EASE WITH HERSELF'
JAMES
SAYS: "Zoë enjoys making others feel good and invests time and energy in
helping them achieve their goals. And people are happy to be influenced by
her advice and guidance.
Zoë feels her academic achievement is at odds with her potential and may have times of self-doubt. Similarly, although she seems confident and sociable, Zoë worries about how she appears in unfamiliar situations. She tries to control her life by making lists, but she's easily distracted by interest-grabbing activities - hence failing to finish books.
Zoë's picture reflects her off-the-wall sense of humour. Comparing herself to a simple meal rather than something more refined points to her self-deprecating nature, and not being fully at ease with herself. The heavy lines suggest high energy, while the emphasis on circular shapes shows she's less comfortable with logic and analytical reasoning."
James is a specialist in psychometric testing.
