The beauty told Rated she's already getting broody after marrying long-time boyfriend, Transformers movie star Josh Duhamel in January.
"I definitely want children - just not on this tour," said Fergie, whose new single Boom Boom Pow has topped the charts both sides of the pond. "I just know being a mother is going to be great. I'm looking forward to having different priorities." Fergie, 34 - real name Stacy Ferguson - first aims to finish the Black Eyed Peas' two-year world tour.
She's certainly worked hard at making the Black Eyed Peas cook - they've sold 26 MILLION albums around the world.
The band - also featuring musical brains will.i.am and rappers Taboo and apl.de.ap - previously had hits with songs such as My Humps and Where Is The Love?.
They headline the Jazz World stage at Glastonbury next Sunday, which Fergie says will take her back to her teenage days of crowd-surfing at Guns N' Roses concerts. "I wish I could camp there. I miss being able to crowd-surf.
"Now everyone wants to rip my clothes off. I'd end up naked!"
The Black Eyed Peas' new album title The END - out now - is short for The Energy Never Dies, which describes its non-stop dance feel - a change from the band's usual reggae and R&B. "I'm really surprised Boom Boom Pow did so well," says Fergie. "It was our first US No 1 and I thought it would only be big in clubs."
The album was recorded in London, where Fergie was filming her first major movie, Nine - a musical set in Italy in which Fergie plays a hooker opposite Daniel Day-Lewis. "The way Italian women walk - that was the big thing to get right," she explains. "I watched a ton of Sophia Loren films and learned to walk voluptuously."
Check that out on Sunday when she strolls out on stage.
