Despite a No 1 album and a stadium tour supporting Coldplay, the doomy London trio have kept a low profile so far. No wonder - they're low-key on stage too.
A great lightshow is often the most dynamic part of their performance. Death and Farewell To The Fairground are powerful moshpit singalongs. But singer Harry McVeigh is too shy and static to cover up the weaknesses of filler like Nothing To Give, allowing the crowd beyond the hardcore down the front to drift off.
Barely out of their teens, there's plenty of time for them to write about more than just bedsit gloom. Let some sunshine in, develop a little more charisma, and they're anthemic enough to become something special.
