Problem area: Sagging eyelids
According to Dr Nicholas Perricone, founder of Perricone MD Cosmeceuticals' skincare range, our eyes can make us look older. "The delicate skin around our eyes is the first place to show sagging, and is usually noticeable by our 30s," he explains.
Get lift-off with:
Perricone MD's new High Potency Eye Lift, £75. This wonder cream is fast gaining cult status thanks to its high-tech, anti-ageing ingredients, such as pycnogenol, an antioxidant that promotes collagen renewal. A cheaper option is Garnier's Ultra-Lift Pro-X Double Action EyeCare, £11.99. This tube contains cream at one end to plump upper eyelids, and a gel at the other to reduce puffiness and eye bags.

Problem area: Jelly belly
Women who've had children are particularly prone to saggy tums. "This is because pregnancy tests skin's elasticity to the max, and sometimes it doesn't recover," explains Libby Eley, skincare expert at Dove Spa.
Get lift-off with:
The total body-toning treatment CACI Quantum, from £25. Adhesive pads are attached to problem areas and zapped with tiny electric currents, causing muscles to contract. This helps to tone and contour the body. The treatment is painless and lasts 20 minutes, yet is equivalent to doing 360 sit-ups! A course of 10 is recommended. Dove Spa Firm Believer Tummy Contouring Concentrate, £25, contains Ilex leaf extract, which breaks down fat cells to help streamline your abdominal area. It claims to lift tummy sag and reduce your waist in two weeks.

Problem area: Wobbly neck
"A woman's neck often gives away her age," says celebrity dermatologist Dr Fredric Brandt, whose products are loved by Madonna. "The skin there is very delicate and contains few oil glands to help repair itself - plus it's a really neglected area." Taking care of your neck, even in your 20s, is as important as taking care of your face.
Get lift-off with:
Dr Brandt Time Arrest V-Zone Neck Cream, £50, stimulates new cell production, while amino acid and calcium help repair the skin. Or try applying L'Oréal Revitalift Face Contours & Neck, £13.99, in the morning and evening. It contains twice the amount of elastin as the regular Revitalift day cream to target this sag-zone.

Problem area: Droopy face and jowls
"Women may notice their face losing its firmness in their 30s, although it can happen sooner if skin has been exposed to too much sun," explains Boots skincare scientific advisor Stewart Long. "As soon as you see signs of sagging, choose products or facial treatments that contain collagen - the protein that gives your body tissue firmness."
Get lift-off with: Elemis Pro-Collagen Quartz Lift Facial, £65, clinically proven to improve skin firmness by up to 57 per cent after just one treatment. After cleansing, toning and exfoliating, a therapist applies a facial serum, plus eye and neck moisturisers from Elemis' signature Pro-Collagen range, which contain mineral extracts to improve cell regeneration. Alternatively, try Boots No7 Uplifting Day Cream, £19.50, which rejuvenates cells below the skin's surface to leave skin looking firmer, lifted and more radiant in two weeks.

Problem area: Less-than-perky boobs
Unlike our faces, which don't tend to show signs of sagging until our 30s, boobs can start drooping at any age, simply because they don't have muscles in them. Women who've breastfed often find their boobs look droopy once they've stopped nursing.
Get lift-off with: Mama Mio's Bootcamp For Boobs treatment, from £60. A therapist will treat the bust and upper body to a gentle exfoliation treatment, followed by a mask that's rich in CoQ10 - a powerful antioxidant that repairs collagen and adds elasticity. At home, try Boo Boo's And Lift! Bosom Buddy, £16.99 - a lightweight cream designed to tone, lift and tighten tired boobs.

Problem area: Baggy bottoms
Like boobs, bottoms come in all shapes and sizes, and a drooping derrière can affect any woman, no matter how much buttock-clenching you do.
Get lift-off with:
Rodial Bum Lift, £97.87. It may have a hefty price tag, but this gel firms the bottom by up to 60 per cent, thanks to its wheat protein and vegetable collagen extracts. No wonder Rodial is loved by Kylie and Cheryl Cole. Also good is Nivea My Silhouette! Body Gel-Cream, £11.74, with anise plant extracts to stimulate collagen production. In Nivea's tests, after four weeks 80 per cent of women felt their skin was firmer.
