Review: Wolfenstein

Xbox 360/Playstation 3/PC

YOU would think the gaming community was bored with blasting Nazis by now - but turns out we're not.

Wolfenstein, sequel to 2001's Return To Castle Wolfenstein, is yet another FPS which is an enjoyable romp of guns and grenades. Unlike other World War Two serious shooters, Wolfie has a somewhat easy-don't-take-life-too-serious feel to it.

Story involves returning hero Blaskowicz trying to stop the bad guys experimenting with a mystical force called the Black Sun in order to take over the world, yada, yada, yada, yawn!

You soon stop worrying about the storyline and start lapping up the end of level bosses, fun gameplay and plenty of blood 'n' guts.

Enemy A.I. could be better but online multiplayer results in plenty of late-night button-bashing.
