COKEHEAD Kerry Katona gave in to Ziggy star lust when she found out her husband of seven months had cheated on her with a lap dancer at his stag do.

The ex Atomic Kitten went ballistic when she found out about Brian McFadden's sex act shame — and she got sweet revenge by spending a night with BB stud Ziggy on the idyllic island of Mauritius, where they were both filming flop ITV1 dating show Elimidate.

A pal of troubled star Kerry, who is still recovering after being held at knifepoint in a terrifying £150,000 raid on her Cheshire home last week, said: "For a few days Kerry was just spending every night getting smashed with Ziggy.

"One night she just went off with him and stayed with him in his beach-side bungalow.

"Kerry didn't come back until the following morning...and when she did she looked like the cat that got the cream."

It was in April 2002 that dancer Amy Barker revealed she'd performed a sex act on Westlife star Brian on his bachelor night in Ireland.

Kerry, 26, had been away for weeks filming the Love Island-style show in a variety of exotic locations when she discovered her husband was a love rat.

Model Ziggy—real name Zach Lichman—was also a contestant on the show.

The pal added: "Kerry's world collapsed around her when she discovered what Brian had got up to on his stag night.

"But she didn't grieve for long."

Kerry paid for two of her mates to fly out and join her in Mauritius to give her support.

"They went on the lash for days, but by then she was already really pally with one of the contestants, Zach.

"She already knew Zach, as he called himself then, from when she was in Atomic Kitten and he was in the band Northern Line and they became very close indeed."

The friend added: "They were filming in Mauritius and he spent all of his time flirting with Kerry and another girl. He promised he would get them free Louis Vuitton handbags as his dad was a designer for them.

Stag

"Kerry had found out about Brian cheating on his stag do during filming. Two of her mates flew out to comfort her."

But she abandoned them in her hotel room to spend the night romping with Ziggy.

"Filming ended soon after and by then Brian had explained his actions and they had resolved to try to give their marriage a real go for the sake of their kids."

Ziggy, who has had a fling with housemate Chanelle on Channel 4's Big Brother—has been linked to a string of famous women away from the House, including Abi Titmuss, singer Suzanne Shaw and Emmerdale actress Sammy Winward.

Pals also say he dated Kerry briefly in 2004, when her marriage to Brian ended for good.

One revealed: "Kerry went through a really tough time when she broke up with Brian McFadden and she just wanted to let her hair down and have some fun. Ziggy loves partying and is a big character on the club scene, so they had a real laugh together. It didn't last long because Kerry was definitely still on the rebound.

"She wanted to keep their relationship secret in case she got back together with Brian."

Kerry also dated Ziggy's former bandmate Dan Corsi, but that relationship ended when she found out Dan had cheated on her.

Viewing figures for Elimidate were dire and it was pulled by ITV bosses in the summer of 2002 after just a few episodes. But Kerry says she still has fond memories of filming in Mauritius. She revealed: "I have so many good memories from there. While I was there, I flew two of my friends out to join me and we just had a scream."

Bashful

She's still bashful about revealing the true extent of her friendship with Ziggy, though.

In her column for glossy mag OK! she said: "I've been watching Big Brother and I can't believe what a Casanova Ziggy is. I know him really well from the pop circuit when I was in Atomic Kitten and he was in Northern Line, but I always knew him as Zach.

"He's a really nice bloke but is a bit of a charmer with the ladies. He never tried it on with me, but only because I went out with his bandmate Dan Corsi.

"He was a right womaniser but a gentleman too, so the ladies love him."
