HAIR "When I'm on tour and doing photo shoots all the time, my hair gets dry from over-styling. To keep it in good condition, I use Kérastase Chroma Riche Masque, £24.70, once a week. I sleep with it in - it's like a magic cure for damaged hair."

FACE "I've got oily skin, and when I was a teenager, I had pimples on my forehead. I used a heavy concealer to hide them, but it made them worse as it clogged my pores. Nowadays it's about prevention, so I use Simple Moisturising Foaming Facial Wash, £2.76, and a good base, like Estée Lauder Double Wear Light Stay-In-Place Makeup, £24."

EYES "I think people who have Botox before they're 40 are absolutely mad! All a woman needs to get the same effect is a good ee cream. I use Clinique All About Eyes Rich, £22, as it's brilliant for sorting puffiness and dark circles. So far, it's kept the crow's feet away."

BUM "I slather my bum and boobs in The Body Shop Coconut Body Butter, £12.20, as it's meant to firm the skin and stop stretch marks - and it seems to be working! Like most women, in a bad light I can see traces of cellulite on my bum, but I don't let it bother me."

LEGS "I was an All-Ireland champion swimmer by nine and my mum, Ann, is convinced that swimming helped shape my legs. They're long and toned, and are easily my favourite body part."
