Total Wipeout host Amanda Byram, 36, on spots, slimming and surgery

"Surgery will help me grow old gracefully"

HAIR "I'm back to my natural colour after 10 years of being blonde because I'd like a baby with my boyfriend Craig [McMullen, 34, a rugby player], and I've heard highlights during pregnancy aren't recommended. I often tie my hair in a bun and use L'Oréal Elnett Hairspray, £2.09, to keep it in place."

EYES "My eyelashes grew last year after I used a treatment from my dermatologist called Lancer Lash. I've never had long lashes so I was thrilled! My most treasured item in my make-up bag is my Dior Diorshow Mascara, £20."

FACE "I had spots as a teenager, and then I had fabulous skin for 20 years. But two months ago I developed acne again. I was horrified, but my dermatologist assured me it was hormonal. It's cleared up, but I'm now religious about moisturising with good-quality products, like Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream, £48."

STOMACH "When I was 18, I survived on three Slim-Fast shakes, a bag of popcorn and one tangerine a day for eight months. I didn't have an eating disorder, but my sister [actress Natasha, 38] was the slim one and I felt self-conscious. In my 20s I couldn't walk around naked in front of boyfriends, but then I realised it was just important to be fit and healthy."

ARMS "I don't wear deodorant. When I tell people they think I'm weird, but I don't smell when I sweat so I don't bother. I rarely wear perfume, but when I do I like Gucci Rush 2 Hydrating Body Mist, £25. It's light and not overpowering."

BOTTOM "I'd love to have a J-Lo bum but it'll never happen unless I get implants. I'd never say never to plastic surgery. I want to grow old gracefully so if the gym stops working of course I'll get boob, tummy or bum surgery."

FEET "I'm really self-conscious about my ugly toes. I used to live in LA and got into pedicures there to help me feel better about my feet."
