THE Duke of Westminster bedded one of his hookers after telling her that Osama bin Laden was alive and hiding in Pakistan.
Zana Brazdek, 26, whose vice-girl name is Shanna, was paid £2,000 in £50 notes to have sex with the Duke on December 28 at his plush mews house in central London.
But before they got to the bedroom he bragged about his Army connections and his inside knowledge of military matters.
Zana, who is from Lithuania, told us exclusively: "Because he kept talking about the Army the first thing I thought about asking him was what he knew about Osama bin Laden.
"I remember him talking about fighting the Taliban and saying that bin Laden was hiding out in a village in Pakistan.
"I was a little stunned when he told me about bin Laden.
"He was completely serious when he told me that he was alive and that he was hiding.
"I'm sure the information he was telling me was true and that he probably knew because of his job with the government. He was saying he goes to these places regularly and likes to see all the people he is in charge of.
"He was telling me how much he loved the Army and how many men he's in control of.
"I could tell he was an Army man because there were military hats all around.
"What he then told me I thought was quite weird.
"He told me that British soldiers were getting tested for sexual diseases every three months because they were sleeping with women all over the world."
Later, without batting an eyelid at the irony of the situation, the Duke went on to ask Zana to have sex WITHOUT a condom.
She had been booked to visit the Duke at his posh home in St Anselm's Place, London W1, through high-class escort agency Emperors Club VIP.
Before the meet, Zana looked up Grosvenor on the internet and was amazed to see he was Britain's richest man.
She arrived at 5pm wearing a short gold dress and sexy black stockings.
Zana said: "When I walked in he asked me how long I had been with the agency.
"I told him that he was my first job with them and he seemed pleased.
"He was quite happy with the way I looked because he hadn't seen a picture of me when he ordered me. I think he was quite surprised.
"We sat downstairs in the living room."
Then it was down to business. Yet even with all his billions the Duke tried to get a discount on the £750-an-hour agreed with the agency. With Zana there for two hours, the payment should have been £1,500.
But Grosvenor tried to say the fee was for a total of £1,000.
When Zana said she would call the agency to discuss the arrangement the Duke quickly backtracked and offered her an extra £1,000 not to call the agency ...meaning she ended up with £2,000.
Zana said: "The whole lot was in £50 notes and all in one of his business envelopes." It was marked Eaton Estates.
The Duke then offered Zana a drink. She asked for champagne and moments later she was sipping the first of several glasses from fine crystal as they chatted about her work.
Zana told us: "He was telling me that he had used the agency before and that it had been recommended to him by a friend."
It was after chatting for a while that the Duke and Zana went upstairs and had sex.
Afterwards the Duke brought proceedings to a swift end.
Zana said: "Before the sex he kept telling me how beautiful I was.
"I got the impression that I was probably one of his best girls because of all the comments he was making towards me.
"But as soon as he'd had his way with me I was out of the door.
"I felt he was trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible. He kept saying he was tired and needed to rest.
"He wouldn't even call a cab and I had to walk up to the end of the road to hail a black cab."
The meeting had been arranged through a woman called Katie at the American-based Emperors Club VIP agency.
Katie told Zana of the importance of her client in a series of emails.
The first—sent on Saturday, December 23, at 3.29pm—said: "Hi Shanna.
"One of our clients would like to meet with you in London on Thursday December 28th at 5pm for a few hours at 600-750GBP/hr.
"Please let me know if you can meet with him and I will give you the details."
Another, sent on Christmas Eve, said: "The client is one of the most prominent men in London.
"An extremely high-class client. He expects you to be a wonderful companion, beautiful, intelligent, entertaining, fun, friendly, easy-going.
"Last time I met with you, you were well dressed and looked beautiful.
"I'm sure if you arrived somewhat like that he will be very pleased.
"Please contact me when you are on your way to meet with him and I will give you his name and any other tiny details then in honour of client discretion.
"Also, he requested to see a few photos prior to your arrival.
"Do you have any photos that we can send to him directly via email? If not, I don't think it will be a problem at all."
The final email was sent on Wednesday, December 27, at 9.03am. It said: "Everything is completely confirmed.
"He is expecting you at 5pm. His name is Gerald Westminster."
