Years working as a model and TV presenter have given Lisa Snowdon plenty of confidence in front of the camera - but she says it's all down to clever lighting and feeling good about yourself.
"So what if you have cellulite under your bum?
"Men like something to grab hold of, but ultimately what they want is a woman who's comfortable in her own skin," she says.
"There's nothing sexier than someone who's self-assured and enthusiastic.
"My advice to anyone who worries is to change all the lightbulbs in the room for flattering low-watt ones, and remember he's probably so grateful that you're naked, he isn't paying attention to your wobbly bits!"
Lisa, 36, has made it on to the list of the world's 100 sexiest women 10 years in a row and was a good sport when it came to stripping off for Fabulous.
But there are parts of her body she's less than keen to flaunt.
She lists squidgy thighs and a muffin top as her key flaws, claiming she relies on "kind lighting and confidence" to make her look so darn good.
"And I'm grateful for my height," she adds.
"Because at 5ft 10in I can carry a few extra pounds without it showing.
"When I started modelling I was asked to lose weight," she explains.
"I refused. I'm glad I had the courage to do that - some people give in to the pressure."
Lisa is equally keen to stand up for animal rights. "I would never wear fur," she says.
"I don't even like the way it feels against my skin, so I'd rather go naked."
